Hungarian shows me Budapest’s hidden gems (Bike tour)
My Hungarian friend took me on a tour of Budapest by bicycle. There were many lovely sites, and I felt like Peter Pan being led by Tinker Bell through Never Land. I paid him with beer and he’s my best Hungarian friend ever.
Not only Ronald Reagan have statue in Budapest , Peter Falk "Colombo" also have in 5th district and his dog. Horthy Miklos was Governor of Hungary between 1919 – 1944 , reunited with Hungary between 1938 -1941 haf of the hungarian teritorys stolen with Trianon Dictate in 1920 and over 2000000 Hungarian also stolen , not have statue because even today the former communists have the majority of politic and economic power in Hungary.
Don't underestimate Szimpla Kert at night! It's a must-see, then you will really understand the place. Explore the upstairs and look at all of the walls as artefacts are lit up everywhere and messages written on the walls. There is a room downstairs where you can dance a little. Also there is a place just down the road for some good street food!
