Jackson explores Paris, France on his brakeless fixed gear bike. Paris is a very exciting place to ride a fixie. The footage from this video was filmed for the move “Last Try” (link below). The Paris riders are incredibly talented and welcoming crew. They are great at performing tricks on their bikes as well as riding in the city and doing wheelies. The car traffic is very condensed and generally slow, making travel by bike feel pretty swift. It’s also relatively flat, making it nice for wheelies and easy to sprint throughout the city. Not to mention all of the natural features and spots for doing fixed gear tricks.

    1. That was sick! Super video man! I'm 45 years old, but in spirit I'm still 16-18. I can't to the stuff that I did in my youth but I just sold my road bike which was made by Fixie INC(they do or did single speed and multi speed bikes as well), and got a cheap steel bike fixed and single speed rear wheel. I got to test ride it in fixed mode, it was scary and beautiful at the same time. It felt like re-uniting with an old friend. I just saw Terry B's race madness and now this beauty. This spring is starting really nice.

    2. French, yeah! First guy is very fluid and dresses well, guy on skream is crazy devil, girl on aventon did care to point others to road hazards and girl on blue frame has brake levers and it's ok. Nice, what can I say!
