High rep burpee workouts are the only cardio I do. Do 125-300 reps per workout, should take no more than 20-45 minutes. I like 1 pumps, 2 pumps, and Navy Seals. Iron Wolf inspired!

    1. When i was locked up i did 30 down burpees with a partner. I do 30, he does 30, I do 29 ect..
      That's 448 burpees i believe. I did it in the heat of Texas. Maybe the most physically demanding thing I've ever done.

    2. Ain't nothing like it. Been doing at least 100 burpees each day M-F for the last year. If I'm feeling frisky, 300. You want to become mentally tough and build endurance and moderate muscle? Do BURPEES

    3. Tough and muscle looking soldiers and officiers are nothing but a myth. I served 3 years as Navy and never saw 1 officier that looked fit. All of them mfs are big beer bellies. People that i know looks fit and healthy was SEALs and Special Forces, though even some of SFs and SEALs was in bad shape.
