I really appreciate you joining me today and this story is a followup to a case that I covered last year I went to the scene of the murder in King zeve Birmingham in April last year where reque Thomas was stabbed on the High Street and this week three men have been

Jailed for a total of 40 years for the murder and robbery of him in King teral boy 18 years old from Birmingham was convicted of his murder Boyce was given a life sentence at Birmingham Crown Court on the 18th of March and will serve a minimum of 25 years in prison

Nathaniel Dy from Birmingham and Cody Stevenson from stford also stood trial for the offense Dy was found guilty of manslaughter and was sentenced to 10 years in prison and Stevenson received 6 and A2 years for robbery the three of them were involved in the Fatal knife attack of 33-year-old Mr Thomas from

Edgebaston in the early hours of the 26th of April last year the stabbing was the culmination of a dispute over the ownership of an electric bike which Mr Thomas reported stolen in October 2022 in March of last year Mr Thomas was with his partner in Highgate when he

Recognized the bike being ridden by Boyce when he challenged him Boyce reluctantly handed over the bike but in the weeks that followed after the disagreement he visited the workplace of Mr Thomas’s partner and demanded that the bike be returned to him and he also made threats of Retribution it was only

By sheer chance that boy Staley and Stevenson were traveling in a taxi on their way through King’s Heath at 23 on the 26th of April 2023 when they spotted the bike outside a shop on the High Street Boyce instructed the driver to stop and all three of them got out of

The vehicle boys confronted Mr Thomas who was in the shop and he pulled out a knife and chased Mr Thomas and attacked him several times Dy was also carrying the knife and he joined in the chase when Stevenson grabbed the bike when he was left outside the shop after the

Attack all three of them made off following an investigation the police arrested daily on the 27th of April and Boyce had fledged Birmingham and he was in scum forp but he was arrested 2 weeks later and Stevenson handed himself in to police detective inspector Jim KCl from the homicide investigation team said

Rene Thomas tragically lost his life in an argument over an electric bike teral Boyce felt slighted by Mr Thomas for taking what he believed was his and he sought Revenge They carried out a vicious attack and robbery and he also had the assistance of Nathaniel And codu

So this case is definitely makes you think is this really worth doing 25 years in prison for and also the fact that Mr Thomas just coincidentally happened to be on the same High Street at that time where they were passing so really appreciate you joining me for

This episode and thank you for following this story for the past year and please pay respects in the comments to benque Thomas and I’ll be back again very shortly with some more news peace

    1. The moral norms that were once the fabric for British culture
and communities, are being eroded more everyday. The crime
stats clearly show & prove that. And, there's no going back
now, we are too far down the path of so called 'multiculturalism'.
GB is not multicultural, it is a melting pot, a seething mass of
hatred, division, self interest and criminality that will only get worse.
Put too much sugar in your tea to the point you can't drink it,
and you can't take it out, it can only be discarded and make another
one! You can't do that with a culture!

    2. Are you teaching the youth around you any different?
If you’re not personally trying to show change you’re part of the problem still that goes for everyone all around the board I’ve seen bare man influence youths wrong
Look up lil rt and look at all the shorts with lil mabu
Man are literally teaching youth to be bad it’s mad

    3. That 18 year kid is going to be 43 when he will be eligible for parole, if he even makes it to the end of his sentence, all for a bike , and dragged the other two into it , took his own life along with another for a bike , unbelievable

    4. I personally knew him genuine guy my guy. I was with him in kings heath one day when he told me about his bike. I didn't think nothing of it at the time just thought it was a minor dispute. A week later this happened. I couldn't believe it

    5. So Boyce, who is 18 years of age, will have to serve a term of at least 7 years longer than he has already been alive before he can even be considered for release On Licence. That release is not automatic and he will be subject to recall to prison until his dying breath.
Those next 25 years, up until he is 43, should give him time to reflect on his actions and his sentence should hopefully send out a message to anyone thinking to follow in his violent, criminal footsteps.
