Ahoj! My name is Brian Cox, but most people know me as The Travel Vlogger. I am always in search of extraordinary experiences, and on this adventure I will be biking over 700 kilometers across the Czech Republic. Come with me, to see what makes this destination so special. Dobré ráno, good morning!

Welcome to day 12. We are just about to leave Mikulov, headed to Brno for what should be 57 kilometers. That is if we do not get lost, but there is no promises. So come on let’s jump on the bikes and let’s go. We were sad to say goodbye to Mikulov,

But we soon forgot as we were delighted with spectacular views of vineyards, meadows, forests and limestone hills. Out of nowhere came this large lake, that I would later found out was actually a reservoir. Alrighty! So we just rode 18 kilometers. We are roughly one third of our journey done,

So we decided to stop and have a victory wine. So…Na zdraví. We also figured it was time to get a quick lunch. We just finished lunch and now we are going to have what they call, sweet dumplings. I did not even know they existed. So you can eat it as a main meal,

Or you can take it after a meal as a dessert. It is up to you. So are you saying I could have had this for lunch? It was really good. These sweet dumplings are by far my favorite of all the Czech Dumplings. Now it was time to get back riding.

After about an hour and a half we could see our next stop in the distance. A large monastery. Alright, we are about 75% of our journey to Brno, but local guide Monika, told us we had to stop by this monastery. What is this place called? Rajhrad Rite route? Rajhrad Rye roud. Almost yeah.

[Brian and Monika laugh] What is special about this monastery? Why did you suggest we come here? Here is a very nice church, and inside there is a really beautiful library. If you are interested you can visit it. Perfect! So let’s go check it out. Ya, let’s go! Come on.

It was hard to believe such an amazing monastery could be located in such a small town. Baroque architecture with a sculpture of Jesus Christ made out of 45 different kinds of European marble. It is an excellent place to take a breather. We left but our next stop was just a few feet away.

So we just cleansed our soul at the monastery, and now we are going to quench our thirst at the monastery bar. Na zdraví Look at how thick and delicious that is. The beer was really good, so we took our time enjoying. Anything to post pone the last 16 kilometers

We had left before arriving in Brno. We had a feeling we were pretty close when there started to be a lot more bikers, cars and tall buildings. We arrived to our hotel. Checked in and took a quick shower, before going to explore Brno. We were surprised.

What a lively place this was at night. Before the night was over we would have to say goodbye to Monika. I’m not going to lie. I want to stay here so much longer. Have some beers, and talk to all these amazing people in Brno, but unfortunately I have to wake up super early

Tomorrow morning. So I have got to call it a night, but if you have any questions about Brno leave them in the comment box below. So….na shledanou. Good night, see you later, goodbye! On day 13 We grab a train to Strážnice, ride along the Bata Canal see a big church,

And end up in Otrokovice. To see tons of great photos from the journey, or to post your own shots be sure to check out these hashtags on Instagram Don’t leave yet! There is tons of great videos to keep watching. More importantly… Did you subscribe yet???
