This will be a mini-series before the big trip through SE Asia and beyond which we will be doing as a couple in September 2018.
For the next month, I will be cycling without Lucia from the UK to Gibraltar at the southern tip of Spain.
I’m doing this trip for a number of reasons. I want to test myself physically before the SE Asia journey and explore parts of Europe that I’ve never been to before. I also want to use this as a trial run with the kit and equipment whilst filming, editing and uploading videos on the road.

I’m about to embark on a short solo cycle trip. I’m really uncertain of how best to secure my bike and bags when buying food, etc. Your videos are great, and very entertaining. Best of luck.
Just found this video through doing some research on routes to take, im wanting to do London to Gibralta in september, and wanted to do some of the east coast of spain but so far have only really found routes going through central spain but you route looks alot like something i want do to.
Would love it if you had any advice, or if you have your route saved at all for something i could look over ?

Fair play for doing this ! I want to do it in reverse and get the ferry to bilboa Spain then cycle up through France to the UK. Working out the logistics at the mo .Did you camp a lot or stay in hotels to charge you're equipment (satnav phone ) etc etc.
I love the French way of life. They have their priorities straight.
