    1. #1 Van had signal on and although the bike had priority according to the Jan22 HC, he’s an idiot for overtaking a van turning right with a signal on.

#4 Clough Rd roundabout – lane 2 on the approach is an ahead lane as well as a right turn lane. There are no road markings or lane board to say otherwise. The camper was at fault for changing into his lane without looking.

    2. #39 dash cam driver should have stopped at the roundabout himself to make sure the car turning into his road wasnt turning back to where it came from, but that white care definitely was an idiot ool

      – exiting in lane 1
      – stay in lane 1
and if you want to change lanes use your mirrors & shoulder check & indicators

      – on roundabout in lane 2
      – exit in lane 2
but watch out for numpties suddenly changing lanes
      😉

    4. 6:13 Jag wasn't thinking ahead
but it would look better for the cammer if he'd worked out the tractor; eased up a little and stayed behind the jag rather than driving into a conflict point.

So was the cyclist correct here? If pedestrians or cyclists on a cycle path are goiing straight on at a junction they have priority?
But if the road structure is badly designed they might have to slow down to negotiate awkward dropped kerbs(etc); which is a pain for everyone.

    6. Bloody hell, some of you drive like absolute nutters. Hold back. Slow down. Drive with caution. Don’t take someone’s life – it’s the only one they’ve got and there’s no heaven or hell awaiting them. Just an eternity of nothing.

    7. At 8.00 that lorry would have had little chance of stopping with that weight of concrete on the back. He could have lost his load if he had tried to. The keep clear signs are there for a reason! Cammer needed to give lorry more space and could have easily slowed down. Lack of experience / knowledge on the cammers part not knowing what is involved driving a heavily loaded HGV

    8. Her we have the egotisticial cyclist who thinks he owns the road and doesnt like it when a vehicle overtakes him,but its ok for cyclists too undertake a vehicle in 6" gap when it suits them.Ban cyclists or make them accountable for their actions as much as vehicle drivers have too.

    9. People need to learn, a mini roundabout does not give you automatic right to only look right and drive through expecting everyone else to give way – otherwise it should just be a regular junction. There is another rule on roundabouts everyone seems to forget – give way to people already on the roundabout (even if they are coming from the left, if they get on first, it is their right of way). In this case (19.50) they entered at the same time so it would likely be 50/50 although I would blame the white car more, however, most problems come from people just charging through even though they have every right to pull out if you have not entered the roundabout.

    10. I don't get drivers rear ending at
      roundabouts… wait until the vehicle
infront has f'ked off then you can worry
about what's on your right hand side!!!

    11. The driver on the one in Hull Video 4 is in the wrong here, both lanes go forward, and the driver would have to exit left side, his/her notes say mini was in the wrong.
