This year, the show is running from Friday 15th March – Sunday 17th March 2024 on the Great Yorkshire Showground, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG2 8NZ

The show is open Friday 9:30am-4:30pm, Saturday 9:30am-4:30pm and Sunday 9:30am-4:00pm

We’re here at the Yorkshire Event Center in Harriet for the first day of the 2024 m home and Camp of anshaw it’s on from Friday till Sunday let’s go and have a look around leure is the way to go with David Rachel and Roxy let’s take the road and

Explore we’ll join the back of the queue it’s right the way around the fence lots of people here today the shows on Friday Saturday and Sunday and is open from 9:30 each day and closes at 4:30 on Friday and Saturday and 400 p.m. on Sunday admission on the gate is £10 for

Adults we paid £7 each as we booked in advance so £4 in total we’re now in the sh we’ve got our goodie bag is it only me that gets excited by the goodie bag cuz I love them depends what’s in it doesn’t it but we’ll have a look at that

Later anyway let’s get cracking these micro pods seem to we getting much more popular now there’s the Furnishing sty David’s friends are off grid Power Solutions there’s some nice awnings and wind braks plenty of accessories at the sh the show is predominantly an outdoor Shore but there are stalls inside and

You can just head into Hall number one there or you can go in Via Hall number two we’ll take a look in there surely Cleveland Motor Homes that’s where we got our van from let’s have a look in here we even got speakers on the outside cel’s already gone in

On get plenty of washing up in there it is something a bit different these I do quite like them let’s take a look in the bedroom look at that absolutely backing lovely big bedroom now this is luxury well some people you always find in the kitchen at parties as you know

You always find me in the bathrooms no issues with the room in here it’s huge look at this switches and gadgetry wow freshx touch screen control panel for Camp F mot homes boats um so everything is customizable yeah so on your screen you could just have literally one icon does nothing

Else yeah um or you can have a full um setup so this has got um leveling on it so you can see the level yes your van at any point that’s handy isn’t it and if you tell you the distance between your front and back wheels right and left

They’ll tell you how many centimet you need to it’s got full battery management uh using bu shuns and all these Bluetooth full water management again it’s Bluetooth yeah but a few um so we turn on the fresh water um let’s just build something yourselves cuz you do a lot

Better with it exactly exactly yeah you literally it’s a about four or five screw terminals on the bottom Lally that’s it so you connect into here and the trade we do um plugs as well so plug it in but you just connect it to screw terminals just just

Know what I really like these coming up to brown bird company these Camper vans are just absolutely Exquisite come and have a look at this look at the beautiful finishes in there the copper pipes there’s just everything about these Vans it’s green quality at you you can actually enter competition to win this

One it’s the traditional one and the GB3 versions the Marcus method Edition some of the Ford based Camper vans a quick look in those cracking little van if you want to just get out and about there look at that wow brilliant at that doesn’t that look lovely and cozy Spartan campers

Another two windows this is amazing look at this have you been Rachel I’ve been looking in one of those tiny homes I’m thinking about buying one and putting it in the garden and just living in it uh should we not just toy it on the back and you can stay in

A general over view here’s the other entrance into the Halls let’s head inside interesting little pans set there look what we found good morning morning here we are at the favorite stall of the show hello don’t forget to pick something up for your pet when you’re here over the weekend

5.41 D this is the same one that Debs and Trevor have got from Tyler travels oh those like little Rich monkeys show where some mini frying pans it’s great that dogs are now allowed both inside and out look in the auto sleepers fairford plus very nicely finished FS that he Areo

Sleepers take a look inside this mstar first thing you notice it’s got a lovely wide opening Mercedes cab absolutely glorious smell of leather in here some storage overhead flap sink it’s a large dtic fridge got the flatbed microwave Handy Storage rear Lounge you can see in here the that the Mercedes

Sprinters are quite a bit narrower than the Duke cats however I think what’s been done quite cleverly here is how it’s been laid out let step down on the back there it’s the MST a few people have suggested we have a look at the wild axe

Mforms uh so we’re going to do that uh probably going to have a look around those tomorrow um so we just have a quick peep now but we’ve got the aora transverse bed there are some clever Innovations you see in the wildo do like ones On’s on the man

Chassis coming a more popular chassis for camper ANS and mot homes a quick look inside got the automatic gearbox um nice large touch screen shame it’s not got an electric handbrake Dometic fridge op both ways got the two inductions two different sizes there and then we’ve got a U-shaped Lounge in the rear

Unfortunately I’m too big for this fan uh there’s just not enough room lengthways by the look of it to fit me in even I think at this side nice fan though washroom the thing I’ve noticed about the man vans that do still feel a lot like a van whereas the the Sprinter just

Seems to be a lot more refined the only thing that slightly worries me on the Sprinter is there was some news that they were going to stop doing the diesel version from 2025 when I’ve looked recently it’s uh you could only order the electric version of the Sprinter unless I’m

Looking in the wrong place so little bit of concern there on the longevity Mercedes has invested in these Sprinter maybe you know a bit more about that maybe it’s just a shortage at the moment or they’re just waiting to change the model stock let us know in the comments

What you think yeah so I do particularly like the Mercedes cabs it just it’s just something else it’s just uplifted like a luxury car driving experience rather than driving a van ryar lots of little gadgets and accessories the earnings some cakes over there N N N It’s getting a little bit Breezy now and uh there’s a quick tour around the shore for you Rachel what have you thought of the most homean camper van show I love this show it’s one of my favorite the reason being it’s obviously local to us

But it’s not too big I love the outdoor spaces I love it that they’ve allowed little dogs inside now that’s brilliant it’s just a great atmosphere I really like it what about you yeah it is a great chore um love harri get in the surrounding area it’s absolutely beauti

Beautiful area to come to explore if you do come to the shore it’s well worth taking some time to explore the surrounding area like Rachel said one thing about this it’s not too big but there’s a cracking variety of things and it’s great now that they allow dogs

Inside you makes a huge difference there’s some great things to look at there D said there’s real variety there’s camper van Caravans microp pods um tiny buildings fifth wheels loads of accessories loads of food loads of drink it’s just it’s a really good good day out for everybody yeah yeah nice variety
