    This is not a trek question. Pinhead skewers they don’t come on any bike, someone installed them. There is a special tool and the pin locations are keyed… there isn’t a universal tool since spacing is different and they encourage you to write down the key in case you need to re-order. These are the scenarios:
    1. You either had the shop install it and they gave you a tool. (Or forgot to give it to you)…
    2. You bought it used. the old owner *should* have given you a tool but could have forgot
    3. You stole stole the bike
    4. You suffer amnesia and forgot they installed them and misplaced the keyed tool.

    You’re going to have to destroy it if you cant get a tool. I’d probably dremel two flat faces so I could hit it with an adjustable spanner or something. Replace with a standard qr skewer.

    Obviously it goes without saying be extremely careful not to cut into the dropouts. Best to pay a shop for destructive removal.
