Stem logos are awful and they’re totally ruining the look of my bike if only there was a way to remove them so I searched the internet and came across this nail polish remover AKA acetone no more free advertising for this company I rubbed on the acetone and the logo came
Off in second but is it damaging the black underneath too late now I kept rubbing away and before I knew it oh man that was perfect now I won’t be saying

Removing the logos makes them look like cheap knockoff parts to me

The logo looks good on the fork though.. and tires don’t get rid of that because then it all looks cheap and unbranded

Haha, I did the same thing. Blacked out my Maxxis sidewalls. No decals in my fork. Gonna do the shock, maybe drive train. Looks tight.

That would not work with all stem logos since some are engraved with a laser rather than using ink
Plenty of companies make small and indiscrete logos on parts. I wouldn't waste my time removing it all if I could a just as good logo-less one like Bontrager or Specialized.

That fork doesn't look good without any sticker or custom paint. You could paint it or make some custom stickers for it.

I would spray paint it up with a primer paint. So yes after using acetone you will damage the layer above the zinc.
