I wouldn’t really say he’s  shy um he tends to [Music] warm to people very quickly very  hyperactive though after about   five minutes you’d probably say Okay  Roman give me a bit of space wedged in I’m in a jump no you have not wedged it  in the drum because you can still hear

If you’re interested in the pardon what pardon  death now because you’re not deaf because you   can hear what I’m saying can you hear what I’m  saying no but you just answered me so you can   you hear me you just you just you can hear  me because you just nodded your head what

What happened [Music] people just find him funny  even teachers he’s very Charming he’s   very affectionate I don’t talk to rude boys  that say what happened oh she did Timmy then   the teacher said to me last year he’s so annoying  but if he wasn’t in my class I’d be heartbroken It’s been over an hour since Cyril was airlifted   to some George’s after being  cut from the wreckage of his car [Music]   doctors suspect he suffered multiple internal  injuries and are performing a full body CT scan it was my birthday on the Friday

And we’d love fish from this friend of  us that he gives us fish every fortnight so he went over to his friends  then as he was driving out   to come home that’s when the accident  happened at the top of the road what is this

No but what is all that phase  one two there’s another one there is something at the neck oh very still [Music]   where did you answer a meat in a sweet shop we lived in a little village called riska we’re at a park and a picture  that was called The Palace [Music]

And I was about 15 year old just left school is I just light them when  I saw him and that was it he wasn’t tall but he was big very strong looking   they used to call him Lord pontoroy because  he always was dressed in a suit [Music]

Do you remember your first kiss yes  that’s what I think I felt for him [Music] we were at the top of the station talking and then  he kissed me good night and that was it [Music]   did you know he was the one

Yes I think yes I think I  did [Music] fine we’re done [Music]   Spider-Man why don’t you look around  this if there’s any grown-up toys for you   because that’s for a big baby that is Roman oh no hey I’m Ashley I’m one of the  emergency docs say hello what’s happened to

Your ear from what I can gather he put a pencil  in his ear and um a bit of lead snapped off and   it’s stuck in there but he didn’t tell me  for a couple of hours until afterwards oh

Yeah that is the hole do you mind if I Shine the  Light into your ear so I can have a look at it you’re not gonna be scared are you I’m  definitely not stairs you’re definitely   not scared you scared no hold your head nice  and still for me though just for a second

It will tickle a little bit  right don’t move you can’t laugh don’t laugh a couple of people had recently come up  to me saying that they thought he had ADHD do you want me to hold that light uh that’s okay  I was a bit like why are you trying to label my

Child with ADHD there’s nothing wrong with him  the teachers also put like come up to me and said   here appear like he’s not listening  but he takes everything in   and straight away just like that Roman  will turn around and give the answer

No way of getting to that [ __ ] have you  pushed in further it’s not going any in any   further but we can’t just can’t get there  do you need to get there we will get the   ear doctor okay you’re not deaf though or  you can still hear me yeah what it’s not

Something that can be diagnosed overnight  it’s something that requires a lot of time let me have a look again I as a parent need to  try and help Roman be the best that he can be   as he grows up you’re silly Nana you are Paris has five Cyril is being moved to recess Initial scans have ruled out any internal bleeding  but show possible fractures to his chest and spine   actually this probably more of a focused  View definitely feel kind of Adrian must   wait for the full scan report before he can  determine the extent of Cyril’s injuries

For the city down we’re taking  the Bloods he’s immobilized   if there’s no issues with the chest may go  down to oxygen yeah so you tend to see a lot   of elderly patients and because their body is not  strong even though they’re otherwise look well

They can’t deteriorate suddenly and at  times the outcome is not is not good sorry thank you my grandad’s in the corner  yeah lovely thank you very much [Music]   grandson Gary was at the scene of the accident  and followed the helicopter to Saint George’s [Music]

Hello there I’m Dr Hospital of the ad consultancy  okay um just that you know I mean he’s had   a CT scan do you know what happened to  him uh yeah yeah yeah I was there yeah   um so basically we don’t have the  full report yet so we’ll see report [Music]

Every way [Music] everybody  said Gary is Sarah really he thought a lot of his grandfather I’ve tightened everything that was in  and out Grandad apart from blankets and   stuff I’ve got everything that was in there  yeah there was some beans I found some veins it’s such a bad impact everything  went everywhere granddad

They love the country and this is why  I’m glad that we came up here [Music]   down where we came from it  was a different way of living he was only 14 I think when  he started down the mines In the kitchen he hated it and as soon as he had his dinner we  go out walking and go up the mountain for a walk I said to cause Late Ultimate yeah I  don’t think about that game well you

Know it’s up to you isn’t it you  you gotta see I see how you feel I miss you the cause I’d like to go to  places that I can only go like we like   if your freedom still don’t you Independence yeah well you know

[Music] what kind of give me five  minutes I’m gonna go and ring Nana   in that all right all right all right I’ll be  straight back another way yes yes fight mate I’ll go straight back just  hit tight for a bit all right [Music]

You learn to drive when we came up to Surrey we  were out in a country and you needed a car [Music]   it’s going out I had to go with him  to read some of the signs for him basically they took him  straight in I give him a CT scan

I didn’t know you couldn’t read  or write till I got married I had less letter on him and I think  he had his friends right in them I think the psychological  side might be a bit more deep   you know you know he’s losing his  independence and all that it’s that

Side of it I think that he’s thinking  about he found a way of doing things and that’s why I loved him [Music]   actually hurt at all it’s only because I went like  that I was like blood I don’t I can’t stand blood

But they do say What’s meant to be is meant  to be so there was obviously a reason that   happened did you know what I mean yeah  you sat on a glass table so you just said

Something you wanted to be a doctor when you  grow up I thought you wanted to be a dentist a doctor oh you want to be a doctor  now does it change every week yeah   only doctor forever you don’t want  to be you don’t be like Mr Pickett

No no being a young mum was definitely never  part of my plans I always wanted to join the   police so I went to college but two months into  my college course I found out I was pregnant

So I had to make the decision to leave I won that  one and you say but you don’t like them you don’t   like to wear them I would not wanting anything if  I had waited till I was about 30 to have children

I probably would have been a lot more settled  sometimes things don’t always work that way it’s   almost as if I’m growing up with Roman do the um  do the computer says no should I just take a look nice [Music] in his future that he ends up  doing something that he loves

Something that will bring out the best in him  do the order do the only gay in the village   okay I’ve spoke to the ENT doctor yeah they  are going to give you a call in the morning   with an appointment um it will be tomorrow  though yeah it might not be tomorrow it might

Be the day after depending on just how  many just how many people I’m so sorry okay okay sticking things up the nose in  their ears so someone said something about   a sucky out thing um sucks but that’ll be too  heavy because it’s too big to grip onto heavy

Why are you hugging him I’m so sorry I like most of the kids here don’t like  doctors by the time they leave   well okay come on now leave the man alone right okay goodbye now I’m so sorry all right come on right  where’s the Scooby you’ve got

You got you one for your mummy I really  want the sister could already picked a name   I want to call the Isabella bye thanks come on  moment give I had a sister she can be kind to

Me and look after me when I fall down and then  if she falls down I can pick her up um and then   we can play again [Music] bye Nancy later okay  girlfriend calling me girlfriend I am sexy yeah thank you foreign Thanks bye [Applause] a 57 year old woman is  being rushed to a e with severe chest pains the question is going to be some  kind of primary cardiac event [Music]   tests taken by paramedics show the woman  is suffering from an abnormal heart rhythm

Heart is made of muscle and muscle needs oxygen  but when somebody is getting a heart attack   part of the heart is being starved  [Music] Ico in 15 minutes [Music]   a patient that sometimes can look well

But if we don’t do something there and then if the  artery remains blocked as there is the heart stops   half of all heart attacks result in sudden death  this young lady is Caroline is 57. he’s had six   episodes that I have sent through chest pain  she does have fairly extensive family history

Mum has had quite a number of Mis we’ve done a  few ECGs both with and without pain so this is   whilst the pain came on oh relieved with the  gtn and then during yeah this one was after Chronos plasm yeah

She wasn’t stunted she just has aspirin since  the BMI nostant yeah no no not at all [Music] [Music] just to let them  know about the situation yeah Caroline’s daughter Chelsea is in the relative’s  room she dialed 999 and traveled to hospital in

The ambulance [Music] that day I’d come home  from work and I’d get home at about five   and she um [Music] she obviously  she she was having chest pains I’ve been telling her for ages anyway that  she needed to go down the doctors she’s been

Stubborn and won’t go [Music] I don’t know why I  was thinking the worst so I called the ambulance   and then she started feeling really unwell  and I thought wow this is a bit more serious   just doing the pain all right so oh so  I just kept thinking like she could die Yeah it’s a really wet like a  like a numb like a numb feeling   imagining that she’s not going to be there and that’s not nice so what your ECGs look like  your arter is going to spasm   and your ECG looks like you’re  having a heart attack [Music]

I can feel that tell me where you can  feel [Music] I can still feel yeah is   it still in no it’s not yeah it’s in your  hand it’s in your head [Music] now yeah so what is happening foreign sorry mate I had to fight obviously  everybody wants to know what’s going

On yeah I bet yeah Nanny might  be coming up I’m not 100 sure   earlier today Cyril was involved in a serious  road traffic accident before the report for five he’s being closely monitored in recess while   doctors review his CT scan for  any life-threatening injuries fractures of the right six and seven ribs oh

Hi there so the second report we have it’s  showing fractures of the right fifth and   sixth ribs you brought to a ridge grinder two  ribs fractured okay oh thank goodness yeah and you live alone or deal with somebody I got  a boy and we’ve been married since 1947. 1947.

Um you want a big medal for that she’s  otherwise she’s aware that’s form yeah   yeah she’d be on the wire I  think 68 sure she’s 68 years   good yeah congratulations I expect it would be my  fault when she sees me you’ve been traveling yeah all right I’ve always wanted a strong man

I was on this train one night and this man the  subtops he must have known me and he said aren’t   you the girlfriend going with Sarah and I said yes  why and he said oh he said he’s a proper old black

Card I said what do you mean he said well he likes  his fighting ain’t trying to come right don’t rush oh we won’t travel to find you try to  find somebody’s power [Music] all right okay I said yes I am going to marry him

He said I put you there but he didn’t have  to I don’t know where the fish is gone she’s in the back so much let me  smelling it a few times it worked   to make sure that we had money won a lot  of money but it was money to pay the bills

I’ve gone a stronger Zoo  when I’m your age oh there I think we’ve been very lucky we had to work for what we got  but it was a good life [Music] something made you call the ambulance today  yeah because she saw her she’s okay okay so

What time was this last pain you would  say uh when I was in the ambulance okay   Caroline came into recess with chest pains  initial scan reports suggest she’s had a   heart attack I have a 57 year old lady I fax  dcg store 294 I don’t know if you’ve seen

Them uh harisuji with the pain is inferior  rest elevation with reciprocal changes so   it’s probably razor spasm of some sort although  Caroline’s condition has stabilized doctors must   determine the root cause of her heart attack  to prevent further damage or a cardiac arrest

Ulta the EVS in there she had two more  things the ECG showing that she’s having   heart attacks but they’ve obviously got  to find out what’s causing it and then   they’re going to come out but they know we’re here Caroline’s daughter Chelsea traveled  to hospital in the ambulance she’d

Been joined in the waiting room by her brother  Max boyfriend Scott and Caroline’s partner Ian   so what did they say who that  they was doing now just I think   like there’s standard stuff that they  was doing in the ambulance and indoors [Music]   when I was really little we were really close

She used to take me dancing every  week and take me to my auditions   and over Christmas take me to my pantos and stuff towards the end of my first year at school   I started to get bullied but my mum was  stood up for me a lot cold in here isn’t it

She saw one of the bully’s parents in a car so  she drove after them like flagged them down and   got out the car and spoke to this girl’s mum  and dad and they were mortified yeah [Music] the other day she’s my best friend

Yes hello how are you okay well you said  she doesn’t look too good yes I’ve heard we   certainly captured one easy one heart tracing  to suggest that some artery might be narrow   okay cardiologist Dr Josh has come  to recess to discuss Caroline’s case

Who spoke to me earlier said that you have had  previous heart when I was a heart attack in   2000 [Music] when she had her heart attack then  years ago I was only little so I didn’t really   understand what was going on then but now that  you’re older you can appreciate what’s going on

And how poorly someone is looking at your ECG  recording if this is not due to spasm we would   expect you to have placed significant pulmonary  artery disease [Music] she was really unwell   you know she was really depressed and had to do  what she had to do to make herself better [Music]

Likely to need to keep you in  hospital for another angiogram [Music]   I found out that my mom and  my dad were splitting out on the actual day she asked us both to come  downstairs [Music] and she was sitting on the sofa

And she just said I’m leaving I can’t do it  anymore and I didn’t really understand what she   was saying good stuff and I cried obviously all  the way to school and I got into school and then

Like the day kind of dragged on and at that time  I didn’t have mobile because I was really young   um and then I remember because I had in my mind   that my mum was going to be  there when I got home [Music]

And I ran all the way home [Music] and  when I got up there she was already gone [Music]   she got five in there I’m  impressed I’ve impressed myself [Music]   all right thank you not a problem experience okay   oh bless you thank you take care bye thank  you [Music] bloody hurt that injection did

So what are they gonna give you an  angiogram I think so yeah tonight   they’ll keep you in there Monday it’s good that  you’ve got seen straight away though isn’t it yeah   Caroline is being admitted for emergency  surgery after having a heart attack less

Than two hours ago come on I believe  you’re going in the water well yeah   after her first heart attack in  2000 Caroline’s marriage broke down   she left the family and moved to  Scotland for three years any more pain

When my mum left as soon as that happened  I wasn’t really like a kid anymore I kind   of had to step up to it and be a bit more  responsible I did the cooking the washing   and especially at like 11 when you’re going  through puberty and like you’re starting

To like have little boyfriends and stuff and  when I was obviously having trouble at school   and when you want your mum there um and she  weren’t there so yeah I missed that terribly   Ah that’s very pronouncing that  ambulance I know I panicked

But then I think as I started getting older  I started to feel a little bit let down   and for a long time I felt like that’s like that’s  your children how can you leave your children   hello I bring my consultant we had a chat and  it’s happened that we actually the whole team

Is here because we just finished a case  so he said that given your ECG periods we   need to do it tonight oh okay we can actually do  it oh right okay all right stay there I’ll be back when she said that she was coming back down I was really happy laughs They um the whole team of cardiologists are  here so they’re going to do an angiogram in   10 minutes for a rest [Music]  it was like she’d never gone it just it was just like normal it was just  I was back with my mum so it wasn’t it wasn’t

Weird it was just like completely natural  and where I felt I should have been [Music] is that’s cool [Music] have you forgiven her  yeah definitely as like as I’ve got older   you can appreciate why she did what she  had to do to make herself happy birthday did you ever tell your mum that

No [Music]   who’s your favorite superhero oh that’s easy  Hulk why he’s incredible and a strong [Music]   if I could turn back the clocks now  would I lift not in hindsight no no I wasn’t happy up there in  Scotland you know I miss my kids so

I know that I had to come back [Music] I just want to live to see my kids grown  up married children happy that’s all I want I always find it right through the word go I  used to think she was the cat’s riskers [Music]   I’ve always depended on her you  see I was I’ve always will [Music]   what are the ingredients to  a long and happy marriage

What a give and take and it’s Sarah yeah  you know uh I do what she takes laughs I can’t dip them [Music]   adult meal trauma in 15 minutes Lawrence is 27  years old deep Bullseye to windshield onto floor   impacting is in the right area can cause  bleeding on the brain that is potentially

Life-threatening just didn’t want him to be alone  just in case he went before I could get there foreign [Music]

    1. WOW such a lovely lady so pretty and her husband
68 years married incredible im so happy to see him get better
they both look in there 70s not 90s
also im so happy the blond lady was ok .

    2. Rom IS annoying but mom seems to encourage it with her responses so I am not sure if he actually has something or it’s just his environment

    3. What a little romantic! (26:12)
And this little cutie pie needs to be challenged!! Look at all his creative energy just busting out all over the place! I don't know much but if he were my son, I would expose him to all different types of things like chemistry or mechanical reasoning puzzles, or ??? Right now!! I like that she accepts him for who he is and not go for the ADHD. She could rein in his manners a little more I think, and the 'sexy' song didn't do much for me seeing a 7-year-old sing it…
      but other than that….

    4. The elderly man should NOT be driving a car after this , in my opinion as a RN MSN, with experience in Orthpaedics, Neurolgy, Neurosurgery, and Rehabilitation. Best wishes & prayers. 🙏🙏🙏💕💕

    5. The young woman who saved her mother by calling the ambulance while she was having a major heart attack … had been LEFT by her mother for 3 years when the mother couldn’t hack it with her husband anymore!!! Hard, very hard to forgive, in my opinion. The story however doesn’t go into any detail about the woman’s husband. Best wishes to all!!!

    6. Im watching this with subtitles on, and when the baby was crying it came up as “music” lol at first I kind of chuckled but then it dawned on me that there in the hospital, it actually would be music to anyone’s ears to hear a baby crying, cause if the baby’s crying, then they’re alive and breathing. ❤
14:00 awwwww 15 years old… ❤❤❤ I can’t imagine how she must feel now with this happening to him and I know she said with their age now anything can happen, and obviously she’s right, but it doesn’t make it any easier for her

    7. Cyril certainly has been doing something right, he doesnt in the least look or act 91, and made it through being t-boned, lifeflighted and thoroughly gone over with a mere overnight stay then back to home, wife and fish dinner with a great appetite!❤😊❤

    8. I was diagnosed with adhd a year ago, at 40. Looking back, the signs were always there. I so wish it could have been addressed as a child. I can only wonder what life would be like had it been. I have a good life now, but it was very hard work with lots of struggles. It might not have had to be so hard if I’d gotten the right support. Best wishes for Roman.

    9. Caroline's daughter is so beyond sweet and understanding…. as a mother, i cant even leave my children for a few days, let alone 3 years!! I will never understand how women can walk away from their children like that….. she is lucky her daughter is still willing to be in her life, because i dont think i would be…. children are the most amazing gift you can ever be given in life, and if you abandon them, knowing the life long emotional damage and pain it will cause your children, you dont deserve to be a mother, and you certainly dont deserve to be forgiven…. its just such an awful, selfish thing to do to your children…. i will never understand how a woman can do that…. my heart broke for her children!!! Again, Caroline is lucky that her daughter is so forgiving, and i pray Caroline knows how lucky she is to be forgiven at all!!

    10. Roman doesn’t have ADHD – he’s just too smart for his grade. He gets bored because he already knows the answers so he needs to be stimulated. But what a great kid! He’s adorable, intelligent, and very funny. And his mother is not only a great mother, but she’s gorgeous as well! (And my granddaughter’s name is Isabella!)

    11. The mom who left her daughter is so selfish! She is very lucky to have that beautiful, sweet and loving young lady in her life. You can tell the daughter is trying very hard for her mom not to leave again.

    12. Mom – no such thing as disabled students, just disabled teachers. Every school get FUNDS for every kid on a label. Cut the sugar, parents laugh, kiss, and play (no fighting), eat healthy foods (likely not school junk nor fast food junk), let em play and make noise! and They'll sleep. And learn.

    13. The poor girl whos' mom left, she seemed so traumatized, I don't understand why parents think it is ok to walk away from kids. If you need to go they come along, this is not a pet you drop off at a kennel until you decide you want one again. This beautiful young lady will live with that abandonment forever.
