O Tanana goal um I know his season’s not really kicked on since that I think we’d all agree that uh when T scored our goal it was going to Galvanize him and you know project him into I just don’t think the manager have shown the confidence to back him and let
Him have a run of games or V In fairness and perhaps his performances and you know what he does in training obviously reflects that and the manag his decision but In fairness to tan I don’t he haven’t had that run of games to prove himself like he’ve started games and he
Don’t seem to be the same player in my opinion as what he is when he comes off the bench yeah but then he doesn’t want he shouldn’t be like a as a professional footballer I get that um only gka i b the flame say another Knob name but like
Him aside you don’t want to really want to be renowned as an Off the Bench player do you so where’ you go from there you know I think from his career I we talked about his age before forgive me I can’t remember exactly what we talked about what his age actually is
He’s only in his early 20s isn’t he you know just make a break for him I think personally and I would not be surprised if he doesn’t ship off on loan um earn his stripes Haven he and he’s just got to keep working hard I suppose and be patient that’s the
Biggest thing but being a youngster is having that right mentality I suppose that if you’re not playing regular it’s just keeping down the nickling hard and working hard and you’d like to think the manager is having the right conversations with them not you know You’ imagine that’s
Happening but again then you don’t know because he’s he’s obviously dropped down and played for the 21s a couple of times was he um well yeah and I didn’t he was only dropped down there for like a about fornite wasn’t he he was back in a squad so U he’s obviously showed something
There um again I don’t think he’s going to be a starter as you in the weekend I think we can all agree that he’s not going to be a a starter weekend more than bowler though he doesn’t do the he does more defensive work than
Bowler does so I don’t see why he’s not playing the head of B he’s our player develop him yeah well that’s it yeah I you know let’s be realistic um you know much why my thoughts are on bowler but let’s be realistic he’s not going to be
There come next season is he let’s be real Josh B is not going to be a c player um start of next season did not well you would like to think you wouldn’t stranger things have happened mind yeah that’s true that’s true and you know if that does happen then it is
What it is and you know I respect the decision but like like ree’s just said there then like um develop the players who are going to be there next year Tanner’s our player he’s going to be there next year um and it’s I think it’s something we’ve talked about quite a bit
On the show previously about playing youngsters but I I think obviously the next couple of games now will be vital because I don’t think he’ll do us any good get into the playoffs don’t get me wrong I hope we do get there but I think they probably still got that in their
Back of their heads that if they still keep on this run you know potentially we could still get to the playoffs you know if for whatever reason we don’t get the results over the next two or three games then I would like to think that they probably look at playing some of
Youngsters in mind of you know what’s going to be happening next year the boys that we got on loan then do they look at dropping them back out and playing the boys who are gonna be with us next year I don’t know is it magic what’s that sorry is bullet even
Going to be your next year well that’s it I Wasing I was hoping they was going to announce that this week before the Swansea game I thought that would have been great timing obviously with ry’s um new contract announced on Monday I thought if they announced that this week

Face but um yeah he might look at that I don’t know I don’t know point to prove as well yeah and perhaps you know he might look at that and think you know he’s he owes something I don’t you don’t know do I’d start me though I’d definitely
Start with him big strong held the ball up well didn’t go down against IP switch bulli the defense that’s and that’s what we’ll need on Saturday we’ll need you need that you need them players in your side who are not afraid to put challenges in obviously you got to be mindful that is
A derby and you’ve got to keep control of certain you know your temperament to a certain degree I you but you know if you need him to play his normal game and is what I’m saying and he’s one of them people who’s not afraid to put it about a bit
And get involved like no I agree absolutely agree um thing Swansea is in two mile now so if he get an early goal they fan based Kon yeah but I think I think it’s keeping them sorry Rob it’s keeping them quiet for the first pretty much exactly
What we did against Bristol really for me is going there keep them quiet for however long as long as we can it’d be nice if we could pinch an goal to make it even more hostile for him perhaps and you know put pressure on on the players because the crowd’s on their back

Bits and pieces so I’ve done a bit in the past I’ve done like cycle rides and things like that sponsored stuff um and he’s come up with the idea of right riding 300 kilometers through the month of April so I’m going to join him doing it
It works out like 10 kilometers a day so it’s not that bad but it’s just being strict and you you know you’ve got to go and do 10 at least 10 kilometers a day so that’s the plan 300 kilometers through the month of April and we’ll be
