Cycling the world – Europe: episode 59
I got to Kaunas in Lithuania in lot of pain but I was able to rest for a while and take strong anti inflammatory drugs to get rid of the inflamed kneecap. From Kaunas I headed to Marijampole, I left on the first day of snow for the winter and from there I crossed into Poland, my first night was in Suwałki.

Ciao Davide scusa per la domanda . Come mai il casco non lo porti mai ?? perché anche io nei giri a volte preferisco non metterlo, mi fa sudare di più. poi gli altri ciclisti mi guardano in modo strano.
This trip looked less biker friendly. Wide angle distorts the view but lorries appeared very close. Then the snappy 🐕 to add to your troubles. Hopefully the knee problems will ease 🙏. ✌
