Three months long roadworks at the junction of Bury Road / Roch Valley Way in Rochdale causing massive gridlocks on a Sunday. It is a lot worse than the video during the week, yet Rochdale City Council are not even considering a seven day working week for this site. Also why not carry out this work during the summer school holidays?
