I have a theory,
Project 1006 takes the bodies of huggy, mommy, catnap and maybe kissy to upgrade his body so that he can stretch his limbs, be really tall and menacing, maybe colour changing/taking a different appearance since he can somewhat change his voice, and it would make perfect sense because i assume he took huggy, he definitely took mommy and catnap, potentially missy, and theres probably related somehow.
Maybe he repairs all of the monsters you've fought but makes them stronger and u have to fight all of them together while they're also stronger then before,
Potentially, he puts all their parts together and makes them into one Mega Monster but he doesn't use himself, so you'll have to fight the Mega Monster then the prototype 1006 and then maybe even save kissy missy to escape.
Or maybe he doesn't do any of these and an entirely new boss appears.
