Directors now headed by George schulzer and Alfred shefner Dr Schindler had been a member of the Asha visce Board of Directors for 28 years and had worked alongside Eugene Schwab throughout much of his service Peter Schmid hiny L later took over as a chairman of the board of directors of

Asha Vice continuing the Schmid Tiny Family rule over the company Executives during the restructuring process it was decided that Esa Vice and schulzer concentrated on separate areas of machine um engineering with the eice factories primarily working on hydraulic power plant construction including turbine storage pumps reversing machines

Had become streamlined a move deemed necessary because of the several large Acquisitions this included a close collaboration with brown B a group of Swiss electrical engineering companies who had also worked for the Nazis supplying the Germans with some of their ubo technology used during World War II

Brown B was also described as a defense related electrical contractors and found a condition of the Cold War arm race to be beneficial to their business the merger and reorganization of these Swiss mechanical engineering Giants saw their collaborations pay off in unique ways during the 1968 Winter
