Hi guys welcome back to another video today I am down in Sunny Brighton it is very sunny today which uh might prove difficult on fishing fishing front I’m not really here to be fishing I’m here to deliver something to Mr Robin Howard who’s over here somewhere uh for an

We’re going to nip out for a little while just to till some time really um and see if we can catch a bass or two top water only um just to see what it’s about but it is very bright I can’t imagine there’s going to be loads of

Fledging cuz they got brown feathers rather than the usual white uh they’re a bit stupid and they like to pick up surface LS um obviously by using singles that minimizes the chance of getting cooked by anything but another way is if this dive bomb in your lure and heading

Towards it just stop soon as you stop moving it they sort of twigged it it’s not a real thing and they leave it alone if after that point they do pick it up in their beat which can happen has happened to me three or four times just

Give them some tracks and just follow them with the rod give them some slack line once they’ve got the beak ground it properly and realize it’s hard and not something they want to eat they tend to drop it um the problem came with trebles by that point sometimes they can just

Get caught in their feet and things um but now using singles don’t really get that issue yep babies number two don’t Spike me here we Go there we go number two on the Axia Axia K9 used to be hgo K9 K9 yeah now now Axia not not HTO yeah yeah there we go banging that extra bit of distance made difference okay so when we turned up there was fish here straight away and we had we had follows

On pretty much this first and second third cast I think I think Rob I think had a blob on the First cast uh that was on the head and one Locker spotted fish a bit further out so we switched over to the HDO K9 and our bang R straight away

So it was s of warranted the change um it’s G quiet now so we’re going to uh call it a day and move on um don’t know where my day goes from here I might might grab the lrf rods and see what else I can bang Out oh what got got something what is it what is it what is it what is it I think it is a TT there we go Wicked well there we go there’s the first fish of the second part of day the LF s up on the on the

Marina wall uh and it is a tomt um really aggressive little fish look at his cool little antenna it took a bit of um Berkeley gulp on a snoody drop shot just down inside one of the little stanions um he really pissed off the trucky back get anything

Else what we got I’ve got something what we got pouting come up come up come up come up yes pouting there we go it’s another species that is pouting same same technique drop shoting the barkle gulp down the edge and they’re cool this this I get these bars on them cool little

Fish um don’t catch too many though something else would be nice okay once again uh I find myself sitting here editing and having to get the camera out because the GoPro hasn’t done its job uh I am absolutely gutted uh the next fish uh you’re going to see is the most

Interesting fish caught all day um it was the best fight uh most happened it was a cool technique uh I’m pretty sure I sort of talked you through it as it happened so I I explained why I chose the lure and what I was doing and then I

Caught a fish off the back of it and none of that was captured because GoPro does GoPro stuff um if anyone’s got any alternatives to GoPros or if anybody fanes joining me for the day and helping me out a bit of filming it’s so hard to

Film by yourself uh you rely on the GoPro so much and when it just decides that it doesn’t want to capture things there’s nothing I can do um so there you go um I’m going to have to skip the fight I’m afraid it was pretty epic um

It was the the biggest fish I’ve caught ever RF uh so far um it was cool species it was a cool capture I had to get my drop net out which i’ left behind me and couldn’t reach so one of the guys fishing a couple of Bays down had to

Come down and help me it was all really cool and like it was hyped up and the energy was good and none of it’s captured so cheers GoPro um like I said anyone got any alternatives or F is shadowing me for a day and helping me out with some filming uh I can

Reciprocate with uh taking your fishing sh showing some and pieces and supplying lures and rods and whatever else you need just need someone who’s willing to point a camera at me for some of the day um but there you go it is what it is

Nothing you can do about it now so uh on with the video and here’s that fish well I wasn’t expecting that that is a Gard on That Metal jig um first fish I’ve ever caught one of them so I’m very pleased with that U we get this fish

Using so um I can’t remember what it’s actually called but is from Ma majorcraft and it’s one of their uh metal jigs I will show you what it is here so it’s like a a ball jig with like two assist hooks on the back and a these

Little pieces of um rubber skirting I’ll get some close-ups as well but all I was doing was just bumping along the bottom so so if this is the bottom letting it hit the bottom just bump bump bumping up and letting it sit bump bump letting it

Sit and it was on that pause when it was obviously sitting on the bottom and these little bits of rubber and the assist hooks were sort of flapping down that the gun had hit it I actually had a bite on it just before that it was probably the same fish following it in

Um so very pleased on a new lure that um I thought looked good but had no idea whether it would actually catch or not and had no real idea how to fish it I’ve not looked it up I just sort of picked it up CU it looked cool and given it a

Well I can only go by what nothing to do what this post whatsoever right it’s always been cash as far as I know for the last four years since I’ve been here right so if I haven’t got any cash what would you suggest I suggest you either

Go to Asda to get some cash or go fish on the beach right that’s ridiculous right can I P the shop uh can i p in the shop shop has nothing to do with the walls anymore oh Christ they G sold the shop and the walls two two two different people now

Oh Jesus Christ right okay uh uh right okay um can’t you can’t take car payments nothing there exact no that’s what I just said no cash on well I Haven got any cash on me so I have to I’ll have to call it D that’s that’s seems silly

But nothing I can do I’m craid I’m not I’m not going to walk toward to walk back again that’s silly all right thanks anyway cheers well you probably would have heard all that and what an unfortunate end to my session cuz I am not walking

All the way back to Asda to get cash out and then walk back again in this day and age you should be able to take some sort of car payment or bank transfer or PayPal or whatever it’s easy there’s no excuse it’s 20123 um aside from that I

Think the attitude was pretty poor um he want to charge with two rods even though I’m Lure fishing fishing one rod um you can quite clearly see that uh if you had a bit bit more approachable in in the first place I probably would have gone

Out fester and got the cash and come back but the attitude was horrible so I’m going home um to be honest I got what I needed out of here I had some fish um and I missed the worst of the traffic so the only losers really here

Are this place cuz uh it won’t be just me that leaves and doesn’t come back and to be honest unless the attitude changes and the setup changes I might be coming back um ruins it a little bit makes it a nice place to fish not too far from home

There you go what can you do well that bit of a shame um a really nice day up until that point I I’ve reacted a little bit maybe let me know in the comments what you think I think the attitude he had from the get-go was pretty poor

Um trying to charge for two rolls is what probably got my back up a little bit now obviously I’m L fishing you can’t fish two rods at once um maybe I overacting maybe I was I was a bit I have my have my back up already but

The whole the whole cash thing I guess I could sort of rationalize that that’s their choice I don’t have to fish there uh whoever whoever makes those decisions is totally up to them and I get that but it does seem a little bit ridiculous um and if that’s the case maybe they

Should put something right at the front of the marina of the arm saying cash only um I expect a lot of people would be able to would expect to pay with a card or something um yeah is what it is it’s a shame it’s a shame cuz I was

Really enjoying myself and uh I would have carried on fishing for another hour or so as it happens and I’m going to leave now I’m probably going to get home a bit quicker than I would have done so it is what it is um right well seems a
