    1. A drunk police chief showing up to a DWI case and being a belligerent drunk trying to pull rank. He was allowed to retire honorably with a full pension? This was not justice served. Complete turd making all police look bad. Good sergeant. Terrible now EX Chief. It would be in New Jersey.

    2. The chief should have been fired. If anyone else would have done that they would have ended up in jail. Driving drunk and interfering in a police investigation? I don’t care how many years of service he has it doesn’t excuse his actions. The mayor and him must be buddies.

    3. Why wasn’t the chief investigated for DUI? The cop gave a known drunk person their keys back to drive away. Blue line gangbangers watch out for their own.

    4. So the police chief is a full blown alcoholic , and the mayor let him be chief for this long, they knew he was a low life drunk to begin with, sue the city, bring charges against the mayor, sue them all, nothign but losers, all of them.

    5. HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED!!!! SCREW THE RETIREMENT/ HE BROKE THE LAW!!! HE IS NOT ABOVE THE LAW!! THEY WOULD HAVE CHARGED US AND THREW THE BOOK AWAY ON US IF THAT WAS US MEANING PRIVATE CITIZEN!!!

    6. “he’s drunk again.” it’s incredible that we’re praising a staff who ON VIDEO confirms that this has happened multiple times and they’ve done nothing.

    7. The community is safer with Guida off the streets. The ex police chief drove to the scene of a dui crash drunk, then obstructed an investigation, assaulted an officer and then committed corruption. The ex police chief should be in jail. Had any average citizen done one of those things they would be arrested and booked into jail
