Asylum Seekers are packing up and moving out this is one of the 50 hotels the government said it would close to migrants to save taxpayers money it pledged to move them to cheaper types of accommodation like the bbby stockhome barge but we found out that’s not what’s happening instead in many places they’re

Simply being taken to other hotels what’s happening right now where where are these men going these guys are moving from this hotel to another hotel um a bit further up north we watched as they left kidderminster in taxis then arrived 70 M away at this hotel in darbishire where

They’ll now be staying what we’ve just witnessed will mean the home office can say another migrant hotel has been closed but as we’ve seen the migrants will still be being housed in a hotel at the taxpayers expense just a different Hotel an hour and a half away from where

They were staying for KH it means losing his college place as it’s too far to travel he had expected to be out of taxpayer funded accommodation by now as he’s been here so long his claim is part of the so-called Legacy backlog the government says it’s dealt with around 2

Years I’m in here I want to work I want to start a new life for us H’s been in the UK even longer the hotel where he was staying closed to migrants last week so he was moved 40 mil away to this hotel in Staffordshire with a group of

Men switching so it doesn’t it doesn’t change anything just wasting money I think so why do you think you’ve been moved I think it’s just for because of the next election so they want to tell the native uh people we we sorted out the hotels children lost School places

When this hotel suddenly closed to migrant and they were moved away the home office says it’s making significant progress to reduce the 8.2 million pound a day hotel bill but the people in the hotels say they just want decisions on their Asylum claims so they can move out

And move on Becky Johnson Sky News

    1. What about our homeless and our women who are forced to work until age 66 and these people are given everything free.how much have they contributed to tax and the NHS. We certainly would not receive a handout if we went to their country. WE ARE THE LAUGHING STOCK OF THE WORLD. this is not Great Britain anymore just Britain.

    2. Suella Braverman was quite right in saying we're being invaded. She was only speaking the truth. In years to come there'll be millions of them here and the UK simply wont exist anymore.

    3. poor people and yet if biden the american president starts another war with iran there will be tens of thousands of migrants trying to get away from a country that no longer excists beause people with power prefer wars that make them very rich.

    4. As a Brit, born n bred, paid into the system most my life and all my ancestors did , I waited 18 years for a place to live, left me homeless for long spells while we watch these being treated like kings is sickening

    5. "I want to work…..I want to start a business"….i want free health care/education/housing/transportation. I want to push the poor people who live here now out of their neighborhoods and schools and then claim racism so I am immune from your laws.

    6. The benefits of uncontrolled migration, and multiculturalism? Or their claiming of benefits?

      Stats from government website:

      Unemployment by ethnicity.

      Extract:

The overall unemployment rate in 2022 was 4%

3% of white people were unemployed in 2022, compared with 6% of people from all other ethnic groups combined

people from the combined Bangladeshi and Pakistani (9%), Asian ‘other’ (7%) and black (7%) ethnic groups had the highest unemployment rates out of all ethnic groups.

    7. They aren’t going home, but housed throughout the country, jumping the waiting list queue.
There’s that many in my town it’s like being abroad in the town centre and nice to sometimes here an English voice.
