Review of who was resident in UK prisons and what they found were that military veterans are the highest occupational group and this obviously raises some concerns so the government wanted to do something about that and so they supported care after combat initially just as a scoping exercise really to see
If there was any way we could help these men and women actually you know understand the problems that led to offending behavior and go on to lead successful lives so what sort of offending Behavior are we talking typically for for people that’s in prison that’s actually served in our
