The people of Macedonia do not accept this kind of humiliation. We would not change our name just because that's in line with geostrategic interests of EU/NATO/USA. Our name is not threat to anyone. There hasn't been even a single incident with our neighbor Greece for the past 30 years. The REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA is distinctive enough from the name of REGION MAKEDONIA in Greece. We don't have any territorial claims to anyone of our neighbors, but we would never give up our right of self-determination as Macedonians.
