This is Part 32 of my trip continuing the journey through Poland. I intended staying 2 nights at the campsite at Jezorio Biale as it was a beautiful location, but the night club across the water was just too loud until 4am so I moved on. Stopping briefly in Chelm before heading off and through Lublin. The sun shone and I had a very leisurely ride through the Polish countryside before arriving at a campsite at the very picturesque town of Kazimierze Dolny.

The whole journey took me through the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Sweden and into Norway right the way up to Nordkapp, the furthest point you can travel by motorcycle or car in mainland Europe and then back through Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Germany, Belgium and France over a 7 week period late May – mid July 2023
I am back in the UK now, but please do add your comments and I’ll get back to you.

Hoping you can “Like” the video, as this does help the channel.

All my best wishes, thanks again for watching

That Impressive so decision time then what am I doing welcome folks it’s Nick here it’s the start of day 43 just packing up I was going to spend two nights at this campsite cuz it’s really quite nice and the lake is is really lovely um but across the lake are

A number of nightclubs and they boomed music straight across the lake until about 4:00 a.m. and then there was a bit of peace until about 5:00 a.m. and they started again so not being a party pooper but trying to sleeping that is difficult so um today I’m off

To routing through a town called Helm then onto Lublin and then to kmir dony Casmir dony I think it is um which I think is about 180 km and either Lublin or the kashmir’s doy I’ll probably stay a couple of nights at so I’m still heading away from home at the

Moment so I’m not on the route back which makes it feel as if I’m still traveling somewhere cuz once you start heading back I know from last year it is sort of an urge to to get back so I’m going to try and avoid that anyway

Enough a me I’ve got to tight tighten these straps up properly cuz I lost uh lost that little red bag which had me wet gear in not going anywhere uh Rock straps love them anyway uh see you on the road righty ho just leaving the campsite it was a nice

Campsite the weren many in the way of toilet facilities I must say a couple of uh toilet cubicles in a couple of Showers and one other cubicle I don’t know if there’s a shower of toilet it was out of order and the door was locked so you couldn’t tell biggest downside as I say was the clubs across the lake performing until 4:00 a.m. mind you they had a bar here and the music was ridiculously

Loud to entertain the two or three people that could stand the noise and uh yeah so that was that was very odd that went on to about 11:30 I think have a noise curfew after 11: so it seemed a little bit weird anyway enough complaining about it it

Was good it was nice site the location was lovely for the lake and I walked around the lake last night was about 3 miles 5 km Jolly Pleasant setting off now as I said earlier heading first to hel I’m going to stop and grab some breakfast somewhere cuz it was

Um I didn’t I didn’t have any breakfast forgot all about it hopefully the weather will stay like this rather Pleasant to mini Convoy and not follow them just see that little shop had supplies so I grabbed pastry a yogurt bottle of water and a caramel I’ve eaten the pastry drun the

Coffee drunk some water and saved the yogurt and I hope I remember I saved it and in my tank bag hope stopped somewhere bit more picturesque than the car park of a shop and have that just arrived at our first fire point which is the town of

Helm not sure what’s going on here just leaving K and there’s all these trucks parked on the side of the road a little bit odd a police car further back peculiar they should all be parked oh just in case you were worried I’ve eaten my yogurt by the way so it

Hasn’t curdled when I was in her I made trip up to see the Basilica you can’t really see from the road and and there a little Park just opposite I stopped and had my yogurt we’re currently traveling on the 12 very open Countryside all around the agricultural heading

West but I’m going to see whether I can take one of these smaller roads yeah it’s kilometers but it’s just a bit tedious is such a very straight road this one well there’s no other oh was pretty uh pretty useless let’s see where it goes there’s a little

Saying something along the lines of if you don’t know where you’re going then any road will take you there and there’s an element of that here I think I am heading towards Lublin fairly aimlessly really it’s it’s just a rooting point no offense luin and so does it matter if I get there

In an hour or 51 km or whatever it is or if I just wander along and if I don’t make it to Lublin I go somewhere else cuz I’m traveling solo we’ve had this discussion I can turn left right go straight on go back and uh so be it

Well I stopped at a petrol station that’s the easiest me to do it I think and got a salad chicken salad some coffee and a another bottle of water and now heading off to l well that looks like it was something one time don’t know what it course He good do we going through There that Impressive so decision time then what am I doing I think I’m going to bypass Lublin the challenge is with all the gear bike gear let’s assume we can trust leaving all the stuff on the bike which I think you can still got all the biking gear itself that I’m wearing

Which and this temperature isn’t very pleasant I think I’ll just use it as a VI Point sorry luin some very regimented crop planting here and wheat on the right there but seem to be these Orchards Apples by look of things sure about the ones on the

Left well Google Maps has let me down the last couple of days with regards to Camping let’s hope it’s not so with this one could have been it no wasn’t it how’d you get down there seem to have passed it put into the parking over here for a see if I can get

There wow they’re interesting aren’t they those very interesting this is just outside the town of Ki doy big river to see I’ll backtrack a little bit down this road and see whether I can find the camping site gu last night’s camping site I just had to drive around and keep driving around and

Found somewhere in the end but it wasn’t on Google Maps yeah it’s not to be all an end all it’s just sort of I find this campsite No I’ll tell you what I’ll come back to you well it’s this little place here I’ve arranged the uh t for the night in a mix of uh hand language or sign language and English Deutch of course I’ve got a s problem I’ve got to go and get some cash out he said I can do that in the Morgan but I’ll do it this evening pitch here anyway bit of a ligh day today 221 km oh stop recording look look at that recording stopped due to low

Battery in that case needs must I’ll lean back here all that needs me to do is say bye for Now

    1. You're right about that 'turnaround' feeling. Don't miss the Eifel region on your way back. It looks like you're routing north of Cologne but from Bonn, through to Luxembourg and the Ardennes there's some amazing roads and scenery.

    2. When I saw that small army convoy I thought of the Swedish bod telling you not to follow them!🙂 I'd have thought lone bikers were the least of Sweden's problems at the moment.

    3. Looks like you had great weather for that section of the trip. I was somewhat surprised to see the two American made Humvees at the head of the military convoy, but realize that the USA has sent a great deal of military aid to Eastern NATO members. I completely understand the turn around feeling when touring; it signal the beginning of the end of the journey. Looking forward to next week’s video. Cheers, Jim

    4. It made me smile when you suggested that you might not be tempted to stagger around the city in biker gear…..staggering to the garage on a hot day can be enough! Thanks for sharing as always. Cheers.
