Detectives from across the United Kingdom take viewers’ calls in an attempt to solve some of Britain’s biggest unsolved crime-mysteries.
The show, which usually airs a new episode every month or two, also features different crimes that were caught on camera in a CCTV roundup, with information on arrests and convictions in previous cases that resulted from viewers’ tips.
`Crimewatch’ has featured a number of presenters through the years with the current roster including Jeremy Vine and Tina Daheley.

Bring back Crimewatch . So many crimes were solved because of this programme. We need it more than ever these days, and the audience numbers would be huge. I can't understand why this isn't being done ??.
