He not only didnt leave the legal distance from you he also did an illegal U turn. He also displayed that type of swearing infront of his customer who he dropped off im assuming.
There was plenty of space in the other lane for him to pass and then get into the left hand lane. He probably wanted to intimidate you as he was annoyed at being stuck behind you.

I had same problem. Closest I got was Ireland and website flagged up as dodgy.
