A Nice Day For a Ride

On this ride, I cycle from Exeter to the beautiful village of Manaton on Dartmoor.
It was about a 43 mile trip with approximately 4000ft of climbing. Although it was a cloudy day, it was perfect for my trip.
My observations are the subject of this ride. So come along and enjoy another great cycling adventure.

Your eyes light up the hi guys welcome back and thanks for joining me on my ride again today I really do appreciate it um today it’s a bit of a cloudy day as you can see and it’s quite mild to be fair um I’m off to a place called Becky

Falls so just going on the edge of dartmore and then I’ll uh be dropping down into Buy Tracy from there then making my way back so so as usual guys let’s go and see if we see anything interesting on today’s ride yeah so I brought my um Range Extender with me

Today that wasn’t charged fully to be fair and neither was the um neither was the bike so I left home with about 135% so it’s not bad I got 100 120 free now plenty of um plenty of water running off the hills we have had a hell of a lot of rain

Lately got the daffs out always nice to see them you know uh Spring’s coming and Summer’s on its way oh e a I went the wrong way I got to take a I got to take a left here I’ve not been this way before so better with me

The manit to that absolutely beautiful beautiful Village here B is running really well chain ring is going really nice the new wolf too chain ring no I haven’t lost the chain yet yeah this um this little slab look guys I’ll just show you behind the bike it’s been there since 2000 ad

Of miles into I oh my god of a I’ve overdressed again but when you come up here on dartmore you think well God I’m glad I got it on it’s quite chilly up here it’s gorgeous here guys isn’t it bit of a headwind at the moment blowing me

About we got we got horses down there I can see the other side of the valley got to got to keep both hands on the uh bars because um got a bit of a crosswind yeah we’re coming up to those horses now H going to slow down for them we good okay I

Found well I’m on my way home now I’ve done 30 miles I got 94% of the battery left so I’m going to uh treat myself now I’m sticking in Turbo thank you yeah God I bet that dog eats them out of houseing home that’s a beauty what it an absolute

Beauty and it just gorgeous here guys absolutely lovely been a lovely day today yeah really enjoyed it yes so I’m going to have to um pop into the uh into the trail Center up here um hold and um just going to fill my water bottle up oh yeah

Yeah oh so in a minute I’ll be going straight on over there at the moment let’s go down here so I’m going to get some just fill some new water up right get back on with my ride there we go back on Route again now uh 40 46 mph
