Edward and Sophie, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, have been together for over three decades – they began dating in September 1993 and got married in June 1999. Ever since the beginning of their romantic journey, they’ve consistently pointed out

On every occasion that they are the very best of friends, proving over the years that their relationship is based on lasting love and respect. Everyone keeping up with royal affairs is well aware that the king’s younger brother

Is still deeply in love with his wife, consistently going above and beyond to keep her happy and entertained. According to reliable palace sources, this Valentine’s Day was no exception. Prince Edward presented his wife with a stunning bouquet of red roses and an exquisite rose gold bracelet from an undisclosed seller.

This continues a pattern of lavish jewelry gifts, as just under a month ago, the duchess received several highly expensive pieces for her birthday. Furthermore, Sophie was gifted other items related to her hobbies, like sports gear and cookbooks. And in return, she surprised her husband with books, clothing, and an high-end watch.

It’s reported that the Duke and Duchess spent Valentine’s Day together at their Surrey home, Bagshot Park, enjoying a love-filled atmosphere with their children and pets. Later in the evening, they made their way to London for a romantic dinner at Oswald’s, a private members club that the Duchess frequents.

In recent months, there have been numerous speculations about the nature of Edward and Sophie’s relationship, with many suggesting they might be on verge of divorce. Rumors began circulating after the couple stopped appearing together at engagements, and the Duchess ceased wearing her wedding and engagement rings.

Simultaneously, she removed the pendant with the letter E from her necklace. However, sources close to the couple insist that any disagreements may only be work-related, emphasizing that privately they are as strong as ever. In fact, after a year-long break, Edward and Sophie are set to resume joint engagements.

As per the royal diary, on February 23, they will attend the British Cycling National Track Championships at the National Cycling Centre in Manchester. Subsequently, on March 8, the couple will engage in three more joint events, starting with their attendance at the Community Sports Awards at Headingley Stadium in Leeds, followed

By an Ability rehearsal at Northern Ballet Headquarters, and concluding with the performance of Romeo and Juliet at Leeds Grand Theatre. Allegedly, they also have plans to take a few days off after these engagements and celebrate Prince Edward’s 60th birthday on March 10 with a romantic trip abroad.

It’s highly likely that the Duke and Duchess will opt for St. Moritz, given their shared passion for skiing and snowboarding. For decades, even before their marriage, they’ve consistently chosen this destination, attracted by its extensive selection of ski resorts, upscale hotels, and exclusive clubs.

Unfortunately, this year, their travel plans were put on hold due to an increased workload, specifically tied to health issues faced by some working royals, including King Charles III and Catherine, the Princess of Wales. Although Sophie got the opportunity to spend two days in the French ski resort of Méribel,

It was for work reasons, given her role as the patron of the UKAF Winter Sports Association. Consequently, both she and Edward are optimistic about utilizing the days around his birthday for a short and intimate getaway. That concludes today’s updates.

    1. I'm a big fan of Prince Edward👑the non controversial son of the late Queen Elizabeth ll 👑 I'm so glad he is now the Duke of Edinburgh and Sophie is Duchess of Edinburgh Congratulations and happy Valentine's day 💕🌹⚜️🇺🇸

    2. They are two very well behaved ROYALS and they loved and respected Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip very much. I adore the chemistry between them. They are so in tune with each other. Their children are following in their footsteps. A true ROYAL family. The Spare and the nutty one should have taken more notice of them, maybe then the Harkles would have been more respected!
