    Cheers, Fabio

Welcome guys to the official behind the scenes of my strive project I’m here at the start house in kidsville underneath me the ski races are just about to start the race and uh well 5 days ago I’ve also been here with my bike I dropped

Into the slope as well but just a little bit different in my own way let’s go yes Drop in three two one so plan for this one we didn’t tell the people here we kids bu at the stri legendary ski race And this year we had the plan to make a whole video of me making the strive my own playground so we at the first spot it’s actually first spot of the video so I kind of like forced myself to train a flat drop flip for everyone out there

Who doesn’t know usually you have a ramp which gives you like pull for the rotation but uh without the ramp you need to almost do a wheelie or a manual Loop out and then try to get it around it’s really tricky as the bike is also heavy I’ve trained it into a foam

Pit Not bad don’t think it’s a if you would have done exactly what you did but like continue to commit to it you would get pretty close worked out really well this is a bit of a different setup super hard now almost icy no Spike tires for this one

So got the gear on the bike here all set up got the job what what’s the fen is for the fence is down there and there to stop me cuz I have no Spike tires on so I probably won’t be able to stop scary but no are we good [Applause] that’s good Crest Thing Yes [Applause] a first jump in the books scary one but uh worked out like a treat so preparations everything good of English it was amazing yep so I’m here with Frank on he’s an i Speedway Rider as you can see he knows spikes really well it’s basically what he’s doing for for a [Applause] living so he’s creating this for his motorcycles so it was quite obvious for me to go to him and ask him if he can help me out creating a tire for my Strife project oh okay you can’t really just go somewhere and buy the tire so everything you see

Here is Handmade by um by Frankie is this so every single screw is screwed in by hand and um drilled through so it’s been taking Frankie I think six hours for just one tire to get it perfectly done and we have couple of sets um as spare ones First spot of today plan is to jump over the slope here this is actually the main race course my plan was to jump over the whole slope the whole course got nice setup of two jumps we made a training jump for the big one Landing is a bit

Mow a bit flat sort of used to that now since yesterday let’s see how it goes drop it w I’ve got a fender but the fender is a it’s a Fender it’s too soft cuz it’s quite an impact and then if your front wheel like goes go into the snow bad is The so I tried to figure out the way of how to make this a bit more safe yeah cool so starting the day off with a new Fender looks good good hold is huh yeah Landing is much harder so it’s more safe you rode this drive too right yeah yeah

He’s a legend he did it first Marx is trying to help us out with a lot of things here um because he knows how it feels is it harder to to ride with spikes on the tires it’s totally different each Spike you add is a lot of weight if you turn something heavy

Really quick it’s harder to turn the same with the Bike I’m seeing you operate I’m seeing you seeing me too and I like all the ways you shake and I can relate to the ways you move so come on into my habitat or we can meet up anywhere you you anytime we can interact I’ll be down with that to connect to

You we got we got we got it we got we got it so probably one of the biggest drops I’ve done so far it’s 22.3 is good it’s a solid start into the day what’s planned for the other half of the day we’ve got an even bigger drop Head up everyone I was going to do one more on the small one uh to measure some speed so we’ve got a guy who’s uh pretty good in doing mats he helped us out calculating the speed for the jumps now we measured it it was 46 km/ hour just for the small

One which I also think perfect speed for the big one up there in the mouse of having high hopes is going to work this is unique this is loud this is crazy my name is Fabian schab and the frame you’re about to see was designed by Me yeah now baby hold on there must Be moving On I gave you everything what do you think of the setup a it’s big massive like the biggest fear and problem is always like judging the speed Right just threw out the CHS that he hit now and where he he would have landed with the same speed when he tried the mo the big sand Never End than To of fore got the Okay So guys this is really C The Spe Upop everyone f is pushing up for the Attempt ready yes woohoo 3 2 1 the Takeoff [Applause] [Applause] Woo yes y way yes w [Applause] feel happy how it turned out super happy bit over 24 me so here we got a bit of a perspective how steep this really is you’ve got a decline of 85% which is really really steep the biggest challenge for drops

Like these is definitely to judge the speed right you can imagine you’re on snow there are almost no reference points where you can sort of like get a feeling for the speed especially when you’re a bike rider you used to having like trees or something around but here

You really need to rely on a lot of like data which we measured before on on other drops on other jumps and then try and uh yeah rely a bit on your gut feeling as well but uh worked out perfectly so after every day we’re meeting in the

Containers where we’ve got the editing Studio we ready to guys uh collecting all the clips saving everything putting everything already together with the music so we can already have a look and uh get a feeling for what we film let’s see there let’s make a quick outfit

Check there we go starting off with cut proof underwear another cut prooof underwear heating socks protection pants knee pads and ankle braces final bottom part nine Pants next are seven layers n prototype and New Jersey here we go f find so it’s This by the way the new N9 backpack super sick it’s going to be available soon go hello [Applause] hello y you haven’t talked to the audience what what’s your plan plan here to do a wall ride maybe some of you might know legendary clip of B Miller

During the ski race he was so quick that he almost did sort of like a wall ride thought it might be actually a cool thing to imitate him and to do the same with the bike okay one of the craziest guys from Austria the Sea Dog maybe one of you

Guys have already seen his uh insane video or him participating in Rampage Cardella from Austria here we go straight down this Ridge so much breaking here he’s helping me with building all the crazy stuff big shout out okay and what what going to what man what are we going to do

Now so we’ve got a big sand coming Up I can’t remember ordering the setup but would you like to jump no way I’m not [Laughter] Stupid lost so you will ski with him down the landing yeah take lead shot Ready and drop in and 3 2 1 and 3 [Applause] 2oo mus sounds like This And the allam UN so Good so we’ve got uh a proper transportation for all the stuff so but this heli and he’s helping us to move the stuff like up and down because we’ve got all these wooden plates and they need to be at certain spots so they’re helping us out everything by hay which is uh quite Crazy make you workow all over it update we jumped 29 M which was okay but uh goal is definitely to go [Applause] further hey I can beginning where you on the surface with all you got do you serve it out to you out of service you can wait and see make

Bet on the lottery a jump in teeth and skin grind it out with your whole damn Body 96 over ni With the jump all right guys that was a proper project thank you guys thank you for everyone who was involved in this it’s not just me making such a project possible there are so many people being involved in this uh first of all everyone from kidsville Who’s involved

In the race thank you guys for letting me ride this thank you Red Bull for making this dream of mine long dream of mine possible and uh yeah thanks guys for watching stay tuned for more it’s going to be hard to top this one see [Laughter] You here I am and such a lucky man now I found you when the little things start to multiply you are You’re I you’re my love star you’re my love God you’re Mir

    1. Fabio brother can plzzz give your one bike because i likes your bike and i have so so so so many intrest in mtb but i cant buy it because of family problems my sister is suffering from cancer and she is the biggest fan of your love from india❤️❤️❤️❤️

    2. After watching how close this guy's gems came to hitting that rear tire (spikes) on the first jump, (if it were me jumping), I would insist on lengthening the rear fender by at least 4" inches, if not 6" just for good measure.

    3. This video was recommended to me so apologies if I'm missing something, but I don't see much of riding the ski track? A little of running wide into the barriers (understandably, skis are probably way better suited than bikes I guess) and a couple of staged, but cool, jumps/flips?

    4. For many years I have dreamed of buying a mountain bike for 250-300 dollars.
However, I cannot afford to buy a connection for my living conditions.
      Still a dream.
If I had a mountain bike, I would be happy in this life to ride a bike in the mountains, this is my dream😊
