This is the start of a new season TDT-Unibet. Go, go, go, go! Hartthijs – That’s very good, allez man…. …you got a good advantage, allez! Yeah, what the f*ck boy… …shit. M*rde! In our dream of participating in the Tour de France… …we have moved a step closer with our ProTeam licence.

On Sunday 14 April, we may even take part in our very first WorldTour race: The Amstel Gold Race! My wildest dream is to compete in the final of the Amstel Gold Race. At the start of 2024, the big question is…

Can we show ourselves directly to the cycling world in the Tour of Antalya? 93… After an intensive training camp in Spain… …we are travelling with seven riders, staff, Josse and myself… …to Turkey for our first race of 2024. In the Tour of Antalya, we will make our debut as a ProTeam.

And I can promise you in advance… That will be one hell of a ride! Really Turkish music here too. Good music, good music! It’s very, very good. Good, vitamins. – Yes, good vitamins yes. He just got himself ripped off like that. How many times did you actually pin here? Two times?

Pinned? – Yes. With card? – Yes. First time. Yes, but did you checkout once? Yes. So that twenty euros is all you paid? Yes. For four coffees and two orange juice. Yes. Yes, but we’re not on the Champs-Elysรฉes here or anything.

No, because we are in Turkey for the Tour of Antalya. A four-day stage race that takes us between all-inclusive resorts to great heights. Stage one is one for the sprinters, but after that it won’t be flat anymore. With stage three being the absolute queen stage.

We are at the start with Owen, Martijn, Jelle,… …Cedrik, Hartthijs, Charlie and Axel. Our team has gone through quite a transformation this winter. Lots of new riders in, lots of foreigners… – Lots of climbers. …lots of climbers. Because hard riders on the flat, we already had them.

And this is actually the first race… Uphill. – …Uphill. And also a test with that… – Uphill arrival. Yes and with that I think we can also show that we are not… …only that team from the Netherlands who can ride nice and hard on the flat.

But with Cedrik Christophersen and Charlie Paige hopefully. In particular, yes. Hopefully, this week them two. Could also possibly go for a Tour de France classification in two years’ time. Well, I think that’s a quick step from Tour of Antalya to Tour de France.

But, I guess it does show that we want to go there. This is the worst thing I know. When people are sitting in my bed. Poah. I hate, fucking hell idiots. Aah finally… …we are here. The first race of the season, the moment we all expected. We worked hard to be here.

You are finally ready. We want to do well in the overall standings. But the stages are also super important for us. So itโ€™s pretty clear, for the general classification, we have Cedrik and Charlie. Which are the two riders we want to see.

And we strongly believe that, with the team in front of us… …is the perfect team to reach the teamgoals this week. So, let’s work it. Stage one is likely to end in a bunch sprint. So we play the Martijn Budding card.

If it ends in a sprint, we really would like full dedication for Martijn. You guys, have the opportunity tomorrow to do something. But if we go for a sprint, then we go all in for him. I think we are pretty clear. Just, never forget to enjoy riding your bike.

Martijn is sick, he did eat something that he shouldnโ€™t probably. Because he is not feeling well and he canโ€™t eat this morning. This is going to happen more often this season. And the fact that it happens on day one is a bit annoying.

We had to change our strategy a little bit and go for Jelle in the sprint. We’ll see how that goes. I think it would be also really good for us. We’ll see. I really do have a bit of a problem with my paunch. But not in your head that you feel really bad?

It’s more really a stomach problem? Because the Tour of Antalya is a fly race, the organisers are arranging the cars and… …transport from our all-inclusive resort to the start, including private driver. Yes, this is good. No. Why not? Hey man, are you going to have a nice day today? Yes. – Yes?

Yes, yes. Your next assignment is to switch the music… …to the next station and then switch back after ten seconds anyway. Okay, we’ll stop now. Hunger? No, maybe. Heโ€™s feeling sick. Jelle, do you mind if I sit up front for a bit. – Yes is totally fine. It’s finally here.

Our debut as Pro Team. A special moment in a special outfit, with a message from and about the heart. I should explain that. Increasingly, we are hearing stories about heart problems in cycling. Together with Unibet, we are drawing attention to this around our first course.

With a digital tool, and our Follow your Heart clothes. Those men of yours must be getting hot. Not from the sun, though. – They will be taking the jackets off soon. Good luck! Get well! A breakaway of about five riders has now formed. Which unfortunately does not include any of our men.

Josse and I are waiting for the peloton a little further down the road. And then suddenly get Turkish company. Oh now the tรผtรผr. Tรถรผtรผr de Tietema has officially started. Did I mention once on screen that this is Tรถรผtรผr de Tietema? [CAMERAMAN] Not on this camera yet.

Do you know what they call Tour de Tietema in Turkey? Tรถรผtรผr de Tietema. Honking louder you crazy people! And then comes the message that really couldn’t stay out. Martijn is DNF. Was it just,… …was it just empty? Yes, I didn’t eat anything at all. So how are you feeling now?

F*cked. – Yes. Yeah just… …dissapointed of course. Just feels a bit like being sick. That’s just yes, food poisoning, couldn’t be anything else. As the peloton eighteen kilometres from the finish… …got back together, it looks set to end in a sprint. But then…. Number 94 goes for the breakaway now.

Hoh, 94 goes. Owen is going! It’s not far now and there are two people left. We are in the breakaway with Owen. Allez Owen, allez Owen, perfect! That’s very good man. Allez allez allez, perfect. Sรฉbastien Reichenbach number fifty-four jumped away after the climb… …along with number ninety-four of TDT-Unibet Owen Geleijn.

Owen is in the leading group, along with Reichenbach. The two of them are gone. It’s still a long way to go. Twenty seconds men, twenty seconds. That was a very good move. – Yes. It’s gonna be hard. We haven’t received any information about the race in the last couple of minutes.

Last update was 15 minutes ago. Just good to know, the Tour of Antalya was not broadcast live anywhere this year. So the image of Josse and me continuously refreshing Pro Cycling stats… …youโ€™re gonna see that a few more times. And why don’t we have any info?

It still says Geleijn and Reichenbach plus twenty-six seconds. It may soon be all over at once, the complete… – It may be all over at once. Come on now. Allez, allez Owen allez allez. That’s very good. Allez man! You have a good advantage. Allez allez!

Continue like that! Now itโ€™s descent, now itโ€™s decent! Allez! Now you show your balls, you show your balls, allez! It’s time, it’s time. Allez guys allez! Oh boy I don’t like this, I don’t like this at all. Oh f*cking Owen. Oy. -Oy, oy.

This says three comma one to go and that there is still a leading group. But then just before the end, Owen gets caught by the peloton. The peloton seems to be all together. Merde! Timothy. – Watch out. Yes! Timothy right? – Yes. Until when were you away? 900 metres. – Really?

But Reichenbach had dropped me, but he was also caught back. We didn’t have any updates. – Reichenbach dropped you? Yes, think a kilometre and a half before the end he jumped. The peloton was so close by then. Well, you were responsible for the first heart attack. Well done!

Everyone else finished without any problems? Yes I couldn’t sprint. I went at it and then the guy from Bahrain came to the left. Then I had to pull on the brakes, otherwise I was in the fences. Poah this was shit. I was perfectly in front all day.

At the very end of one kilometre, I think I was in fifth position or something… …behind Alpecin, which was perfect. And then it was one big washing machine, of course. I picked left, that was yes, I was on the left, I thought. Ah damn it. Good, well done from Owen.

Pity about Jelle, happens. And I am very relieved that everyone finished safely. Congratulations man! I think it was pretty good for the first time as a team together today. Everybody stucked together. Today was very close, for me itโ€™s almost a win. It was almost a celebration tonight.

Let’s continue like that and you can be really proud of yourselves. Today is a big day. I have arranged something for Josse that he has been nervous about for several days. Bas thought it would be fun for me to spend a stage on a motorbike.

Only I wasn’t quite up to that in terms of clothing, of course. Will be a fun day with Teo! Teo? Who is Teo again? Teo. – Yes. This is Teo. – No Mateo. Mateo. Yes, this is just a bit like having Jelle Johannink shave your hair.

Like, actually isn’t really a good idea. You also know in advance that it can go horribly wrong, but you do it. Because you took a few turns somewhere in your life. Which were not that wise. I’ve never really been on one of those actually.

Looks like a very decent motorbike in itself, although I don’t know anything about it. There’s snow on that mountain peak. If it’s haunted there. If it’s four degrees there and snow then, two wheels, I wish you good luck. He’s a bit nervous. – Why? Is it… …not wet, slippery, trustable? Yes, it is.

Do you think it’s safe? I really don’t know. This is promising. Normal jacket is fine? – Yes! And the rest I don’t need? Bas, would you get on a motorbike now? See, if he says yes now, he’s lying. First eight seconds he thought no, no, no. No but have you seen those mountains?

Yeah, that snow. – Yeah dude, that snow. You love that, don’t you? Yes, I like that, but not on a bike with slipping tyres. Oeter oeter oeter. Oeter oeter oeter, Josse goes down on the scooter. First time huh? Yes. If I die today these images are so good.

They’re just sitting around laughing too. We’re going skiing, we’re going skiing. So, skiing in the snow? Yes. – Yes? I have no… If you have an accident… – An accident, yes. …then use this one. – Use this one, okay okay okay. Yes, yes, yes, yes. Hey Hartthijsie! Dude! Enjoy your ride!

If you see this little number, follow the wheel! Hope to see you back this afternoon. Good luck! He looks reliable, Teo. Welcome to a new episode of Josse follows the course. Yes great! What do we think? Yes, you do look nicer without a helmet. Guys, good luck!

See you at the finish I hope. Yes I hope so too yes. Jo, okay we’ll go to Teo. What f*cking amateur show, what are we doing to ourselves? First time getting on the back of the bike, this will be… …Teo has no idea yet what he’s going to experience. Hoppakee. Oy!

Not right now. Oh, I must not see this. There goes the first motorbike with photographer. Oy, oy, oy, oy. This is all you want to see one minute before the start. It is an exciting day not only for Josse but also for me.

I may, in fact, after completing my UCI Director of Sport training in Aigle behind… …taking the wheel in an official race. Can I drive? I hope so. I hope you can drive. Okay. That is the first thing we are going to say in the meeting today. Yes, Bas started with: ‘can I drive?’

He started asking. So, here we go. Teo and me. Yes? We do not crash right? Yes. No, no. We go? – We go! Yes. – Yes. We are also on the road. Ready to go, ready to go. Here comes the peloton. We on our way again. I don’t get as stressed as Ponsi.

We have to learn from Gaรซtan. Where’s the info, where’s the info Sverre? Nondeju, et Mon Dieux! Allez, allez, allez. So, I can just see our boys cycling. Yes, this is quite the way to experience it. Look, here goes the leader. Poaaaah. Stage two is a stage from Demre to Antalya.

With a first and second category climb. A day for our climbers Cedrik and Charlie to get a good starting position… …down in the overall standings and maybe more. I can imagine it’s pretty hectic, stay together and work as a team. Remember to communicate boys, remember to communicate.

We are almost at the start of the climb I think. Yes, we can go. Yes? – Yes. You just have to use the horn a lot now. Just start, just start. Just use it, just it, go go go! You have to go fast. Fast, fast, fast, fast! Yes, yes. Yes, nicely done.

[Commissioner] Well done, well done Mr Tietema. Did you hear the commissioner? He said: well done, well done. Well done Tietema. Because he knows I’m doing this for the first time. Entirely as planned, Cedrik is in the breakaway. Come on Cedrik!

And Jelle also escaped from the peloton with a group of riders behind Cedrik. Nice Jelle! That’s it, go get it! Hey Josse! How is it on the motorbike? Hey Josse, how is it? – Is it cold? Freezing? Josse is now like: brrr. Meanwhile, we are in a very grim rainshower.

Very dirty weather, but we just have our sunglasses on. Are we pretending it’s nice weather here. A very grim descent. With more sand and pebbles than asphalt. We are in a particularly good situation. We are with Cedrik in the breakaway and with the whole team in the depleted… …peloton behind it.

The gap is now one minute twenty. You have one minute twenty, that’s good! I think we have lost our way a little bit. We have a new time. One minute ten, one minute and ten seconds. The finish suddenly seems very far away. Fifty seconds guys, fifty seconds.

If we now win the stage and I’m lost at a f*cking crossroad. That would be lame, though. Twenty-five seconds between the breakaway riders and the peloton. Twenty-five seconds guys, twenty-five seconds. Meanwhile, we are grabbing pavements. Very small pavements. Twenty-three seconds guys, twenty-three seconds. I can’t let anyone through, this is not a passage.

I think we are arguing now. Come on Cedrik, come on Cedrik! Seventeen seconds, seventeen seconds. Work together boys, work together. You’re gonna to make it, come on boys, come on come on! I can see the peloton in the distance. We’re behind, we’re going to miss the finish.

Getting closer to the finish line boys, getting closer to the finish line. The peloton is approaching. I don’t know who is there anymore. The breakaway with Cedrik has been caught back and so the depleted peloton will sprint for the stage win. Jelle pulls the sprint ahead of Axel at the front.

Kenneth van Rooy comes through the corner. It will be an exciting finish. Uhlig also coming up but Govekar wins. It was an exciting sprint finish. F*ck Looks like Axel finished fifth. For the overall standings, we are doing… …we are doing good. Finish? – Finish! I want to know what we did.

Very good job guys! You did great! Thank you! That was a pretty hectic final. We weren’t too sure if Cedrik’s breakaway would sprint for the win or not. And then we catched them in the final. The leadout was very good, and I just tried to do my best.

It’s the first top-five of the year for the team, and it won’t be the last one. How was it on the motorbik? – Good! If you want to be scared for your life, try it! In the downhill with the sand and rain. It was actually pretty good. This guy. This guy.

Don’t make him mad now. Turkish Hamilton. He’s crazy enough already. Yeah, that dude is crazy for sure. What is your name? My name? Veysel. Veysel. – Yes. Veysel. – Veysel. Veysel. His name is Jelle. No, no yalla! Hey Jelle, I’m Jelle! No yalla! I’m not joking. No joking is not good.

Look at this, my name. Okay. – Jelle. Jelle, ah okay. He said yalla. No, Jelle! Jelle? Okay, Jelle no problem. Jelle, everytime. Jelle, Jelle. Now we talking. Where is Cedrik? – Cedrik is in the bus. Cedrik! Do you know Cedrik? – Yes, yesterday I watched a video of Cedrik.

Yes. – Yes, yes, yes! Cedrik is a good person. – Cedrik he knows you now! Cedrik is a good person he says. Cedrik our champion! He’s a fan of you, man! He watched your videos, that’s what he said. Yesterday. – Yes, yesterday. Cedrik is a good person.

Today I expect a good performance, okay? Good performance. No pressure. We need a champion. Insjallah. Today… ….hard work, good luck team. I’m waiting for you guys. – Enjoy! Insjallah. Tell me, how are we doing? There are six of us I think, all six of us actually, in the top forty? Thirty?

I think man from Denekamp is going to have a tough time today. But I think the other five guys…. …could really go far on that climb. I think so, too. Stage three, or the queen stage of the Tour of Antalya. Today is going to be the battle for the overall classification.

In a 136-kilometre stage with over… …3000 altimeters and a final with a first-category climb. Cedrik is in a good position to compete for a podium spot. Look, so I wanted to be a DS, but… …apparently two different people are going to do that today. I think I have all it takes.

I mean, I can do: come on guys! Allez, allez, allez. Show your balls now eh! It’s not so hard you know. It’s not so hard. Just, allez allez, show your balls! I can do that. I do that all the time. Then asked if I could be a mechanic, I wasn’t allowed to either.

So, I have to take Bas up the climb, that’s all I’m allowed to do. Beautiful day today. We go to the moon today. GG! As discussed in the meeting, one of us is always… …in the breakaway to help Cedrik in the final. Finally Axel manages to be in the breakaway of the day.

Come on Axel! – Good job Axel! Hartthijs, Cedrik, Owen. Class guys, two minute thirty, two thirty. Great, all up front. Well done Teo. – Okay. All good? – Yes! Nice weather? Good weather, sun… Oh super, yes. – Super. We have already driven to the final climb. And it vibrates.

Yes, does it vibrate? Because they put bricks on a 10-kilometre climb. Last kilometre and a half… – The final chord of this climb, that’s the thing. The first seven and a half kilometres is also nine percent. Actually, there are very few tactics. We don’t really need to necessarily lead the pace.

So, Cedrik saying that he… …can drive well here if he has still some left in the tank the last kilometre and a half. And the rest should really just make sure to drive up as fast as possible. So not much tactics involved. Axel won the sprint. So picks up three seconds.

Axel is caught back just before the climb. Fortunately, Cedrik looks ready to go all out at the final climb. But then… …his chain flies off. Stop, stop! We change bikes! There are still 30 riders together in the leaders’ group. Hartthijs and Jelle drop back again?

I think they drop back to the car now. So Charlie and Cedrik are not sitting up front now? No. Keep on fighting guys, it’s still possible. Keep on fighting, keep on fighting. Allez! Okay, last two kilometres. Cedrik has been unlucky. Crap. We won’t get any information, come on Jelle!

Come on Jelle, come on Hartthijs. Really shitty. Allez guys, keep on fighting, keep on fighting. We bring Charlie in a great position. Allez, allez, allez, allez. Cedrik’s chain kept flying off. Ah what the f*ck dude. Crap. Are you a week into such a shitty course, is your chain flying off…

Ten seconds before the final climb. That’s unbelievable for f*ck sake. One has seventeen seconds. That Piganzoli guy. He is already going by himself? Yes. They are coming! I don’t see any of us, no. Crap – Goddamnit. There’s Hartthijs, or Charlie. Hartthijs, it’s Hartthijs. Come on Hartthijs, great! Come on, come on!

Are you okay? Yes? I wanna sit down. – Yes come on, I got the bike. I got the bike. Come here Jelle. Chain flew off all the time. – Oh well, itโ€™s okay. Gosh, I was so strong man. I didn’t even suffer. Didnโ€™t suffer? For the whole day. Goddamnit.

There’s a lot of progress isn’t there? – Yeah right. Compared to last year. Goddamnit my chain flew off man. – Where? Yes on the climb. – Where? Yes when I was in the first group. You were still in that group together. – Yes!

I was the first to turn up that climb, was perfect. Then your chain came off early. Yes, damnit. Big fat mess. Because that was such a stretch and then you end up alone. Did you do a whole chase? Yes, I thought maybe still to wait for Cedrik, but….

…that took too long, so then I quickly… …he also sat way too far. I still came back reasonably that way, but then you just drive steady pace. I think I broke the chain when I got it back on myself. It was ticking all the time. So then I had to change bikes.

And rode on on Hartthijs’ bike, so the saddle was too high. So it was really hard to… But the guys tried to help me really well. But I had already lost too much time in the beginning of the climb. Another good stage. Except we are empty-handed.

Cedrik a bike change at the foot of the climb. Jelle who also had something, no idea what it was. And we all finish between spot fifteen and thirty-five somewhere I think. Very nice, but… …nothing either. But the feeling is that this is going to come out somewhere.

Just too bad that’s not happening now. The only one who is really happy is Hartthijs. Because he just didn’t have trouble. And apart from team performance, he really saw that he… …made quite a step on such a steep climb. Without realising it, there is still a small bright spot.

Axel appears to have grabbed the first jersey of the season. He is 95 right? Yes, but I thought it was the… This is the green jersey. Then he needs to go to the podium. Oh maybe the attacker of the day? Still the first jersey of the year. Itโ€™s a thing. TDT-Unibet! Axel Huens!

TDT-Unibet! I think it’s a really cool plan…. …trying to make as much damage as possible. Jelle… …and Cedrik, go hard directly from the start. Full gas! Like if it was the final. If we are… …in a group over there. We have some strong guys to push on the flat.

That’s mainly the idea for tomorrow. It will be an interesting race. We’re going to make it an interesting race. Yes. When you’ve slept and then you wake up it feels a bit like an anti-climax anyway. I really spent the week before Antalya watching VeloViewer until midnight.

I also think Cedrik had a really genuine chance to… …well realistically top ten anyway, but I think also top five…. …that was certainly within the realms of possibility. And then that doesn’t work out or something. Then you wake up with a bit of a hangover.

And then it will also soon be over and then it will be two weeks again…. …it’s a bit like looking forward to the weekend a lot back in school. And then, it’s already Sunday night after Studio Sport that’s how it feels to me. Let’s get out of the car and start warming up.

I expect three champions today, the track is easy. Itโ€™s good, I see you later! Warming-up boys, come on! That will be warming up for the final stage of over a hundred and eighty kilometres. With halfway through today’s only real ordeal… …the climb of almost six kilometres at six per cent.

That’s where we go all out to make a difference. Parcours is very easy. We need three champions. No champion? Then they sleep outside. Okay? Jelle. – Jelle. Today you are champion. Champion today? Yes! I will try, I will try. I will make you proud. – I trust you.

Do you know Hartthijs aswell? He is always sleeping inside. No, he’s not sleeping anymore. I think today he will become champion. Do you love your team? – Yes, I love my team. So, next year if we come back you will be with our team? Insjallah. Yes. – Insjallah. Yes, yes.

Why are you filming me? We need to translate this bit I think. I just saw Nibali and Rogliรง swimming there. These are also dangerous… – Hey look… …this is a pintail… – …Primoลพ Rogliรง. Hey Mitch, Mitch! Primoลพ Rogliรง. Hey. Hey. This can’t do any damage can it?

Surely you grab these by the tail and swing them a few times…. Dude, if this bites you. Dude, you’re already scared of a cow! Go tough on sharks, this is such an implausible story. Jesus Christ. Holy f*ck. Four… …three… …two… …one!

Okay guys, we are for ready one hundred and eighty-four kilometres and one and a half kilometres neutral. This is going to be a long day. It’s a hundred and eighty. Oi, oi, oi. Oi, oi, oi Max. Itโ€™s a long sleep todat for me. Yeah, f*ck. As the stage gets underway…

…we try to make it to the first climb of the day. Good luck! Needless to say, we put everyone up front on this climb. And it wasn’t on Google maps, but… …this road is not a road on which you would normally organise a cycling race. So from the start we would…

…ride at full speed up here and see what the damage is. Is everybody okay guys? Yes, yes! Now keep position, keep position! Now is the moment to move up! You have to be in the front. Allez guys, allez allez! Ugh, itโ€™s a split.

Yes yes, it’s a big split. – It’s a big split. While climbing, the peloton is divided into several groups. There is a big split in the bunch, a big split. And remember, you have to start the climb in the first ten positions. Allez guys! Yes, here they come. Hard to see this.

I don’t see any of us at all. Nobody? – Maybe second to last wheel. No, we’re going to… – In the middle are still… …ah yes, there are more of them. There are more of them. Yes. – Yes, one, two, three… I can see it so badly. – …four.

Four of us. – Four? Yes, yes four men! UnoX joins in, that’s a good sign. That’s a good sign. Then we don’t have to do it alone. Letโ€™s see who is there. Yes, I see there… …there sits Hartthijs, come on Cedrik! And Jelle, class Jelle, class. – Nice Jelle!

Okay war has really been made. And then suddenly we are halfway up the climb with four men…. …in the first group. Great Owen! Apart from the result, the shape is already really top notch! This is good with four men in the first group is very good.

This is casino at the back, casino at the back. Guys everywhere, you are doing really good guys! Allez! Oh, oh, oh, oh. They are amazing Do we have anyone in the first group at the moment? Do we have anyone in the first group? [JELLE] Hartthijs is in the first group I think.

[HARTTHIJS] I’m there, come on! Then we say to the others donโ€™t pull in your group. Because thatโ€™s stupid. [AXEL] I’m just behind with five guys. Ten seconds. They are away by six, one minute fifty-five ahead. Hartthijs virtually second in the overall standings. It’s f*cking exciting. Julia, exciting this. Yes it is.

This is the scenario we wanted to have. Hartthijs is in the first group, so stay ease in the second one. This is good, f*cking hell. Now we’re back in business. How much now Bas? Two minutes. – Huh? One minute fifty-five, two minutes. I have a image of the peloton here I think.

Bardiani, Bahrain. – And Polti? No Bardiani I think. All those shitty Italian teams. But they don’t really gain time right? No. How much more? Thirty kilometres? Twenty-five. Hartthijs this is the last moment to have a bottle if you want. I’m coming! You can make it man, you can make it!

Do you need anything more? Iโ€™m strong. Yes, good. You are looking good! One more? – Yes. Allez man! No, I wanna hold myself back and not be too optimistic. Soon you’ll just be sixth or they’ll be catched, or he’ll falls or… …wait for the finish first.

Eight kilometres to go, eight kilometres to go! One minute! You can do it, you can do it! Allez, now you…! The gap is forty seconds. Forty seconds for the breakaway. Forty seconds, the gap remains forty seconds. You can do it! Allez Hartthijs! – Come on! Forty seconds.

They’re going to make it now anyway, right? They are going to stay away anyway. This is so frustrating. Hartthijs… Hartthijs… Second… Yes, get it, get it, get it. Fy faen! F*ck yes! What the f*ck boy! Ey brother! Brother, crazy! Well done mate! What would you like to say? Yes, it’s just so good.

So nice! It’s our first .PRO win. We are a new team, so itโ€™s really nice. This is really not normal. This is not normal is it? I told you guys, I told everybody. Man on a mission. I swear, everyone here has never been so nervous for so long. Congratulations. – You too guys!

Bravo! You guys pulld in the back? Behind us, pulling? Yes. – Yes but you were really strong. Yeah, I actually need to have that stuff he has. Can I also have a bit? Let me think. We are not used to this yet.

We don’t sit here very often, we don’t sit here very often. Is your hair all right? No was just checking. Okay. I was afraid of that. The winner of today! TDT-Unibet Pro Team! Hartthijs de Vries! We do have a problem… …because Hartthijs… He takes it. …he takes the green jersey.

He’s from the team, that’s good. If it was another guy I wouldn’t be happy. You sound a bit like a cow in the meadow in Switzerland. I will hold them still. Heh heh. For a very long time, you were just virtually second.

Yes, they kept saying that too, so that’s why I drove so full gas. And that bloke ร…dne, he was something like twenty-one seconds ahead of you. Imagine if you could pull away in the final kilometre. I said to them we ride on to the line.

You win the overall standings and I come second. I thought then at least we keep cooperation. You can go and attack, but it won’t work anyway. In the last kilometre, then I went off the lead. And then the one from UnoX grabbed the lead. Yes. – And he did the last kilometre.

So then I could take a breather. And then I said… …to Fabio: go! And then he went for it. You have to press play on this one. Damnit, I should have shaved myself this morning. I was thinking about it. Too bad. F*ck off! Thank you, eh! Thank you! Boys, …I think we…

…have had the best start to the season. I won today, but… …tt could have been someone else too the other day. So we really rode as a one team. So, if we continue like this… …this year, then itโ€™s only the beginning. So thanks for everything, the staff, the riders and…

…just keep continue like this. It was a great week. Enjoy your day! – Great week, made some beautiful friends. Later brother! Cedrik you wanna close the video? You’re the best YouTube here, so you can do it. So… Thanks… One more time. I hope this was an interesting video.

Thanks for watching and see you in the next one. GG! This is promising for the rest of the season. Despite perhaps not being able to show what we hoped for in the overall standings… …we ended this course with fireworks. And have we grown closer together as a team.

It is two months until the Amstel Gold Race. Next stop: De Ster van Zwolle! See you then!
