BRUSSELS BIKING | CYCLING IN BELGIUM | BEST CITIES FOR BIKING IN EUROPE

Brussels is mostly flat and very bike friendly with separate biking lanes. Rental stations are available throughout the city if you have a local ISBN card or I was able to rent from Pro Velo Bikes. Just a shame the weather was so bad.

So I have my bag the rain just keep starting the forast said it wasn’t going to rain and I know if you can see my bag is stretched back here so I got my shoulder straps so I’m going to go first to the hotel and just get rid of this bag

So yes I can bike with this bag just let’s just get to the hotel so I made it to the hotel I’m lucky it has this luggage scrap on the back so let’s just dump the bags okay we’ll just do some explanation here so this is the bike that I rented so they

Do have these bike rentals here there’s the blue bike and there’s the V bike rental but when I try to register online they do not accept credit cards they want a local ISBN card so I wasn’t able to do it so even though it’s literally

Right in front of my hotel my hotel is right there and you’ll see these all over the city but unless you’re Europe National with a local bank card um you can’t use your credit card and I’m wearing my rain pan as well so we’ll just go biking in the rain

I will not be deterred there’s Garden midi so this is the south gate again we’re just biking in Brussels today there’s quite um rolling rain today it wasn’t really forecast um so check out my playlist for my other biking videos uh crossing the Brooklyn Bridge on New York I was in Rotterdam

Tracks there’s a semi viewing area there’s an elevator to go down but it’s kind of like half blocked off so you can’t see the sights lots of these cobbled areas as well the rain keeps going up and down there a nice Square there I tried to get

Into this church but there isn’t really anywhere to leave my bike that’s the art museum it’s coming up to a factory there okay just coming back to where we started from in the morning so there’s the Brussels Park and that was the side of the Royal Palace which is CL

Down let go careful care this is the park of Brussels Park to Brussels so just wandering through the old quarter now it’s going to get tighter now have to find the grand just made it but it’s going to be very crowded so I just saw goal andless say headed for the

Gold okay just in Grand plus here that came in 2003 the sun’s coming out okay so the rain is off and on again just all the gold okay next stop is to find the mannequin piss and I believe it’s down one of these side alleys okay thanks again for watching

There so we’re just going to reverse back through the grand grand plus and we want to get to the park of Brussels to get to the Centenary Arch just going round this roundabout again just going to the arch at the End of the Street going through European Union buildings here

We’re just finishing by the Centenary arch in the background and the Sun is finally um starting to come up now so I’m just going to head back to the bike rental place to finish up okay just returning the bike now okay we’re just biking around in Brussels thanks for watching remember to
