Wakefield Fun Fair | Tuckers Funfair

We’re back in Wakefield for Tuckers Fun Fair featuring some of their classics.

A wristband fair that is just £9 for 2½ hours of unlimited riding on some great rides including Waltzer, Twister, Dodgems and the brilliant StratosFEAR!

It seems a long time since we’ve seen this machine Stratosphere would you believe it’s actually over a year since I’ve done this and a year since I’ve done a vlog with Tuckers we’re in Wakefield today we’re back in Wakefield we did visit the other fair not farther away from here actually

Little while and we’ve not seen their fun house yet have you seen the new fun house that I got last year the Bavarian fun House you last year that of course we’ll take you for a tour and show you what is here and take you on some rides as well one you’ve done a one have a look looks like a seven to me now you can oh you put the line at

The bottom I like it there we go series number one and you are aren’t you absolutely let’s show you what is here generally uh Tucker’s grounds have got a very similar lineup there is a couple of grounds that do variate from that um not all of his rides are here GeForce isn’t

Here that’s currently the indoor fun fair in Harriet which is also a nice little addition actually it’s nice to see that somewhere else um I’ll show you what is here I’ll start with Stratosphere as you saw in the intro it’s the con folding group Extreme this

Did um this was how old is this now um a year and a half year a year and a half a year and a half old it’s too cold to speak the has done this before he did it he’s done it in two places actually he’ve done it in York uh

And he also did it at the uh balloon fiest there when he was at the race course it’s not a new ride for us but um all the same good little uh ride here people call them freakouts don’t it’s not freak out we have seen this ride a few times

This is Cliffhanger 3 Cliffhanger 3 goes to Hall well I say it goes the hall only appears at the St Hall it’s only there for the first few days it’s there like a floating position but yeah this is the third gen of the Cliffhanger ride tuers

What what Tuckers Tuckers yeah I know it say ride it says Tuckers it does say Tuckers he’s got the sign on top this is the third one of the Cliffhanger range um if you want to know where the other ones are one is going to be in Heaton

Park and the other one is in South Pier Blackpool folded down at the minute I think it is and then the one’s here so they got that here there is a fun house down here now these two fun houses are practically mirrored because George builds these himself I hope this music’s not copyrighting

Me so yeah they’ve got they’ve got this so these two these two I’ll show the one shortly it’s the same inside cuz he builds little ski jump little caterpillar ride there let’s go back this way whilst the music’s still going I’m just going to keep talking over it usually works got a

Balloon rise here we’ve got the swings now we did do this in Bur all uh if it’s the same one these went to burol when they had the fair there I think that would have been in 2022 actually um which is nice got a little toy set are you okay yeah

What are you doing looking down at the ground you what looking down at the ground oh okay by me it’s quite a compact ground this H we got a little I don’t really know what you call that got a trampoline Set we have got trampolines in the background as well um’s see circularized I don’t know the form name of these actually entran is there game stalls everything’s so close together this this tour will be pretty quick H got a little motorbike ride here toilets Sizzler now I’m pretty sure I

Haven’t asked him yet I’m sure he’s getting a new Sizzler I’m sure he is I’m going to speak to him after I’m sure he’s getting one now there’s a lot of Sizzlers on order I might be talking a load of nonsense right now but what I’m

Not talking of load of nonsense is there is a lot of Sizzlers on order PWS are cracking loads out and loads are com to Yorkshire so it wouldn’t surprise me if he’s got one in order as well so they’ve got that there I’ll find out this is

Quite a good W of this this is a four Hill this is a hell razor oh sorry hell Creator get it right hell Creator uh which is uh James’s James tuers he’s always always in the cash box and he always looks so happy to be there he

Runs it quite well and usually typically when we do Tuckers Browns we do that twice in the blog the first time is not so good the second time is so good for Hill they have consistency and I remember when I did that for the first time in C thorps 2019 and it was

Tilts I do like they’ve had a lot of D work done on that recently in the last year I think he’s got a new Flash in and his cash box is completely new so we’ll have a at that after got the dodim set here which is Tyler and Roy’s I’m

Sure it can be does that look smaller than normal might be the same size dods can be uh scaled down a little bit you can have a big track but if it’s not big enough at some ground you can scale them down usually tell with rounding boards

No it’s one size trying to be smart they got a little uh Rocket Ride there there is a bull I’ve just spotted this I don’t think it’s part of the fair I think it’s a get well is part of the fair I think it’s a game um I’ll go to

It in a moment uh this is new for last year I think it was last year anyway this is the Bavarian fun house I haven’t I don’t think I’ve seen this in person yet but it’s practically mirroring the other one that just seen on the uh walk

Ground so not done this before um I’m assuming it’s the same cuz it do have the mirror Maes but this is his latest one would you do it yeah would you it’s not it’s it’s part it’s like a game it’s not part of the rid it’s crazy ball it’s

Crazy ball yeah you’ve done a crazy ball before but you didn’t like them ones did you no this one’s different yeah that’s like it goes round and round do it be interesting uh yeah so the Bavarian F house uh yeah quite nice looking maybe and a game store there and

That is what is here at the Tuckers ground in Wakefield um now obviously this ends by well I think this Vlog will be out in time but it ends 2 days time so but they are going to haul soon I can’t speak don’t what’s wrong

With me they are going to Hall uh that is their next round and then I think they’re at CLE thorps after that I do want to go and do the CLE thorps one in the summer again cuz I do like that one it’s a big ground anyway the tour complete nice to see

Quite a few people here that what the fun house yeah got a rock paper scissors for it to be the first ride no yeah no it is no I’m not arguing with you no no off me Theo the rule is falis don’t come first unless unless you beat me at rock

Paper scissors you know the rules well I can beat you but if you beat me we’ll do it but if you don’t I’m choosing the first ride no I don’t but you can’t choose that then we do that um maybe later Theo rock paper scissors ready wait rock paper scissors

A shoot no no no no no no no this this is not oh my God might should break away from him come on you listen listen listen you can’t always be the winner at rock paper scissors okay as evidently you’ve just seen okay so cuz I’m the winner and

This and do all that again what are you doing doing it no cuz you you you’ll hurt yourself don’t do that you’re supposed to be set an Example quick quick before Oh we oh that was antil climatic oh my goodness back in 10 minutes and then there’s another Barrel that is OD it it is pretty much the same as the other one that they’ve got so that gives me a good reason not to do the other one how was

That the time movie Life here oh this is Amazing These just take so long to Stop Stratosphere good name up I don’t think there’s any other ride called Stratosphere there atmosphere yeah man love that you did didn’t you we could hear you we could see you we could definitely hear you Theo it’s your third well it’s your third place you’ve done it quite a few

Times actually I think you did it a few times at um York but um how was that again good yeah not busting bused okay you nothing’s I don’t think any rides had the busting busting status yet is opted to do this next flier three doing this

Yeah very very in your face that’s right like look at the color the colors the top Signer three Johnny’s on air but he’s a bit further down the the boat you’re still hearing though back that yeah nice and easy huh Good view going to show you the top sign as we go around when it when it goes can make it out this song who this way certainly goes the fastest What a great looking Miami seriously there’s a few a few miamis that look the part this is definitely one of them nice really nice Miami I think not only does it the back Flash and all the artwork on there but the signage as well brilliant I can’t ask Theo how he

Thought of it because Theo’s decided to go on the fun house um which I’ve said no to so this is the other fun house that I mentioned so you’ve got the Bavarian one which is um just right the way over there it’s starting to rain as

Well and then you’ve got the the not the original gr Tu there’s loads of these uh around the UK so if you ever see a fun house that looks like this with the uh like the glass mirror bit glass bit in the middle then it’s a gr Tucker model

There’s even one in Scotland there’s one called uh Ice Palace up in Scotland which is uh Funtime carnivals if I get that right they’ve got some really nice rides up there by the way um very ice themed everything that that’s a geole one as well and I believe there the

What um I believe there’s um I don’t know if there’s more on order but there’s I know there’s requests in for them yeah I was paying too much attention to Facebook to realize you just come off the Miami uh sorry not Miami um yeah um

Fun house and just before we go into the fun house um not literally but your thoughts how is the Miami yeah how does it look amazing looks good doesn’t it how was the fun house good yeah was that busting busting is the same as that fun house

Yeah I was just about to ask you it’s the same layout isn’t it so if you ever see a fun house like this with the glass in the middle it’s a G Tucker that’s what they are so this picture is a for this is last year’s um logo so do you remember

This Fair we went to in Scotland it had a blue fun house called Ice Palace it’s the same as that that’s last year’s um logo by the way we do have a new logo I’ve just not updated it to Facebook YouTube yet right where are we going now should we

Do should we do this should we yeah should we do this yeah yeah yeah yeah and then we need the toilet first you got the toilet I tell you what let’s go over to the toilet on the other side and if the twist is waiting to go we’ll go on that

Instead we’ve got these two to do still so we’ve got this and the Twister but which one comes first you’ll see in a moment we opted for the Sizzler didn’t we what we opted for the Sizzler yeah yeah toilets are right next to the Sizzler so we thought let’s go on this

Instead then we’ll do the chair o plane yeah and then we need to have one more ride of the Walter see if our theory is true and the tuer tradition the Wall E this kid hey I still haven’t found out about the uh twister I know I’m sure I’m not making it all SL picking feed up you okay you know there’s a bar on the side don’t you I don’t remember this going this fast this is much faster than I’m used to on this one anyway

Trying to hold up so my eyes what of those inos you don’t know what the song is ahih I getting copyrighted what you doing the music oh he’s changing it he’s not hey Mr hey Mr DJ I thought it would stop it but it’s not there still still trying to hold [Applause] up did you know this DJ turn theic 20 years old where we going again aren’t we W I’m hoping all the wind from the ride is um helping me avoid a copyright you can can’t wear that

Way oh my goodness how long’s this been going on for again look it you look like you’re really struggling my hair is an absolute mess I watching some Vlog Club I edit my Vlogs now in case you didn’t know I do I was looking thought my hair’s a

Ride yeah you do that too I sat on the inside I thought it was going to be like a full load but it’s not it’s deceiving how many people you can get on these uh Cher Planes this is what a chilling chilling kid looks like daydreaming thinking about fortnite what what did you say I said this is what I date this is what a chilling kid looks like chilling I know be at you are if we there I’d be playing fortnite yeah we know

That how old do you meant to be to play fortnite too uh 10 10 no think you’re WR T everyone plays it good oh okay so sorry there’s the uh chairo plane it didn’t go very fast my feet was touching the ground nearly the whole time I’m sure when it was I’m sure

That’s the one that was at um uh um first all a year and a half ago I’m sure of it can’t be sure but um if it is I can’t remember what it was like right we’re going to do our final ride as promised as by tradition we’re
