Zero and I currently weigh a 160 lb with my measurements out of the way it was time to take creatine for the first time ever you’re already looking bigger already I decided to take the daily recommended amount of 5 G and it takes a while for the body to absorb the

Creatine so I didn’t start noticing many benefits about 8 days later my physique is getting Fuller my arms in particular have been more vascular than I guess the past weeks some days I felt stronger but other days I wasn’t sure if it was doing anything say I’m feeling weak I’m

Wondering if this really all is just Placebo by day 20 I noticed that I had more energy towards the end of my workouts that I didn’t have before and I was able to get more reps in as a result that was the final dose of creatine I

Weighed in at 167 which is 7 lb heavier than Day Zero and I definitely think my physique has improved comment down below what you think And subscribe

    1. It took you this long to realise the benefits of creatine!!! I and the rest of the world new this when I was 18 and that was 22 years ago. The body produces it itself. Keep up with the times

    2. Creatine works and we know this because of the studies. The fact that it's been shown to do anything at all is a miracle for a supplement. That said, the effects aren't so great that it's obvious that it's working or if you just slept well for a few days in a row. 1-5% boosts are not very noticable in day to day life.

    3. Some of that weight gain is water weight and that "fuller" feel you had is water retention in the muscles. Creatine has the affects you described but it also causes water retention. After a proper load you'll switch to a maintenance cycle. If you load or does too high you'r body will absorb what it needs and eliminate the rest in loose stool or diarrhea. Kind of a gentle laxative as opposed to maximum strength laxative. I lose about 5 pounds in water weight when I don't dose on a vacation.

    4. 7 lbs gain could be a lot of water weight. Creatine helps retain water in the muscle, which helps you lift heavier, and recover quicker. Usually, you don’t really look more ripped, you just look fuller. It will give the appearance of having more body fat.
The before and after went way too quick to notice the apparent physique change.
But at least, it wasn’t one of those clickbait shorts. But remember, 7lbs in a month is definitely not muscle gain, especially because this guy was pretty jacked already. It’s not newbie gains, so my prediction is maybe 2lbs muscle, 5lbs water weight. You have to drink a shit Ron of water while taking it.

    5. This is Brandon and he just made a reel experimenting on something that is already scientifically proven. And guess what? It did not disappoint
