Good morning I had um fairly okay sleep I got up at 3:30 I wanted to get up at 3 but um I’m going to get the tent down by 420 I think I’m going to get it down now one more River Crossing I just did one this is the easier one should have

Filmed the last one really that’s not even a river is it it’s just a stream ah oh got the backpack on as well don’t forget I’m pushing the bike right but that’s the easy bit the harder bit is actually get my bike through this thing right I’m probably not going to film

This it’s going to be very awkward right that’s actually my light on full power now my new o light so it’s 100 1,500 luminus oh man bike’s going better now the bags lighter I love riding at night time actually this is cool like nighttime hiking but it’s hard

To video I don’t know how well this video is coming out it’s probably going to be very dark gets light so early it’s only about like 4:30 in the morning and it’s pretty much getting light already I suppose Sunrise is at no is it 3:30 hey

4:00 I was going to get up at 3: but I ended up getting up at 3 bloody 30 didn’t I oh well loving this actually probably just cuz it’s the time of day so peaceful such a beautiful morning when there where there are no trees the views

Are amazing but there’s no point filming them especially this time of morning you’re just not going to see them cuz it’s too dark for the camera wow I do think it’s easier coming from the north I think the gradients are better coming from the north it seems there’s a lot

More going downhill than uphill coming from the north I think which is weird I don’t know how that works out geology I guess depends what route you take but personally I’m glad I come from the north and not come up from the south on this Trail can you believe that this

Euro bike this cheap Euro bike just over £300 has made it this far without falling apart and I’ve used the brakes load or remember already before I did this Trail the bike had already done probably around 1,000 kilomet from when I first got it for food delivery then

Swapped to an electric bike but um yeah this Trail plus don’t forget I’m carrying loads of weight a ton of weight the only things I’ve changed on it uh are the tires and the tubes and obviously got these add-ons which I paid extra for but they don’t affect the performance of the

Bike it’s the tires and the inner tubes that do and um I found that the tires and the inner tubes that come with it they get punches R easy I slim lined them and they were still and they were doing okay but I just thought they’re not going to make

The tires and in tubes that originally come with it are just not going to make this journey so I swapped them with uh new tires in tubes and they are fantastic they weren’t too expensive um I’ll put a link in the description for those as well as the bike

Um but if you wanna if you want to get into bike ride this is a small bike that ride the away I’m a bit of a short ask if you want to get into bike riding this like uh this is the ideal bike seriously just for messing around

On I mean I think for 300 so quid this is good value and the brakes are still working I’m not changed the brakes or anything they’re the original brakes I’ve used them lows going down Hills cuz I don’t want to go fast down Hills because I personally don’t trust it um

Blasting downhill on this bike but um it’s a bloody good bike on to S guys and I’ve got across the um what’s it Dam or whatever you want to call it down this way okay well I’ve been here before walked up here and stopped here

To get rid of rubbish there was a beenin let’s see if there still is so we’re going on a bicycle route path now but it’s all a bicycle route National bicycle route oh Are you serious how do I get my bike through here what the hell bik’s buddy so oh yeah still

A still a bin get rid of some rubbish so this next up next town is got no mud guards next town is uh Mur for tville wow this is all downhill a c there for hope it’s following the river anyway so rivers go downhill right right so in general it’s

Going to be all downhill which has been for quite a way really I mean there’s been uphills but mostly you got more downhills than going uphills wow nice morning show me it wasn’t nice yesterday rained pretty much the whole day until I put the tent up

ACR and then it stopped raining and what this is going across must be going across the river or something not sure must be that looks like it could be a train line could be that train line oh it can’t be a train line we just choose one or Road maybe

Even oh yeah it would have been look this would have been um a train station it’s got the uh wait have a look at that bit of interesting history yeah so this this was a train platform and we got some information here if you want to pause it and read it

Yeah so this is the train platform quite a long platform s all these train tracks are gone but I suppose this is no call for them there’s not enough people living up here and even the tourism like um it would only be good for a certain time of

Year and yeah just I can understand why they got rid of them so from anyway what the what the what’s going on there alternative rout possibly so I’ve got to take this alternative route I guess there been a landslide or something I sure saw it on someone

Else’s video but at the time they didn’t have that fence up so I think they went along it but they didn’t mention the conclusion after going on on it whether it was blocked or not but anyway it’s impossible now cuz I fenced it off so we’re coming into the suburbs of murer I

Believe murer tville who would have thought mura tville has a golf club another ride blocked off what the oh at least I can go on the path I think I’m supposed to go down this way oh actually I can’t go on the path that’s blocked off as well cheers for that

Guys go around this way and another road closed fantastic I go all the way up here or can I go this way go this way think I can go this way wonder what’s going on here then oh my God what the hell are they doing are they rebuilding Mur for summer it’s like

A meteorit hit Mur for tville look at that what the hell some serious instruction going on here how am I going to how am I going to get to where I’m supposed to getting to and well off course going to have to wow look at that that bloody awesome

They’re build looks like they’re building a bridge what is it what a building a new road or something let me know in the comments that’s pretty impressive it down this way must be somewhere I can get through I get up here there’s no way to get through here go

There this is mental I think I’m going to have to go back up this way okay so I found the route at last took me a good bloody 20 odd minutes it’s like how the hell do I get into mura I didn’t see this bridge foot Bridge pretty mad what the building

There I don’t know what that’s all about let’s know guys at last wasted load load of time there well I’m in mura not on the normal route going to join it again in a second but so many diversions around here right looks like I’m starting to join it

Again okay so I think I’ve got go this way this is a magnificent town I I I seriously mean that I’m like oh this is the B such an interesting place buer it’s got lots of character love the uh architecture now this is a bike path but look at this

Bloody this thing coming up I know it’s a bike path but I some motorbikes but it’s hard actually hanb bar to get through there it’s not so easy oh man I wasted so much time trying to find the route there wow this is cool this might be worth a drone shot sun’s coming

Up okay I can’t be bothered it’s the light’s not very good actually it’s going to be all dark so that’s going to carry on I’m guessing this was a a train line originally well didn’t even really go into mura just a bit of the suburbs it’s all skirting around it it’s

A shame cuz it is interesting place so the next town I think will be Ponty pried but that’s so fair away away that’s worth a drin well guys I got 26 miles to hard if or was that kilometers either way it’s not so far sure what I’ve gone down this way

For but according to the the uh the trail I’m doing it goes down here just seems like it’s not very it’s not so direct as the uh cycle route this is not the cycle route this is the trail I’m doing comes off the cycle route a bit just to go

Along this River then goes back on the cycle route but um I’m not really sure why cuz this is just seems a bit pointless yeah there nothing to see along here really AP from some I guess some newish houses along the river it’s just a river I’ve SE plenty

Of them on the way so yeah I just stick to the cycle route if I was you okay maybe this doesn’t follow the I don’t know who knows anyway don’t listen to me think I’ve got go well basically it follows the river the TR I’m doing anyway maybe this is following the

River yeah I’m going the right way oh maybe does go to Mur I don’t know across this bridge this is not M the center this is I guess like business scario oh maybe I’m going for M I’m getting bloodly confused now where the hell am I I’m not going

Back where I just come from am I hope not lovely beautiful place it is beautiful Mur anyway the route I was supposed to be going is through here another block off Route so I’ve got another long diversion what the hell okay so now I believe yeah we’re back on track coming down here

Well this place has been totally rebuilt isn’t it there loads of new infrastructure being done which way am I going now must be down this way out trees eh what all about a thousand trees and who knows an interesting bit of murer art there for you

Okay where now cl to turn here I think so it’s 23 miles or I guessing to hard I have no idea like I said if those signs were in kilometers or miles cuz a lot of hiking trails these days use kilometers but I wish that they say on the

Signs it’s got to be the world’s smallest Pub there some lovely little places along here oh was a cool memorial I’m going to have to have to get a picture of that guys definitely have to get a picture of that it’s pretty much urban areas all the way into Cardiff really

Now big bridge here coming up some kind of a road maybe even a Motorway pop there now which way am I going here I think go this way according to that sign oh yeah morning tell you what this part of the trail from mura bloody awesome actually and the

Urban areas are actually down below in the valley and you’re sort of riding above them and it’s the gradient is practically all the way down I’d hate to be coming the other way from the definitely better coming from the North in my opinion so far I’m almost at the end anyway now

Morning so we got 20 mil to Cardiff now seven to Ponty pred Ponty prid Ponty pred cheers hi C thanks to yeah quite PA for Cycles I must say fantastic change sides oh bastard oh my God who would live in a tunnel like this a fantastic choice for a half for a

Bike some of the signs in this Trail make no sense whatsoever it’s pointing down there say Mur tid we’re fast the tid already what the hell is that all about it’s very confusing makes no sense whatsoever unless it meant just the way I came from but it look like The Arrow

Was actually pointing where I’m going steep Bridge blind me you make the bridge any steeper seriously glad it’s not icy six 6 miles I don’t know let’s say miles 6 miles to Ponty prid and 19 M to Cardiff back on a gravel track now I presume the this is another X Railway

Line looking from the side of the uh path here and how flat it is starting to rain a little bit guys so I don’t know what the weather is I haven’t got much uh flame power so I’m trying to conserve that look at that all right more then crossing the

River right this is where I need me I think Trail it looks a bit bit stormy storm looking Bridge the river again Criss crossing the river going to be crossing the river again shortly wow I like all this Urban stuff it’s a good mix of sort of urban can’t really call the national

Parks World cuz they’re so mamed is anything really wild in Britain it’s all like Estates and maintained it’s not really wild is it can’t really call it wild it’s maintained by humans so so I just come from well mura tville this morning 10 mil from there now and

It’s 4 and 1/2 miles to fonty PR wow another impressive Bridge magnificent navigation house okay we are going this way fonty PR 3 and2 miles Cardiff 16 so only 16 miles to Cardiff now PR off to Ponty prid and the bike is still going strong brakes are still working he nice used

Some loads going downhill no punches still they get bit now now it’s even more urbanized they’re getting a bit more safety conscious with these uh fences alongside the uh the river here so I think it’s just coming up for see print now still quite hilly around here by Ponty freed a cic Hills

Turning for the uh Trail I’m doing so the trail I’m doing sometimes it’s it’s different to the National like Network sometimes not all the time but sometimes it go off the National Bike network with a tap Trail in this case and do its own thing cuz it’s its

Own tra I love these houses how cool is this this look at that look like an alien on that building there quy PR folks doesn’t get much better than this really do love these houses awesome never Premier still but I’m okay for drink at the moment oh man we’re really treated to

Out cuz if you come in the care way you going the correct way I going from the north so it’s not I swear this is a one way stre right I’m going have to pull in here I got be careful there cuz a oneway street I think sure which way I’ve got to

Go I think we going the right way this way all right on it for what it’s all about folks Brea in the fresh air riding your bike you can’t it’s you can’t get any more peaceful folks right oh guys I went the wrong way a bloody there signs useless

Seriously was pointing in over here useless supposed to be on the other side I wasn’t supposed to cross up this bridge even though the sign was pointing over here like cycle Route 8 oh my God so annoying okay so this is the correct route don’t cross that bridge folks

Check that out 10 miles to Cardiff not far to go now well less than 10 miles guys cardish now that’s really cool do with a piss though as much chance at the moment that’s people about all right all right morning no where is okay so now it’s saying Cardiff 11

Miles I’m sure back there it’s said 10 miles up on it the bike there stop for a rest coffee break a bit of food and it looks as a path going up there you probably could well I’m not going to bother checking but maybe you

Could camp up there might be a CH last chance to camp for Cardiff I don’t know but I’m I’m going straight to Cardiff now so this is what I’ve got to eat my break this is the coffee I just had is it Jimmy’s IC coffee watch your

Coffee and chocolate this quite nice I’m going to get on my way again now for Cardiff 8 miles to go where that sign just said 8 Miles now this sign is say 9 miles what the seriously who the make these signs hey God that way oh wait I might go the right bloody

Way there’s no cardip sign okay CI what the follow diversion again what’s this I I don’t get if this is the route now not seeing any signs this this is a man seriously probably gone the wrong way a bridge over here I bet it’s got steps so I got to

Get back over to the trail oh yeah all right all right excuse me watch the chair I now the camam way actually goes through this town if you’re coming from the south then afterwards you’ll go through past the castle pretty awesome castle actually it’s like a mo modern Castle I think if

I remember rightly and not long after there’s campable places if I remember rightly don’t quote me on that but I’ve got it on video yeah I remember all this yeah the camera on way turn that turning just there however got a carry on going down here on this Trail there’s a spar

Here but I still don’t need anything to drink or eat on the carry on waste the money right where am I where am I on here yeah I still going the right way wonder if I see anyone starting their camb Bram way journey in uh Cardiff okay think across the river here all

Right the nothing over gous pedest this way why said pedestrians that way we supposed to go this way bloody signs ah this might be why another blocked off right away by the looks of it is it you kidding me the guess this used to be a raway crossing but it’s not anymore

okay guys I made a long turn again I wasn’t supposed to go over that bridge prob wasn’t making any sense okay I can’t uh do not go over that bridge by the way this is just before the bridge and I missed it uh cuz that rubbish van was there I didn’t see

It but uh it’s an old house here also remains of the toll house if you want to Port was that and read it it’s another uh that’s in Welsh for my Welsh viewers if you want to read that pause it and read it and there’s the uh River over there I

Guess the toll was for or the bridge toll might have been for the bridge I guess okay so which way are we going it’s got to be this way guys you would have seen this on my cam Bram way video cuz this is part of the

Cam Bram way you go past this uh on day one from Cardiff if you’re walking from the south uh some information here if you want to read about it morning so guys have 9 kilome kilomet to go to the RAR end to Cardiff I guess you would call it Cardiff

Harbor is it by the Parliament building I’m not sure but it’s by some fantasy building n hey what go he go so if you not already guessed this is Cardiff we got 3 km to go to the rur end got 2 kilm to go guys so not long to

Go again I’m not sure if this is a oneway street I have no idea you see a sign just looks like I get the feeling it’s a one stre but oh dude oh my God got far to go now I don’t think think must be for here oh so

Tired I hate these bloody goats war on cars sticker I just saw there cars are bloody useful I get rid of cars if I could afford a car probably I less than a kilometer and a half to go folks and I’ll be at the very end the bike

Still going no punches no issues with the bike not at to all with the bike at all not have to pump the tires up or anything on a cheap 300b bike Guys across the country the mountainous country I love one of these okay I think I’m going the wrong

Anything I’ve theik is that’s all the original brakes and the brakes are still working okay guys so now I’m off to the uh train station go this way so is pretty cool this is I think this is the Parliament building I’m not sure right guys I’m on the way to the uh train

Station to the station now hope okay guys at the train station apparently think it’s a Central Station I get ticket excuse me is this Central Station card Central okay I’ll just get a ticket so just waiting for the train now in C Central
