Today we revisit best weston hotel in stoke on trent after seeing reports of the migrants being moved to another part of the country. what we found out is that the hotel is still full and still not open to the public.

Hello guys and welcome back to the channel today we are in Hanley um we’re doing a revisit to um the Quality Hotel in Hanley which is a migrant Hotel um now a month ago Stoke on Trent said that this hotel was no longer going to be a

Migrant hotel that they moving them to Ley so I thought you know what I found this that a bit fishy so I thought I’d come and visit here to see if they have been moved to um leer and this is now open for the public

Um so so far from what I’ve seen it’s not open to the public you can’t make a reservation you can’t use the swimming pool facilities which are just up there you can’t use use the restaurant 6 66 you can’t use the gym because it’s no longer open to the public it’s only open

To the migrant um now from the last time we visited um which was last year some time we could just about see through these windows we can see that all these windows are now blocked so you can’t see in uh we’re going to walk around the front you can see all these bottom

Windows are all black uh all they look like they’ve got like a plastic coating or something stop you from seeing in very secretive again as all the migrant hotels are very secretive now sto cont Trent city council put some it out there to say that the migrants were moving to leer

They were moving them out of sto cont Trent into leer and I thought that that was a bit that was a bit funny um and I didn’t really believe it so I thought you know what let’s go and check it out let’s see if they have um now I

Can see the security in inside I am not going to go in guys because I don’t want to disrupt them cuz these security guys all right they’ve got the problems but we still they’re still doing a job aren’t they um but yeah we’re just going to hang around the front a little bit

Um yeah Food hygiene rating of five it’s a lovely looking building though ain’t it guys it’s a shame that the people of sto cont Trant can no longer use this building for now hopefully it’ll be open to the public again pretty soon because there’s some really good amenities on this hotel you’re

At um really really good amenities that the people of sto on Tran have always used this hotel’s been here for a long time uh we can just see uh what is a migrant coming out I’ve already seen two but that was when I was just scoping the

Place out um but yeah like I said I’m not going to go in because I don’t want to disrupt the place um but as we can see um just on the evidence as I’ve been here right now that um it’s still is a migrant hotel which is a shame because I know that

There’s a lot of good function rooms for birthday parties wedding parties things like that that are no longer available at this place here they know now this hotel is now run by best Weston so when I got married in this hotel and this hotel is very close to my

Art because this is where we got married um so uh you know it’s it’s nice to be able to use it which we’re not allowed to do anymore Well for now but it’s run by best Weston now I want to take you around to a sign that I

Saw um it’s a very stupid sign really is and I just thought I’d show you this while I was here so on this sign here he says looking looking for somewhere to stay in Reddit now we’re in STO Contra guys so basically what they saying is

You can’t stay here but you can go and stay in red if you want um why um that is you know I I hope you can see the stupidity in that sign guys and what it sort of says to us which is you can’t

Well well but the it’s open to the public there car park but it’s a paid car park um so with it being open to the public it means we can walk down here now I can hear some noises coming from that door right there we’re just going

To pan the camera around a little bit and have a look around stuff like that it is a beautiful hotel really is a nice hotel um but like I said um you’re not allowed to use it sorry I’m if I’m a little bit off today guys

It is so so so cold really is now I’m really really wrapped up and I am still absolutely freezing I think the current temperature is something like – 6 um so I’m going to go up to the front door here and um oh yeah I can see there is this um

Some kids playing in there as well um where we have the Benny bar there we no longer do use and if we just look a little bit through the window I don’t know how well you can see we can see that there’s what used to be the bar is now full of

Boogies and bikes and all things like that um that’s all stuff they’ve had given for them I’ve got pay for like we have um but anyway guys I’m going to leave this one here and that is my update on the best Weston all the Quality Hotel in STO
