Last video saying Bill don’t get on that rebounder yet you’re not ready a lot of concerned people uh it is going to be interesting when I step on that for the very first time cuz my legs are still pretty weak from this whole uh neuropathy this this nerve uh thing I

Got going on this last couple months but anyway the elliptical is amazing I ended up actually doing a way too long as usual uh assembly video of me assembling that trying to do it with one hand and hold my camera with the other and like I was saying In that clip

I’m getting a GoPro I’ve been wanting to get one for a while but now that I’m getting all pumped up and I got all this new equipment and I’m going to be showing myself working out and um going to have a segment of reviewing prepper items which I’ve been saying forever but

Now that I’m getting really pumped and all these new things I got going on uh I need a GoPro I’ve been wanting to get one for quite a while so uh I think Aon or Jared might be picking me one up today if if he has time but I’ve been

Wanting to get one or I can word on my head and and I got both hands free and uh really start upgrading my Channel with a lot more better content and working out and reviewing items but anyway uh so I’m going to show you that U me using that elliptical for the first

Time it is so nice um I didn’t have a chance I’m glad I have a few more days between now and Tuesday to use uh that life Pro the rumblex my new one a couple more times so I can do a little more in-depth review on it but it is beyond

Like uh rewatching my footage of using that elliptical machine I was like man my legs are kind of gross people don’t want to see that anyway today’s the last day of bare legs I’ll have sweats on from now on so let’s get to it I’ll show you that

Elliptical I’ll show you my bike oh and we had another problem uh pop up that very day in my last video which was day before yesterday later in the evening I flushed the toilet and there’s a shower stall a custom shower stall that Aaron built our family Carpenter like I

Said last time uh shower stalls right next to my toilet and I flushed the toilet and the water Rose in the shower I we have a septic problem and so the boys had to go out there and there we had so much snow this winter we had

Like 3 four feet of snow no more than that four or 5T of snow anyway my septic tank uh access to the septic tank is like about 20 ft out in front of my front door where you guys are going to see in the footage but those boys Aaron uh Jared

And Samuel had to go out there and they spent three hours chipping and digging and chipping and digging trying to find that septic tank because Aaron thinks my uh my septic tank might be full we have to have a a septic guy come out here in

The truck and pump it out but they just had dig and dig and dig through like a foot a foot and a half of super compact ice and they couldn’t quite remember exactly where it was at so they were just they spent forever out there well you’ll see in the footage and they

Finally at the at the very end after almost three hours of searching and digging and I was just feeling so terrible that they had to do that much effort um but we didn’t have a choice you know I couldn’t can’t flush my toilet I flushed the toilet and the

Shower flooded uh anyway they had to break out the big boy one of my dad’s uh a thing my dad bought like 20 years ago is say pride and joy one of his big boy toys um anyway they had to bust that out and you’ll see what I mean in the

Footage but got some footage of them trying to dig out that septic in uh in the middle of the winter so uh okay let’s get to the footage all right look what came in the mail this morning this is the day after I posted my uh I posted my new video

Yesterday got my elliptical but it uh requires some assembly there the petals so we’ll see if I can uh put this thing together without reading the instructions because I hate reading instructions I just like to figure it out on my own so we’ll see how how it goes all right we got the

Arms for the pedals looks like and I’m looking for the part there’s the other pedal I’m looking for the bag that’s got all the screws in it and I’m not seeing just has me a little right oh here we go some screws an allen wrench it doesn’t look like enough screws but we’ll

See all right for those of you who are going to watch me assemble this and use it and maybe think about getting one for yourself there’s a little bit of assembly require but not too bad it comes in six pieces comes with the base the main body which you is attached to

The base with a couple screws two arms that you just screw into these rotational arms and then two pedals that you’ll be attaching to the uh the main arms right there and then it comes with a your bag of screws and Allen wrench and a little screwdriver

Tip everything you need to put the six pieces together so uh should be a piece of cake I would much rather be assembling this at my oak desk but as usual there’s a mountain of stuff on top of it and I got to take care of like

Well do I move the mountain of stuff or do I just assemble this from bed I’m just going to throw this together real quick stick it on the floor and give it a first use all right so here is the uh the main body got her upside down here’s the base

See he’s got little rubber feet here that’s the top the the bottom of the base it’s got the four little rubber feet and we’re just going to line these holes up now I really need a GoPro I can put a camera on my head and I got so I can

Have both my hands free as a matter of fact I’ve been meaning to get a GoPro for quite a while actually I’m going to need one this summer I definitely need a GoPro my head for stuff like this doing this with one hand is just almost not

Feasible GoPro it is I think I’ll order one today oops I did that with the last one you got to be careful how you put that screw in there the fall sideways it kind of gets a little stuck there we go and this tool is nice gives you

Screwdriver on one end allen wrench on the other these screws take the Allen wrench not watching what I’m doing here and tightening down the last screw on the base this little tool they gave it works perfect allen wrench on one side and a screwdriver on the other all right we got the base

On let’s flip her Over now let’s attach These Arms goes in like this I would imagine yay we got the base on now we’re going to attach the arms and they’re marked R for right we’ll stick these right into the uh there we go and get the proper screws and get these um get these

Cinched down and attached all right we’re going to attach the arm what’s really cool about this is that it’s so simple they have it marked ABC the first thing you do is we attach the base to the main body and the screws that we used was screw a so the number

The first thing you do is attach the base to the body you use the screws in the pouch a there are separate pouches here A B and C the second thing you do is attach These Arms push push those all the way in so they can’t go in any F farther and then

We’re going to use the screws out of the section section B there’s two screws but we’ll put those in there use the Allen wrench side of that tool that they gave us and we’ll fasten these screws the arms to the uh body in the machine and then when we attach the pedals

To the moving arms we’ll use the last pouch which is pouch marked pouch C so it’s easy a to attach the base B to attach the arms to the body and C to attach the petals ABC I’m an idiot too all right right we got the first

Screw in there it’s got a little thread lock on it I like that I hate when screws come loose and you got to continually tighten them up all the time the thread lock came on automatically you don’t you don’t have to apply it it’s already there then

We’re just going to tighten her down with the included allen wrench doing this with one hand is so difficult definitely getting a GoPro make sure that arm’s all the way snug whoops yep all right we got that tightened down and can’t get tighten any longer you

Know every time I look at my fingernails on camera it’s so gross because they’re dirty again I apologize but I need to have those long fingernails to pick my guitar with but I definitely need to keep them cleaner especially when I’m been working like the last couple days they uh they

Get dirty awful quick now we’re going to pop on the left arm which is conveniently marked L the right one’s marked right left one’s marked L they got the bags of screws marked ABC so if you’re intimidated by putting stuff together don’t be with this it

Only comes in six six parts and it’s all marked uh left and right in ABC it’s uh it’s so very simple when you’re attaching this arm into the rotational arm here you just got to whoops let me move this a little bit out of the guitar’s way you just stick her

In there and slightly move it until you find where see there there you go you got to find that position where it slides right in where it can’t go any deeper and then we’ll pop in the screw here we go and where’s our tool hiding down there on me

And then we’ll just censure down I really love the fact it’s got that lock heght on there I’m excited to use this thing I haven’t used it yet but I already know it’s awesome just because there’s so many YouTube videos on it of people uh using them these are awesome machines

All right we got the arms on battery powered we to power the uh resistance settings here and the battery does come with it I didn’t have to put the battery in it uh battery was already prein installed now we just got to slap the pedals on which I’m guessing are marked right and

Left somewhere I’m not seeing an r or L maybe uh maybe it doesn’t matter I think it doesn’t matter all right we’ll get these pedals on here with our very last screws last screws are on pouch C and we’ll use these to stick these pedals on there then we’re going to be

Ready to rock and roll all right I just found out that these pedals are marked right and left I didn’t see it the first time there’s R right there so when you put these on the screw is going to come up from underneath there we go that hole right there

So we’re going to put the screw in from underneath the arm and then oh man I tell you this is impossible trying to do it with one hand but then we’re going to put that uh that part right there on the right pedal is going to go right down into

Where that screw is at do you see that that little area right there is going to fit right in there and that’s screw will go up into the hole and uh and suck it down we got the first screw in second screw going in the bottom here and then we’ll tighten that

Down all right we got the right pedal on when you fasten the screws with the Allen wrench the included allen wrench you got to put the screws in from the under underside of the arm so pedal sits like this but when you attach it you got

To do it upside down and the screws go in from the bottom I lost that Allen so first pedal down one pedal left and two screws left and we’ll be fully assembled again there’s that nipple I’m not sure that’s the right word but uh and that’s where it goes so

We’re going to stick that right in there and here’s the uh the second one that’ll be going right in there so we just line them up there’s the first one went in second one going in the pedals where it’s supposed to be now we’re just going to grab that

Arm flip this up that pedal’s uh still position position where it’s supposed to be and then we just install those last two screws all right we are fully assembled only six components the base that you attach to the body the arms that you attach to the body actually these arms right

Here that you attach to the body and then the uh pedals that you attach to the arms only six pieces everything’s clearly marked the is included and we are ready to rock and Roll all right I’m going to get up to the edge of the bed put this on the floor and let’s go and then after we test this guy out the next big thing on the agenda today is assembling that bad boy right there my rebounder and man this is where I’m

Really I really need a GoPro I should almost have my brother Jared if he’s going into town today for work swing by Walmart and grab me one rather than wait two weeks before one comes from Amazon I just I’d like to start doing more review videos expand my channel

Like I’ve been talking about forever doing more prepper item reviews and things like that and I’m going to need a GoPro on my head so I can have both my hands free but yeah after we test this out then we’re going to assemble the rebounder yeah but the movement of this

Is pretty darn cool it’s a little different than what you’re used to but or like if you’re riding a bike but yeah it’s uh bumper up to three a little bit better not quite enough let’s go all the way to six all right that feels a lot better resistance

Wise wow I can tell this is really going to be a give give me a good workout my legs are getting tired already only been doing it for like 30 seconds oh my goodness this is going to be a great workout how long have I gone strides

4.7 I haven’t quite dove into the electrical aspect of it here what is that 14 or 1.4 minutes I went 1.4 minutes looks like and I did 47 strides oh I like that I like that aspect because that’ll let me know uh as I gain strength in my legs

You know like well I did 50 and I needed a rest and then a week later I’m like oh I’m doing a 100 before I need to rest then I’m doing 150 200 that will the number of strides that’ll really help me uh mark my Progress yeah this is going to be great sitting on the edge of my bed I tell you what if you guys are immobile this is going to be a great great workout I already feel it in my calves my quads my knees this was a good investment now it’s just a matter of

Implementing this in my daily life spending some time on this every single time I get up to go to the bathroom or whatever I’m going to do doing this a couple times a day every day yeah great investment great investment I highly recommend it is it is very well built

And if so then we got to have a guy come out and pump it out but unfortunately he’s got to dig through really compacted ice to uh to find that septic tank uh cap and take a peek down in the tank I feel so bad they’ve been out

There digging for almost a half hour through this foot and a half of compacted ice trying to find the cap to my uh septic tank and they just they can’t find it not a care in the world not a care in the world so I feel so terrible the boys try

For two hours to find that septic tank cap with picks and shovels they worked for two hours with picks and shovels chipping through like a foot of packed ice now they’re thinking it’s under the dirt under the ice is it’s a nightmare they actually busting out the

Trackco my brother Samuel and the tracko to try to scrape away as much ice and dirt get down to the dirt and scrape away some of the dirt cuz Unfortunately they they have to find it or uh I’m going to have a back up septic

Treat got a 2B pack of grass-fed hamburger from my local butcher it’s still uh it’s about half Frozen it’s it’s about halfway thought out but because it’s in a nice tube like this you can still take a knife and cut right through it I’m going to cut it

Into what I call my uh little hamburger hockey pucks and then I’m going to bake and wrap them and stick them in the air fryer all right I got the hamburger cut into what I call my little hamburger hockey pucks a little more difficult than normal it was uh it was still pretty

Frozen I kind of had to hack and saw my way through it and we’ll get them bacon wrap and stuck in the air fryer and we got our little hamburger pucks all bacon wrapped and ready to pop into the air fryer or the oven whatever you got

All right it was a tight fit but we got them squeezed in there we’re going to bake them for probably oh 25 30 minutes at 350 375 oh they’re getting there maybe another uh six seven minutes looking pretty good and those are looking just about perfectly done still a little hot in the

Middle but awfully delicious but as usual we’re going to wrap this one up um I’m so thankful for everything I have so much going on summer is so close it’s so close at least we’re here in Alaska you know like 5 months away until it really the snow melts and it really
