It’s another day it’s another bike ride so today I’m out with Jess on the trail bikes and ebikes so just on a hard tail I’m on my ebike we’ve come to delir Forest again today it’s one of our not too far from locals so we kind of come
Here a bit and do a few Loops so take you along for today’s lap and see where we get to so we’ve made the climb here up to Old pale but I have to say today it is greasy these Corners are absolutely slick as
Heck so we’ll do a few laps down a today try to dodge some of these roots not staying here too long this is going to be a pass through Loop but seem as we’re up here had to film a few clips and get a few few laps in y it’s slippy
Today so we’ve come to the top of the woods near Old pale we did try to ride one section but it’s too greasy it’s just pushing you sideways you come to the next bit along and it’s still a bit slippy but not quite as bad I’m going very slowly
But kind of work on technique a little bit quicker whoa each time that was a can’t talk and ride and it wasn’t too bad so that run wasn’t the best maybe crashed into a tree so maybe going to try not do that maybe talk a little bit less I can concentrate it very
Sly this that is a bit better I Think all ties by going nice down Bing all I don’t like set that to the side thank you thanks so much so on one of the new ply bits at delir they’re all blue tail bit one a lot of than kind of going uphill you do have to Pedal a lot more
Who justed this want over that no so this is another dist blue trails up there onto the road then we back along there making our way through delir Forest heading to the manly bike area side some fun steep sections here and a little birdie did tell me the other day that
There’s a new road capap so that’s definitely something we’ll have to explore up there in a minute but a couple of steep runs see how they ride today so this is the delir road gap which I’ve done a number of different times in a number of different bikes and
This is the even older Road Gap that someone’s actually rebuilt recently so this is what someone refer to as the new one but this is actually older than that one but this one has got bit more of a shorter kicky lip and a bit of a steeper
Landing but a shorter distance that one being set back there to down there is a much longer distance in this one uh it is pretty windy today and I am here on the ebike and I’m looking stupid with my hood up but it’s cuz it’s so windy my
Ears are getting cold I’m just here to have an eye up don’t know if I’ll do anything but got to have a run in and have a look at least haven’t we okay so this is a bit that gets my heart racing not seen anyone else do this
Today it’s a bit windy I’ve not done it in year and a half or so and it’s a very swappy sent and now ebike myself back out so come to the top of a different section of D and me at the opposite side oh it’s a bit up here go here um
There some seepy bits here haven’t been here in a long time I’m just trying to remember where they oh well there a Tree Way who need to move some of that so I cleared the path a bit I can’t move yet tree it’s too big so I just have to start from
Here but have a look windy I think’ll be okay not brething anything a deep in a while the GoPro is at the right angle but here it is from the bottom looking up this quite try it again so I’m going to try to Steepy Steepy if I’ll be able to get over that
Tree I they clear this a bit but it’s like a whole big branch of tree not and the big bit is really heavy so come move it maybe I still on yeah so going again on the seep one but this time D is following me that told him he has to go
Slow got go very slow the Tre Jess pre-warned me of this tree into the Steep and Jess had awesome control down there awesome so it is actually really windy here you probably can’t tell on the GoPro cuz I have a wind cover on it but it is
Blowing and gusting so we’ve moved away from the road Gap and we’ve come to some of these steep loose ruty just practice Corners basically they’re nice and steep just short little runs nice little ways s but good fun me this bum I know so calling today’s ride heading back
Towards the car straa says 16.6k for me but justed a bit more cuz she was doing laps while I was stood there and filming so not a bad little motr delir and nice to get the road Gap done again not done that in quite a while and now just
