When police officers in Peterborough saw 30-year-old Evaldas Lygmalis acting suspiciously, they didn’t believe him when he claimed he had just gone for a wee…

    After finding out he was wanted for failing to appear in court in relation to drug dealing offences, he was arrested, searched and found in possession of a weapon and more than £500 worth of crack cocaine and heroin.

    He’s now been jailed for four-and-a-half years.

    1. Out in 2 years with good behaviour for failing to appear, intent to supply class A and having an offensive weapon – and they wonder why there's so many dealers on the streets when they get a slap on the wrist.

    2. First point…. What you up to. Assuming he's committing offences. Second arrested for fail to appear then asks for confirmation, after he arrested him for it. Then had the right to search as he's under arrest, rightly or wrongly if he's wanted or not, the arrest was all wrong, so was the search
