After finding out he was wanted for failing to appear in court in relation to drug dealing offences, he was arrested, searched and found in possession of a weapon and more than £500 worth of crack cocaine and heroin.
He’s now been jailed for four-and-a-half years.

He coulda easily cycled away, they would've had no legal authority to stop him.
First point…. What you up to. Assuming he's committing offences. Second arrested for fail to appear then asks for confirmation, after he arrested him for it. Then had the right to search as he's under arrest, rightly or wrongly if he's wanted or not, the arrest was all wrong, so was the search
