[Applause] he this is the Envy melee bike review I’ve been riding this for the past two weeks now out here in Portugal and I thought I’d give you the lowdown on what is one of the newest bikes into the protor Pelon but also a bike that no one really seems to

Have an absolute pleasure to ride this bike over the past couple of weeks and the reason being it’s a frightening combination of wellb built geometry and therefore very stable but also very quick and I said this about the amonda that I used to ride it feels really slow

But it’s rapid especially around corners it’s so stable so comfortable and don’t really have any complaints about it to be Honest the handlebars are actually one of my favorite parts of this bike they’re flared they’re an Envy bar and stem nice and aerodynamic on the front quite small narrow hoods uh kind of rolled inwards a little bit and then on the drops they’re flared outwards so that you have a little bit more

Stability going around corners and descend I found that absolutely Gamechanging Ked out with Shimano group set di2 I’ve forgotten how great Shimano di2 is it’s so quick so responsive and just works exactly what you want from a group set just no fuss no messing around reliable quick responsive and the app was pretty good as well actually and I

Know that’s not necessarily to do with the bike or the frame or anything like that but the combination of the two of them work really Well the wheels I think this is potentially the reason for being so quick and stable or one of them at least is the wheels are rapid mvy Foundation 45s not as good or quick as the SCS Wheels granted I do prefer those but those in combination with the 29 mm EnV

Tires just make for a really comfortable really fast and stable ride like floats over all the bumps because they’re tubless and I run them at relatively low PSI they’re really quick and yeah it’s just just been a pleasure to ride over these past couple of [Applause] weeks like I said before though it does feel slow and I think that is because of the comfortable nature of the bike and the stability that it provides so that is to do with the geometry it does have a slopy down TR which is definitely something to get used to because

Traditional bikes tend to have a pretty flat down tube looks kind of like a woman’s bike used to so it’s something to get used to but I do love the design like it’s very on brand for me very monochromatic very simple minimalistic it’s my kind of vibe

I’ve been riding this for two weeks and I started riding it on that first week and again the comfortable nature of the bike has come through I’ve not really had any issues with it whatsoever I put it in the position that I wanted and it’s been absolutely perfect since like

The saddle has been great no idea what it is show you on the video but it’s been really comfortable like no issues whatsoever just coming up to where I won the Sprint on the Ching gang the other day by the way clip here what I don’t like about the bike

Are the bottle cages not because they don’t work they do work just because they feel as though they’re going to Chuck my bottles out any minute however other nice little details is they do have eyelets for mudguards on the forks and the rear stays and the little kedge Envy front mount is a
