    1. To the people saying both their fault the lady is more at fault she kept driving and she had time to see someone in front of her and she left even if he’s ok she has to call the cops

    2. I think it’s the fathers fault. Don’t let your kid ride a bike like that till they know to stop at places like that. Shame on that lady though. She should be in jail.

    3. Jeez. That could’ve been very bad. Dumbass driver needs to be jailed for a long time for that. But that kid should’ve been taught to go slow by parking lots and to look both ways.

    4. Why would thr driver care or ask if ur okay? U didnt look around you and you could have easily seen that car coming if u looked to the right. Its kids like this that cause trauma to people. And this lady didnt feel like playing ur bullshit game. Im glad she drove off. Stop cashing trauma to people

    5. Well I’m glad he’s alright. Also I see how the lady shows no remorse when interviewing the news cast, she just defends herself. Any notice how she kept going, as her intention was to run him over on purpose. What a stuck up prick.
Also If you hit a kid, one you don’t keep going, two, if you hit someone in general, you ask if they’re fucking okay and do anything you can to help them afterwards. That woman needs to be arrested, as she’s a clear danger to children. She didn’t get out of the car because she didn’t want to be sued. I would break the damn car window down, pull the driver out and call the police. I really hope that kid can recover soon, that must have been awful, and I hope the driver has to give a formal apology to the boy. I also hope the boy stops having nightmares, those are awful 🙁

    6. The kid drove right toward the car and the car might have stoped if it saw him but how could they he was riding so fast and recklessly so it's partially his fault but the driver shouldn't have drove off like that afterwards and should've at least asked if he was ok.

    7. Both at fault, Lady for obvious reasons and the kid for being so careless. If you are in a high traffic area, you should be much more observant of the area around you and also not expect for others to be aware either. It's just the reality of the world. You know why I am cautions when I go passed intersections even when I have a green light? Because I've seen plenty of videos of others running a red and know the danger is a possibility. So sure the lady is at fault, but the kid also should of been more aware of his surroundings too.

    9. nightmares?? lol the family is really pushing for a big reimbursement lawsuit… don't blame them, but dont make it so obvious that you are trying to make your "injuries" worse than they are

    10. Why does this white woman get a pass? She did a hit and run, why are the police giving her time to respond?? They should literally make an arrest ASAP. This is the kind of pig that will kill someone and go away

    11. Funny how everyone thinks they’re a lawyer. The woman is 100% liable. As soon as you are a singular party that commits a crime you now assume all liability. Had she stayed it is up in dispute, as soon as you leave the scene now all fingers are on you. I settle and negotiate personal injury cases 5 days a week. When you hit and run you are fucked

    12. From what I saw, that child needs to pay attention to traffic, that car didn't have time to react to him running out inthe road without looking

    13. The kid and the driver should both be taught a valuable lesson. Kid shouldn’t be biking so carelessly where cars are driving everywhere, and the car should be more attentive.

    14. MAN WITH THE HIT AND RUN THREATS I BE PASSIVELY GETTING YOU WONT BE SEEING ME ON ANY BIKE ANYTIME SOON I HOPE THEY ARREST THE FU&KER
