    Hadrian’s Wall Path stretches 84 miles across Northern England, tracing the Ancient Roman Wall of the same name built in 122 AD to keep out marauders from the North. Designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this walk follows the old wall from coast to coast, passing several preserved fortifications from that time.
