Why Albania 🇦🇱 is Making Weird Buildings? | Tirana

Albania 🇦🇱a country known for so many things it’s difficult to choose.
From amazing beaches to cute Balkan-style villages and towns like Berat and Gjirokaster, the most delicious food and the cutest and most welcoming people.
This is my first time here and before I get deeper into the country, I came to visit Tirana, the capital of Albania.
Tirana is an ancient city full of culture, with thousands of coffee shops. Yeah, for some reason people REALLY like coffee here 😃🙌 and they make some of the best coffee I’ve ever tried.

Anyhow, this video is about something that caught my attention in Tirana, and it’s the fact that everywhere you walk there are new buildings being constructed, but not just regular buildings, very cool architectural buildings.

Tirana is a seismic area so the buildings are not very high, but in contrast, they put big efforts into creating something unique. All the new buildings have special colors, shapes, and concepts 💪 it’s very interesting to see a city making efforts to create a sense of uniqueness in their infrastructure.
You can see these efforts also in the walking street lights, which are uniquely shaped as a “T” for Tirana.

So far I am really loving this country ❤️🇦🇱

Have you noticed that modern buildings all around the world look kind of the same? well in Tirana capital of Albania they are trying something different instead of gray they are using colors instead of flat they are using shapes and instead of boring they are making it fun you see Albania

Is already full of beautiful historical towns these places look like they were taken out of a fairy tale with castles and houses built hundreds of years ago in traditional Balkan style but Tirana is Albania’s future and right now is under construction everywhere you look in an attempt to differentiate the city

From other capitals the country decided to reward architectural creativity so it’s really impossible to know how will this place look in five years from now all I know is that when a country pushes creativity good things happen along the way this is Alan’s Theory let’s keep it let’s keep it creative
