I’m not certain they really know what they want. I think children would have loved the first garden, who would want to run around on gravel instead of grass. The first garden was nearly magical.
House 1 was lovely and yet compact, house two was decent size but missing a bathroom downstairs near the 3rd bedroom/study.
This episode is from around 2017-18 as expensive as things had already gotten they were lucky to locate those properties in Devon. You wouldn’t buy them for much less then 100k more than the price then.
The mystery house is a lovely place built in the 1920’s with a rather Georgian feel.
That’s too big, first too small, second??
#3 . i'd pull out a lot of the garden and add some simple grass. too crowded/overgrown
