Hello, I’m back on YouTube. For anyone who didn’t notice, I was banned from YouTube without warning on August 24, 2023. On the grounds that my channel violated the community guidelines regarding nudity and sexual content. And then my channel was gone. I had no strikes before, not one. I had

No age restrictions on my channel. I have never had any video restricted. There really wasn’t anything noticeable on my channel. And yet apparently my objection to nudity and sexual content was so great that the channel simply disappeared overnight. There have never been any restrictions on the advertising suitability of any of my videos

Or anything. It will always be yellow or red, depending, or green, as it was in all my videos except for one. Namely, a day before I was blocked, the video, which is still currently restricted, is restricted. This mic scratching video, where you can’t even see my face, I’m just wearing a t-shirt.

And the mic just scratches. According to YouTube, it will stay that way because apparently it is no longer friendly. Why? No idea. We then lodged an objection before we knew that my channel would be blocked the next day. Which is why I initially thought that maybe because I

Lodged an objection, they looked at my channel. And then we thought it had to go. But that wasn’t it in the end. That’s actually what I assumed. But yes, as I said, otherwise no video at some point, a limitation. I published a Mouth Sounds video the next day, on the 24th.

And that was online for 40 minutes and then the ban came. Of course, I immediately objected, so if you get banned, you can object and say that’s wrong. And that was checked very, very quickly in the middle of the night.

By the way, the best thing was that it all happened the night of Ben’s mother’s funeral. So really great timing. But that’s just a side thing, because the whole thing was of course super emotional in general. But that made it even hotter. They rejected the unban request relatively quickly and then I was

Completely devastated. Because I thought to myself, no one has ever really looked at it. You’ll never be able to get an overview of my channel in such a short period of time . And really looking, okay, is there nudity somewhere or sexual content emanating from the thumbnails.

Okay, you can probably guess because of the tongue. But that’s not actually enough justification or basis enough to wipe out a channel without strikes. Then I wrote on X-Youtube at the time because I couldn’t have access to this chat support. So I couldn’t access anything because the channel was gone and you

Really couldn’t do anything. And then I contacted YouTube. This is also the fastest way to somehow reach someone. Then of course they wanted all the data from me, all the facts. So I delivered everything to them and it took over a week for them to actually get back to me.

Or rather, I think I’ve only been writing with a bot the whole time . And then when I followed up again, I don’t know how much time passed, about this week. After checking again, so when I can expect the answer, they suddenly just got a new update.

The blocking is legitimate and it stays that way. And could I please rate the support somehow or something. There was another field where I thought to myself, no one had ever written that. Then I just accepted it for now. Didn’t know what to do.

I then wrote to Adlersson privately, because for those who didn’t I know, he once had a similar situation. And then I went to the lawyer, but he said, yes, that cost about 20,000 euros. Thought I was horny too. I haven’t even earned that much in my entire YouTube career combined.

And then I was like, yeah, that’s out of the question for me. Then a little time passed, I don’t know, a few weeks or so. Or already a month, I don’t know. Because there was the move and everything. So that was really the most ungodly time when all of this happened.

And then we moved and then Laurelia gave me, she also streams on Twitch, you can take a look at the info box. She then told me that she somehow had contact on Discord with someone who could possibly get in touch with a YouTube employee. Then I got these contact details and

Wrote to the person on Discord in different ways over the course of a few days. Because the person he was in contact with wasn’t always like that, I don’t know exactly what position he had on YouTube. But I don’t think it’s that high, because in the end everything that came out

Didn’t actually achieve anything. And I think it was also incorrect information, because the way this person wrote, YouTube or whoever it was basically just underlined it, so I made the mistake. And that you just have to be careful with the titles and which emojis you use.

It could also be that this is actually true, because I know another YouTube channel where whenever these splash emojis are there, these videos have all disappeared. And if only that drop was there, the videos remained. But that’s such a gray area, I don’t want to comment on it now.

In any case, all that really came out was that it was legal that I was blocked and that I couldn’t do anything. And also moderately that the person who decides, or had decided in my case, who then rejected it, has the objection that if this is someone whose ethnicity, for

Example, or religion, depending, whatever , just thinks, Bro, that’s way too sexual, then he’ll just lose the decision-making power. And that’s why I was so disillusioned that the tips I had from Ben, and on Twitch he also said, yes, write to a lawyer or have a lawyer write to you, generated against Google.

And that’s why I was so disillusioned, or rather intimidated, to take legal action against it, because I thought to myself, okay, I’ll say it like that, I’ll just lose money because you don’t have to go to court straight away No chance ,

You can just write to a lawyer and send it to Google. I was just put off because I thought it wouldn’t do anything. And then in December I finally decided to do it. Well, that was really a few months or definitely weeks after this sobering thing.

Then I went to WBS LEGAL, from Christian Solmecke, if you know him, and then I filled out this form to get help. And that happened relatively quickly, I think in about a week or two we somehow put it together, this form, added all the data, information, blah blah blah.

And ultimately within two days of that going out, the writing, YouTube unbanned me and admitted that it was their mistake and just a stupid mistake. Yes, I still can’t believe that because I think that’s just one of the problems with ASMR, because I always thought, okay, maybe it really was too sexual.

And I was just unlucky and others are too sexual too, but they just weren’t in the sample that was taken where I was banned. Yes, it’s actually well founded, but that’s my attitude, i.e. when comparing it to some of the other things here on YouTube, but I do

N’t want to get involved in that. In any case, the letter to Google not only said that they should just unblock me, but also that they would no longer be allowed to block me without legal reasons in the future. I don’t know whether I’ll go on such a binge of omission again now

That I’ll practically realize, okay, you’re definitely not allowed to do that again for three years. Otherwise you have to pay such and such amount, simply to have additional security. Of course, I now know that if something like that happens again, if it’s really unjustified, I’ll be able to get back quickly.

So if they can tell me, yes, here and there and there and there, then everything is fine, okay. But they couldn’t do that. And just because I have this security, I’m still thinking about doing it now. And definitely compensation, because not only psychologically, but of course also financially,

Now this is going to be a tough climb up the ladder. Mainly because it feels like ASMR in general, especially German, isn’t clicked so well anymore. And that’s where I’m seriously worried. But now a new update here anyway. There will be no such random chatter trigger videos in the future.

So something like trend traders or just random triggers and talk. So this relaxed ASMR. So just relax in the sense of, like we’re just chilling on a private FaceTime call. Do you know what I mean? There will definitely be no more videos like this.

I kept getting occasional messages asking why I deleted my channel. That hurt so much because you couldn’t explain yourself. So those who follow me on Twitch and stuff like that obviously knew that at some point or found me there at some point. But the second channel no longer exists and is

No longer manufactured. That was such hell because it was still there, but all comments were deactivated. And I didn’t have access to it, but I couldn’t comment on it either. So it was just horror. In any case, I’m very, very happy to be here again.

The videos that were on this second channel were VODs from Twitch, i.e. the streams from Twitch VOD. Not everyone can actually do something with that. They are now only on Twitch. So before that, after 60 days, they were deleted. But they are now always uploaded as a highlight.

This means that all old streams are on Twitch itself. And at the time I also thought that the channel was just for those who didn’t have one Twitch is allowed to have. But guys, you can just watch it via the browser.

So if you have a cell phone, then this should actually be possible. From now on, if you want to watch streams, you can only watch them on Twitch. But they are there in full length forever. Not all of them, I always delete a few, but there are enough to look at.
