Leeds – what a vibrant city! Before we even got out of the car, we were met with beautiful street art extending high across the buildings. As we were walking around, the history of the city is obvious: from the intricate architecture to the sculptures dotted around
We started our day following a smartphone tour from @GetYourGuide which was a great way to see the city and get our bearings. It is a compact city and definitely all walkable
If you’re looking for shopping – this is the place to go. We loved looking in all the independent shops in the Corn Exchange but there are also a few shopping centers that looked brilliant. There are loads of places to eat and drink too, at all times of the day.
We loved staying in an @airbnb just outside the city as we had a car. It meant we could have a slower start to the day at a local cafe and gave us the freedom to explore some of the green areas of Leeds including Kirkstall Abbey and Roundhay Park
This city just had a great vibe – lively, colourful, and I have never seen so many places offering a Bottomless brunch! We would highly recommend visiting this city 🌆

Wow that’s amazing 1 2 three we didn’t do that the first time around so we had to turn around good morning and Welcome to our Channel wandering adventures coming to you from leads England continuing on with our UK cities Series this is the first time time I’ve properly been to leads so we’ve come for the weekend so we can try and see as much as possible and to start off with we went to get breakfast this morning breakfast SL lunch at a place called Neon Cactus which is very good would
Recommend it and now we’ve paid for a smartphone tour via get your guide and it’s given us instructions on where to go so that we can see the main sights and it’s given us a little bit of the history along the way so it’s a bit of
A cheap and what’s the word like Freer like gives us more options to do what we want rather than going on a full guided toour and this is the first stop surrounded by W walls construction if you if you ignore that part and just look up it looks Beautiful Fountains are Switched Off like ignore that look at this that’s so cool Nelson Mandela Gardens I mean they’re not Gardens but or is this the garden it’s the garden apar all Spritz popup bar there probably better if the weather wasn’t cold and then there’s the museum no this is the Civic Hall
You can stand on there there’s a door that’s a balcony that’s cool we got some golden owls there on the side look how cool all of these different buildings are so you’ve got this Stone building next to a brand new new glass building and then an industrial red brick building just across the
Road there’s Lead City Museum as usual on all of these trips we not left enough time to go to any of the museums this is what I do in every city that I go to just need more time some sweets for the journey got some chocolate nibbles for our start of our

Shopping center we’ walked fast looks really good so obviously is a good place for shopping Happ Market it’s another really nice building home to a market I’m trying I look all these try get once yeah the little stalls that are triangles can see how old it is they’re very cute ways of doing
Little stalls apparently this Market has space for 800 Stars so the little triangles will be the way to fit in more people cuz they’re smaller Those balconies are cool over looking the River yeah nice spot look that look how cool full that canal boat is I know it’s pretty cool it’s a big boy that it is isn’t it I don’t think that moves it’s got a step s in down to it there’s the
Bridge and some information about it yeah oh just fell over year of culture 2023 look at that building they like triangles don’t they this is a random point but I walked past a bus stop and saw the bus is approaching amazingly it tells you when
When the bus is due which is great in itself but I’ve seen that in a lot of cities it also tells you how full the bus is going to be when it gets there that’s amazing there’s a plane the element travel into leads in a number of ways
It’s a funky post box telephone box that’s a lovely building the train station’s just there and then this is the city Square it’s there’s a lot of Road Works going on around here at the minute exactly what that is I have no idea don’t know what that is but it looks weird is
It I mean it seems intentional as in it’s not it’s not building works but I don’t I don’t know why cuz it’s blocking off this monument and just creating a bit of a weird section of the square wouldn’t be my design Choice and then just a random plastic
Roof that really goes with the vibe this building is beautiful but you can’t really see it that much it’s now a restaurant what restaurant is it RBG restaurant bar like it’s such a beautiful building and then it’s just a restaurant they’ve got to do something with them that is also a very nice
Building over there so there’s a lot of work going on around this area and that’s what it’s going to look like I don’t know how long the plans are in place for oh hi I did not know you were behind meak that is a really cute Library it’s currently unavailable

Experience as I mentioned before the one that we went to in Japan didn’t serve food and I think that was for the best it was just chaotic it wasn’t very well run the cats were just all over the place I think it would have worked better as a drinks only Cafe
Probably wouldn’t go back but it was worth it to see the cute cats they were very cute and they were very very young so they were very friendly yeah there’s my review we’re about to head home now after a busy 2 days here I’ve really enjoyed leads it’s
