Seizing a weather window, I’ve decided to showcase the Ostrog Monastery—a spiritual cornerstone for Orthodox believers in Montenegro. Nestled in the mountains at an elevation of 900 meters, reaching it is no easy feat, especially on a bicycle. But let’s give it a try and relish in the breathtaking views. To ensure we have ample power, we’re adding an extender battery to our Merida eSilex 600 bike. Let’s see how much charge we’ll expend on this adventure.

We need to climb there. See? Today, let’s talk about God. Not talk. We look.  The destination for today is Monastery Ostrog.  That’s 40 km. far from here. The ascent is  about 1100 m. So its won’t be easy. And to

Go and back the distance is almost 90 km. If I  reach it, that would be my record. That’s cool.   But that’s not an ordinary monastery. That’s a  beautiful place in the mountains and … What am I

Talking about? I need to show you. Let’s go! That’s a cold. Now it is about 3 degrees by   Celcius and next to the monastery it could be  1 degree. So I dressed warmly. Pretty warm. We start climbing. By the way guys. Do you listen to music while riding?

If yes please write below in the  comments what speakers or headphones   are you using and what music are you  listening to? That’s really curious. Water. Lets refill it. Oh shit! Its steepy. Short downhill. 3 km. left to reach the goal. Cool. Go ahead. We need to climb there. See?

Founded in the seventeenth century, the Ostrog  Monastery consists of two parts. The Lower   Monastery was established in the mid-nineteenth  century, comprising cells and the Church of the   Holy Trinity. The Upper Monastery is separated  from the Lower by a road about 5 kilometers long,

Passing through the forest. Pilgrims  on foot usually take a shorter path,   covering it in 20–25 minutes. The upper  part is embedded in a rock niche at an   altitude of 900 meters above sea level,  and it is two-tiered, hosting the most   significant landmarks of the monastery.  This section includes two small churches:

The Cross-Erection Church (1665) and the  Presentation Church. Let’s savor the views. Do you hear this? Here I am. Ostrog Monastery. Actually  it’s not crowdy. It’s beautiful here. I took Saint water and we can ride home.  What a hella this? Someone living here.  We are here again.

I wanna say I’m tired. Not too much but tired. That’s a beautiful red sunset. It’s  beautiful in Montenegro. It doesn’t   matter what season it is. Winter summer.  Doesn’t matter. It’s always red and beautiful.

So I’m at home. I did it! 92 km. 5 pm. Don’t think  that it’s night. No. It’s a short daylight. So I’m   happy. Everything was perfect and fine. Thumbs  up. Likes. Subscribe. See you in the next videos.
