A 200km Audax from Stockport to Newport in Shropshire and back via Alsager , Audlem , Wrenbury , Nantwich , Middlewich and Wilmslow.
Hi you Eddie good morning how’s it going okay well get on on hi yeah uh morning uh we’re doing um another 200 today from uh Stockport jedel and we’re going to Newport down in shopshire back again in a bit little bit of a figure eight uh

It round now for get the valve just spin it it’s not good for sealing that stuff though no not good for sealing no you have to basically let it once it’s sealed low it down and blow it up with air all right yeah yeah watch your

One I’ve come to the conclusion light games of snooker these days no two are ever the same because uh I’ve not had the Mechanicals but I’ve had to lend a light out to somebody I forgot name again and uh James had stopped about four times five times with his uh punches
