Hey everyone this is Ian with Alpha cars and your of New England today I have a very exciting eural to share with you this is a brand new 2023 EUR gearup in the ranger green color very stunning bike and we’ve got a a big list of stunning uh options and
Accessories to install on this uh so this bike is sold and the uh customer we help the customer decide on an awesome uh you know accessories and parts package so some of these things have already been installed on the eural um and I decided to pick this point to
Start this video um so we can kind of already dive into the action of of the install process and see uh kind of what’s on the bike already and show you some cool things so uh this bike is getting uh our Overland package and the uh Expedition package
That that eural has so it’s kind of a mix between the Expedition bikes and the Overland bikes so that’s why this one is really um so special as it’s really going to have a cool set um of accessories on it so there will be about 30 accessories
Um give or take uh installed on this so like I said lots to cover um so first let’s just go over the bike of what it has um right this second and check out uh really some of these these cool options so we can see the bike is partially disassembled um there’s also
Some maybe some cable ties some zip ties that haven’t been cut yet and things that haven’t been routed yet as this is a work in progress so make sure to keep that in mind we can see the headlight is removed cuz that’s getting some upgrades like the uh protective Grill and the uh
LED lighting you can see on the handlebars here we’ve got these awesome handguards we have a USB charger with a switch we can see this is loose as I said the technician um this this we’re right in the middle of this of this build on this bike we’ve got the eural
Uh ball mounting socket here for uh the kind of Ram accessories you can you can clamp your your phone or GPS right to that um very cool designed piece here that replaces the whole stem clamp I andan all these accessories are available on our online store by the way so they’re just one
Click away and they can be shipped to your door so check that out it’ll pop up in the video right now for you uh heated grips we can see once again uh technicians in the middle of installing them um we’ve got our nice controller there mounted in a nice
Location you can see down here U mounted on the back of the shin guards another awesome uh very easy to install accessory very affordable as well with a lot of benefits uh we have a cylinder temperature gauge gauge so you can monitor uh each individual cylinder uh temperature
Individually and this nice looking piece of Kit right here on the side of the side car that is an oil cooler kit so if we come over here we can see how the lines are run we can see there there’s a sandwich plate on the uh
Spin-on oil filter there so that adds a lot of oil capacity uh and of course we’ll keep the running temps in check especially if you’re doing some hard riding maybe there’s not a lot of air flow available um so that is a really cool uh piece of Kit there and there’s
The uh dual tractor seats here and these have the gel seat pads in them so you can see um they look very firm but they’re actually like very comfortable it almost almost feels like I don’t want to say memory foam um but when you sit
On these you kind of you kind of sink in a little bit and they conform um right to you and they absorb a lot of the vibrations from the road as well with those gel pads so very very um comfortable setup there this bike has the also the Light
Protection kit so we’ve got these awesome light guards on the tail light and the fender uh side marker lights as well very cool there there’s so much to cover on this bike I’m just trying to stay in order here kind of as I walk around uh this has the accessory receiver on
It you can see it bolts a bolt-on installation right to the side car frame uh so you can carry you know little cargo basket there or maybe your your bicycles very cool accessory once again available on our e store uh heavy duty flat rack for the spare
Tire nice for your bumper and uh one of my personal favorites I think these are super cool this ammo box or sorry uh this first a box super high quality has a little gasket here and the uh little symbol on the front you can see it bolts on there
Just super high quality in a nice spot um whether you want to put a first aid kit in there or something else I just think that really adds to the aesthetic of the bike and it’s such a high quality piece of Kit as with the rest of these parts
It’s really a pleasure to use as well and we can see here what I’m showing you is this side Car fender rack uh it uses existing mounting locations uh for mounting locations you can see it uses a couple on the the lights there and then a couple on the
Back side of the fender so this you don’t have to drill a fender um you you may remember or you may have a eural that uh some of the other style racks you have to drill the fender for and these you don’t have to and this thing
Is sturdy we can see the whole bike shakes no flex in it you can even see like how thick the metal is there and now moving on to uh the side car this has some very exciting things um even install insted already and we haven’t even scratched the surface nice
Heavy duty flat nose rack here you can see stainless steel hardware and there are uh rubber isolators you can see right there uh underneath and and on the inside of the tub as well so it’s only soft rubber touching the paint um it’s going to help with longevity there and
Not not damaging the side car body or the paint um and keeping uh helps the vibration a bit too with the rack there so now as we look at the side car so we actually have the uh the paper there for the uh setup and pre- delivery
So I’m going to put that over there for now that’s a very important document and we have actually about an hour video just talking um kind of about eurals everything you need to know um about them and we go over that that document so I’ll link that video it’ll pop up
Right here for you if you’re interested in that if you’ve never seen that before so starting out look how comfy it looks in here I mean things are apart so usually that’s not like that but we’ve got the sidecar uh armrests and this is a very very cool accessory there’s a little side
Door so you can see it’s not just part of a you know a tunel cover that’s been folded or something this it’s specifically made for this and we can see it uses the tunnel cover uh little mounting points there and on the inside has a nice Euro branding there it
Has a it has like a pad and there’s a zip here we can see this foam in here um for that uh for that pad to give it some kind of softness uh but plenty of room in here you could fit tons of things in here like multiple mobile phones or like
Chargers or whatever you want to keep and if you needed more space you can actually remove the foam and fit even more in there but that adds a nice area even maybe rest your knee um or something like that so that is just a very cool accessory and especially once
The side car um once the whole motorcycle the build is all done I think that’s really going to tie everything together nicely we have the uh sidecar LED driving light very cool accessory there adds a lot of visibility on the sides of the road um we can see kind of where
That points there and of course it allows you to be seen uh easier as well to other motorists which of course is really so important so now on to the dashboard we see here in the wiring so this dashboard will mount in here like this if you can kind of imagine
That and there’s something very interesting on this on this dashboard you can see there’s a heated seat controller so there’s a low setting and a high setting so yes this side car does have a heated seat there’s an heating element in the bottom pad and in
The back pad all the way up um so you’re going to get full back heating as well which a lot of automobiles don’t even have uh the heater doesn’t go up the back that far or even at all so we have a separate video all on these uh we sell
A kit where you can dismantle the seats and do it yourself uh very in involved um definitely takes a little bit of knowhow uh but it would be a fun project to tackle you definitely you definitely be uh challenged you know through the through the whole thing it’ be very fun
Um but we also offer a service where you can ship your seat to us so you would just ship the upper and lower one and the tray the plastic tray that the seat is on as well um and then we we’ll install we’ll dismantle the seats we’ll install the heating elements there’s a
Custom harness we make um which part of that is here um so it’s really just connecting a couple wiring connections and reinstalling the seat and that’s kind of all there is to it um so like I said uh check out that video that’ll pop up in in the screen right now for you
And there’ll be a link in the description um and as a third option that I forgot to mention is you can actually just buy the modern style seat uh which is this style the contoured seat um we have an option where you can just buy it all brand new so we’ll take
A brand new seat uh top and bottom or the back and the bottom dismantle it install the heating elements and such and then you’ll have a brand new setup ready to go so definitely some options there and I explained that kind of fast for the purpose of this video um so like
I said all the details of the exciting heated seat uh is in that video and in our uh online store listing and we can see the fuse box there it’s the back of it as we can see it’s not mounted up there anymore because obviously with all
The wiring going on of on this bike we just had that off but it is kind of interesting to see the connections back there and see all the uh high quality wiring that’s going on this bike also has kind of a big thing maybe I should have mentioned earlier nitron
Shocks so all corners of this bike uh two in the front two in the rear and the one on the side car awesome upgrade highly tunable uh to you know exactly uh what your needs will be with the bike so check that out as well on our e store and already this
Bike is looking awesome has a great aesthetic to it and half of it’s taken apart and not even not even finished yet so I want to thank you for watching this first segment uh I know I’m excited about this bike there’s already a lot to show you as this has been around 10
Minutes already uh so I’m going to keep you updated through the build process and then we’ll have a nice uh kind of review of the whole bike completed at the end of this video so stick around for that and welcome to the next segment I’ll show you a few more things that
Were installed we’ve got the sidecar windscreen installed now looks beautiful especially with that dashboard there you can see how nice that fits and how attractive that is you immediately will step in the Ural and you can’t wait to push some buttons on there can’t wait to use that and coming around to the
Front uh we can see the uh wind screen has been installed on the eural as well and check this out we’ve got the winch so that’s not completely done yet uh it’s just kind of um mocked up if you will um it it is mounted but they’re just
Refining kind of where it is and of course have to do the wiring so that uh may change a little bit from where you see it now and another thing I just want to note you can see all the extra uh kind of wiring harness looms and the oil
Cooler lines just this isn’t even the final product and you can see just how nice it’s run uh just run very neatly there’s not uh you know random wiring running everywhere and such so really when we do install these accessories we try to do it in a way as it would come
From the factory um where you would look at it and you wouldn’t think it was maybe added on you would think it just came that way because of how uh you know cleanly uh it’s done so thanks for watching this segment the next segment I think this bike will
Be complete cuz we’re just about there um just a few finishing touches a few last parts to put on it and then kind of do a final adjustment of everything and then we’ll get to use this awesome machine and show you what it’s all about and welcome to the final segment of this
Eural build last time we saw this uh it was still partially disassembled in our shop and now it is complete so let’s check out all these exciting accessories uh we’re really so excited for the owner order to receive this once it gets delivered uh they are really going to
Have a blast on this thing so first uh let’s start with the side car uh a lot of cool accessories uh throughout the whole bike but especially on the side car so let’s talk about those first off we have the fender uh LED driving light awesome accessory there adds a lot of
Visibility on the road on the side of the road and allows you to be seen uh better as well uh and there’s light protection so we have these nice thick cages around the sidecar lights and there is one as a part of that kit we sell uh there is one on the tail
Light of the Ural very sturdy very robust there’s going to be no flex in these when you shake these the whole bike shakes uh and then also uh connected with these as this has the uh new style uh Fender rack on it so you don’t have to drill the uh
Fender anymore it just uses pre-existing locations mounting locations as we can see so very uh very seamless installation easy to do looks great as well and it all braces off these points as I mentioned and they all work with each other as well all these accessories you see here
On the front of the eural I’m sure you saw uh at the start of this segment we have the winch awesome accessory there we have some videos uh on our channel of us uh like pulling vehicles with the eural winch so I’ll have that linked right now for you uh
Super cool to check that out but really an awesome accessory really our crowd favorite uh so to speak and then just above there uh we have the flat rack for the side car nose very heavy duty and installed properly uh the kit comes with little rubber isolators that
Go uh on the outside and the inside of the sidecar tub so no paint damage uh to speak of there um and it really makes it a very securely mounted and keeps the vibrations down as well of course there’s the Expedition sticker on here as the accessories on
This bike are actually a mix of expedition accessories uh and accessories from our Overland bikes so kind of a cool blend of accessories on this bike you don’t usually see uh we have the side carart rear viiew mirror once again check that out on our uh e store check out the reviews
For that too people have a lot of good things to say about the mirror um plus many of these other accessories they’re really very popular there’s the sidecar windscreen it’s in kind of that tinted color and the apron uh matches it’s the same material as the tuno cover this
White comes with um and the side car door very cool side car door we have a video just on this if you want to learn more about this very e easy to use it has magnets on the back side so you just open it and close it like you would a
Door um and it even has a storage pocket on the inside and now looking into the side car some very very exciting things in here so there’s the wooden floor mat very very nice touch there and the sideart uh the dashboard so there’s a cigarette lighter Outlet there uh an additional switch and
Check this out heated seats there’s a low intensity and a high intensity uh setting so uh we do that custom here we take apart the factory eural seat uh so there’s a heating element in the full back and in the full bottom so you’ve got heating all the way up the back of
This thing um a lot of cars the heat only goes up partially on the back or not even at all depending on uh the the package on the car how they have it designed so very very high quality um I’ve had multiple people today uh when I
Pulled this bike out uh people kind of running over to this thing saying hey like tell me about this and it was blowing their minds when they were seeing that it had heated seats um and some of the other accessories as well and then we have the sidecar armrests
Very comfortable easy to install uh there’s velcro you can put under them as well so uh you can take them on and off easily depending on um most people just kind of leave them on uh but with having that velcro when you put them on they’re
Secure and then you can take them off uh you know very easily nothing like bolts on so to speak no tools required there on the back of the side car now heavy duty rack this thing is crazy heavy duty it’s as it’s in the name uh
Once again you shake this the whole bike shakes you’re bouncing the whole side car up and down so you could really strap some luggage to that you know in a safe manner uh and be good to go and then also on the back there’s the sidecar
Bumper and inside the trunk as well uh there’s a couple other goodies that are going to the customer that they uh wanted to just install um themsel just to mention I believe there’s a uh first aid kit box in there um so that’s a very cool accessory you may have noticed the tow
Hitch so this is our accessory receiver uh we call it uh we really designed it for uh you know putting a maybe a bike rack or like a little cargo basket but you can of course you know use common sense and and Tow something adequate uh
You know to go along with uh the Euro and it also has a custom uh wiring harness it has the four-way uh plug for any like standard you know trailer wiring in the in the US um so this is how we have it secured uh you know just just for this customer
With what kind of the application they wanted but really the sky the limit with where you want to have this mounted you could have the plug you know mounted right on your end right here or even have it more tucked in there if you have longer trailer wiring um so we just have
It neatly uh kind of wrapped out of the way in a clean way right there where it’s not going to get uh you know hung up on anything riding uh so that’s very cool as well that’s integrated right into the bike’s wiring it’s always available and ready to just plug
In so now getting on to the bike itself so we have the jvy wind screen very nice looking windc screen I really like the design of these with kind of these uh it kind of has some sharp styling on it with some of those lines and and bends in it I think it
Looks really cool of course it has the uh sticker on it as it’s brand new we’re going to leave that with a customer so they can do the satisfying thing of peeling that off as everyone uh likes to do this bike has the headlamp uh grill or headlamp rock guard very heavyduty
Super stiff heavy duty powder coating uh you know built to last and if you are able to see well enough into that headlight housing there’s an LED bulb in there as well uh that’s an H4 LED bulb so now as we look down to the front
Of the engine there’s our oil oil filter and we can see there’s a sandwich plate uh that’s been installed and it has lines running to this beefy oil cooler so this is our oil cooler kit uh we like to mount it right here on the side of
The side car uh it adds oil capacity which is always a good thing for keeping your oil cleaner getting some more longevity out of it as well as keeping the temps down so very nice uh product there and of course uh if you mount it uh at the correct height on the
Side car uh it doesn’t affect your servicing with the valve cover um as well you can still get the valve cover off no problem and do your valve clearance Services uh without having to move anything and we can see as well the kit comes with the rubber isolators so
Once again uh no paint damage it’s going to be mounted very securely in in a you know safe quality manner now what I have the camera pointed at is a uh dual cylinder temperature gauge so this reads uh both cylinders at once in a very uh easy to
Read fashion this gauge uh is in Celsius and we have uh on our listing for that product for that kit uh we have temperature scales on our uh in our description so uh when you buy it you can you can read what the normal operating temperatures are and what to
Kind of watch for what’s a good range um so that’s just something to note and that’s mounted right to the uh shinguards I love these shin guards I I think they add awesome aesthetic to the bike and they work a great deal of keeping like bugs and you know cold air
Brush even stuff kicking up off the road it’ll keep that off of your body and off your legs so very nice product there and then the Dual tractor seat so front and rear tractor seat and these have the uh gel pads installed so super super comfortable ride uh you get that awesome
Uh you know classic look but the these things are are so comfortable uh with that you know gel insert there so now as we make our way towards the front of the bike in the handlebar region uh I’ll just mention of course the nitron shocks we’ve seen these
Earlier but highly adjustable very high quality very smooth action uh really going to soak up any style of riding you’re looking to do and of course they’re highly tunable able as I mentioned so you can adjust them and dial them in to you know any style of
Riding you’d like to do so now I’m going to swing a leg over this Ural sitting on these very comfortable seats and let’s go over some of the accessories on the bars so on our left side here we have a USB charger you can turn it on and off
It’s a quick charge uh charger USB 3.0 uh whatever the latest kind of tech is there very nice and it is a full aluminum body uh you can’t really Hear Me Knocking on it cuz it’s a busy road uh but it’s a full aluminum powdercoated body this thing is crazy sturdy and we
Can see the heated grip controller uh so we’ve got heated grips on this bike we’ve used uh these specific heated grips for quite a while they work awesome and they’re very very affordable as well I personally use these on a couple of my bikes and I really like
Them uh very comfortable and they really really crank up the Heat usually I’ll crank them up all the way to five and then quickly put them down to like three to be comfortable uh so especially if you’re going to ride in some real cold weather these are a must uh in my
Opinion uh this switch is a factory switch that just goes to the uh Factory driving lights on the side car and I almost uh overlooked this accessory in the middle here uh we’ve got the eural uh handlebar accessory uh clamp Mount I guess you could call it so this replaces
The Handlebar clamp and it has a ball mount on it so you can put your favorite accessories on it um I know the Ram accessories uh clamp perfectly to these they work awesome so we’ve got a great selection of those uh on our e store as
Well and we can see on this heated grip there’s a uh throttle lock here so it adds some stiffness to it so if you’re cruising you know doing some long cruising you can uh take off a lot of the uh Force required to keep the throttle down so uh these the customer
Requested this uh but these just check your local uh you know state laws and regulations um to make sure these are okay to use uh so I will just say that but this for this customer with the style of riding uh they’re doing uh they ask us to install
That and of course on both sides we’ve got uh handguards so these are are nice they’ll keep uh the cold wind off your hands uh they’ll keep you know things flying up off the road or even like if you’re going through a tight Trail uh brush especially like a thorn bush you
Don’t want that getting uh tearing up your knuckles so very cool and they brace if we see uh there’s a clamp right here and a clamp right here they brace uh to the inside of the bars so especially if you did you know graze something pretty sturdy uh this isn’t
Going to fold on your hand or anything it’s going to protect your hand um really every one of the off-road bikes I’ve had I’ve put handguards on it they really uh they really do save your hands if you’re doing some adventurous riding it’s really a no-brainer uh you know in
My opinion to fit those and lastly we have the bullet parking brake so we can see I undid that and now we just started to roll uh so that locks the front hydraulic circuit it’s on this mounts replaces a band bandr bolt on the front master cylinder uh so you just
Pull on the front brake uh push that in and it’s like an additional parking brake and then to release it you just pull the lever uh we have a listing in a video just on this product so that will be linked for you to check out if you’re
Interested to learn more in that so with that front parking brake and then the you know Classic eural rear one uh you can lock this thing and it’s really not going anywhere especially if you also put it in gear of course and now for some bonus content I’m going to take
