Group is divided into four Market groups process analytical Aerospace and the power industry so these guys are Global um and they’re um supplying instruments for the Aerospace um sector so um I mean it’s not the biggest of places but that’s what made it interesting the instruments and the

Industries that they they’re actually in um so yeah materials and Analysis division so it looks like from what I read on their website that um this company is called nuu and it’s part of the amitech or amitech company that um that I was just um trying to pronounce

Uh that’s the thing it you see so what what’s the benefit of you flying a drone over we don’t want you to so what’s what benefit yeah but for for who for me or you for anybody for anybody um well um some people interested in the kind of um the

Industry that you’re in if you know what I mean so they be interested say again s well you you build instruments don’t you like Aerospace and stuff like that don’t you well it says on the we about instruments and Aerospace so it do anything with Aerospace all right well

It sound it says about the industry it says Aerospace and stuff like on your website um instruments and stuff like that so it just it all just sounded a bit um well a bit interesting basically there’s some bigger buildings about but this one’s the more interesting for me

Then do them then do what’s right if if there’s other buildings that more interesting then do that I will do after this I just don’t get why you’re taking photos people’s car reges and all that sort of stuff in a people’s car they got on they get on people’s photos all time

Show us the certificate and things CU that that’s basically if you’ve got the right qualification to do it and you’re insured and everything then it’s all all right and we don’t we really don’t mind yeah um I have I’ve got all that yeah it’s just the outside of our oh yeah I’m

Not going to go in or anything like that I’m not going to yeah I’m not going to walk in I’m not going to fly in nothing like that yeah it’s just I mean the other thing is we’ve got our last St cars and the car park and everything so

You know there’s people’s number plates there’s are our staff are walking around the car park it’s also lunchtime so you know for example I I don’t want to give permission to appear on a YouTube channel I don’t I don’t give you permission to put that’s all right I

Don’t need permission you guys have come up to me you know what I mean it’s not like I’ve gone up to you and you’re filming yeah and it it doesn’t matter if someone requests in a public space that they don’t want to appear on a on a

Broadcast they have the right to be blurred out no no that that’s not right no no it’s not right no you I do a lot of this sort of thing you’re misquoting gdpi you’re not taking into consideration article 85 it’s not gdpr based there’s laws around privacy and

Filming if you then intend to put that content out online um so I’m just we have staff members it’s lunch break a lot of them take a walk around the building so we obviously we want to respect their privacy and their right not to be featured on a on a on a

Channel if they don’t want to be so it’s this is not a public space in the sense that it’s not like a shopping center where people might have the expectation that they’re going to be filmed from this point onwards it’s a private premises yeah I think what you need to

Do the represent they have to say I don’t want to be included in that video I have a think about what you’re saying um you’re wrong um basically you can film anywhere from a public space that you can see you can see anything if anything you can see from a public space

There’s no right to privacy in public I understand that’s not public you see from the public space here is different to what your drone can see on our private land oh is yeah definitely yeah so if you film with your drone on our private land those people I’m not saying

You can’t do it but I’m saying that you would we would need to ask our staff if they didn’t want to be included in that video to either stay inside or to ask to be opted really you’d have to do that you’d have to do that you would yeah

That’s how it works again like I you know just because I’ve come up to talk to you and find out about it doesn’t mean that I’ve given consent to be in a video I have you come out you’ve come out into public to my camera it’s I mean

It’s just um it’s it’s different there’s an expectation of privacy and even though this is public space I don’t want to appear in a YouTube video and that’s fine you can just walk away then if you want you can walk away if you want if you don’t want

To be on the camera you can walk away I’m not keeping you here you know what I mean if you’ve come up to me you’ve spoken to me I’m on the documentary I’ve told you it’s for YouTube um and obviously you’re still here well it’s usually when people come and do this

Thing they’re a lot more forthcoming about you know what the channel is and oh I don’t I don’t have that kind of time on my hands if you know what I mean and the thing is let I say sometimes it leads to problems how long would it take

To tell me the name of your channel but that I say sometimes it leads to problems you see cuz um well actually what’s leading to a problem right now is that you don’t really want to tell us like you know where where we can find this footage once you release it yeah

Cuz I don’t need to that’s what I’m saying I don’t I can’t really give the channel name out on location because if you ring the police the first thing they’re going to ask you is what’s his channel name and then they’re going to start searching through computers and all that kind of

Stuff yeah I mean if you just tell us the name of the channel we’re not going to call the police we just want to know I don’t I don’t I can’t I can’t can’t guarantee that can I can’t guarantee you’re not going to call the police and

Tell them which channel it is okay at the moment um you haven’t given me any proof that you have the legal right to fly this drone that you have the correct certificate and that you have the right Insurance in order to apply the stroke you’re filming essentially potentially

Invading the privacy of our staff is watching a private site yes you’re on public ground at the moment and you what you can see is what you can see but our staff on private property you can’t see them but your drone could so we are getting to the point now where we are

Starting to have a little bit of an issue and that’s not what I came out here for because like if people want to talk about what the great work we’re doing here and they want to put Us online we normally we cooperate with them very happily and we we like to have

That uh relationship with people when they they do this kind of project so we’re not saying you can’t do it but we don’t know who you are and we don’t know if you have the the you know if you don’t know how to fly your drone for

Example and I’m not saying you do but we don’t have proof that you do we have had solar panels installed on our roof if you if you end up flying your drone into one of those solar panels what happens if you damage something whilst you’re flying over our property what

Happens well obviously then if if I damage something during the proper if I damage something over your property I am going to have to exchange details with you I to get the insurance sorted out and stuff so but until that point you know there can you can you understand
