Bike 50 and visit the link in description to get your hands on this 10-e program which is designed to improve high intensity performance performance for boxing and Combat Sports dve it up up up up up up up 200 Up 3 2 one yeah 219 Well Done 3 2 1 yeah 200 let’s go 3 2 1 pyramid workout all the 20 minutes so you already done your warm up we’re going to start off with a minute on minute off and we we’re going on the minute every minute I have some prolonged intervals and as we go through to load five going to short Sprints Max

Effort Sprints as we go up obviously the intensity is going up as well so the volume’s getting shorter but the intensity is increasing after load five we’re dropping down the intensity and increasing that volume to finish off with a minute interval Oh So you were absolutely smashing your targets fell off a little bit three definitely fell off at four we didn’t spend much time in the Red Zone because these are probably the most important part of this workout to get up into that redom what were really good is that you

Beat your numbers on the way back down repeated High intensities repeated High forces under fatiguing situations but this shows how important that 10sec Sprint is unlocks that speed do it yes it’s to increase these numbers here on those three and four and you see much bigger difference in that heart rate but

This is why this session is so important to unlock them f adaptations some high intensity adaptations to unlock that speed to get the most out of your airbike workouts but it’s almost like you warmed up into it and know lot some speed easier targets next time okay guys

So that’s the end of the workout thank you very much for watching going putting the Sterling effort in there we use the numbers in the warm-up and in the session specific feedback to make sure that we’re optimizing every single session this workout is part of our assault bik conditioning program follow
