At the end of March 2023, I was invited to spend a few days with a group of coaches and Sam Laidlow’s family/team in the South of France. The aim was simple: find ways to help Sam improve his performance in triathlon.
Over the 4 days, I recorded most of the training, testing, discussions and debates that took place. I will be sharing this footage raw/unedited over the coming weeks.

WHO IS SEAN?
Sean is a Performance Coach specializing in physiological testing for CrossFit and Endurance Sports athletes (cycling, running, triathlon, swimming, etc.). Why take the time to to share all this information openly for the world to see uh why not I mean I haven’t I I I don’t if if it interests people I guess um I I’m not not saying my way of living is better at all if anything so it’s it’s difficult
Because on the one hand you want to inspire people and say yes you can do whatever you want but the other hand they need to they can’t they can’t copy my route whatever whatever they want they need to really believe that they can and then just go down that line and
Not and just forget about what everybody else thinks so much pressure on what people think just don’t be scared of trying and keeping trying until until it happens training makes you good and people can copy that and also get good but then I think there’s other very
Small factors so many factors that make the the little difference between being good and being the best in the world and I think that eventually that’s what I’ll have
