My Honest Review Of The New TRIUMPH SCRAMBLER 400X

In this video I try and give an honest opinion on the Triumph SCRAMBLER 400 X. This is simply an awesome awesome awesome machine (YES I SAID IT 3 TIMES!) I think it’s one of the most handsome looking bikes available on the market particularly in that red colour with the contrast with the black details and gold suspension arms. The engine is a peach! and the bike handles like a dream. It really is a lot of bike for the money I think. It’s very comfortable and is super economical.

I would suggest booking one out for a test ride if you’re thinking of getting one.

Detail on the engine look at that all right let’s take a look at this side and I’ve got to be honest personally for me this bike just Nows it I think it is one of the most handsome looking machines on the market everything the way it’s put together and the attention to detail

Be interesting to see what it’s like out on the road front light’s got like a mesh just to protect it from any Stones flicking up and I think that looks really nice with the the indicators just below it the front fender I love the manifold leading round into that exhaust they’ve just

Join me out on the road this is the exciting bit I have been really really excited to give this thing a test out on the road I’ll be giving you my thoughts and feelings I suppose about how this bike performs and giving it some well here it’s got plenty of power uh

Traction control was cutting in and out there the I mean break conditions are sort of your standard typical UK day so they’re a little bit grimy but it is a dry track so nice conditions to test this bike out we’ll be going through some Villages and then going for some B-

Road hunting on the twisty turns and seeing how it performs but first impressions are again I mean in the garage I was falling in love with it and I’m falling in love with it even more something that is really standing out to me is the comfort that this bike offers

Me for me I’m around 6’1 and the seating position is is just it’s bang on there’s no pressure on my wrist or through my shoulders or neck I’m very upright in almost like a very commanding position the seat is very padded knees they’re sort of bent back

Obviously but they’re not sort of tued under me so I’m just in a very very neutral comfortable position which makes riding this thing a joy I could could quite imagine being very happy on this thing for a long ride you know a good few hours and getting off to the other

End and not needing to go and see a chiropractor around town or through this Village here I do notice how light the bike is so changing direction and just the general feel of it feels very very Nimble which is nice great visibility in the mirrors great visibility and I like the styling of

Them as well throttle response is nice it kind of Treads the line between responsive but smooth particularly these low speeds be interesting to see how it performs at higher speeds the suspension’s doing a good job soaking up the bumps in this bumpy Village out on the B Road one of my

Favorite twisty turns and I’m going to give it a little bit of Welly and see how it performs clutch feels good through the gears feels good through the foot throttle feels good and it has got plenty of power this is incred this is such a nice bike

To ride this is It’s stomping ground the b-s the twisty turnes it feels lovely through these corners and we’ll get back on the throttle up the hill Here I am very I am in a very very happy place feels lovely through these corners I’ll give it some brakes here brakes are fantastic absolutely spot on loads of Fu loads of bite and loads of power yeah so yeah I was impressed with that engine felt good the exhaust note was

Is is impressive in terms of like the switch gear as well and the indicators and just the the general feel of the sort of t T bits the bits that you touch on the bike it’s all just yeah perfect it’s perfect throttle control again is is nice I I like the

Way there’s plenty of feeling you know you open the throttle and it’s almost instant but it’s nice and smooth at these lower speeds and also through the higher speeds as well currently getting around 70 m per gallon which is incredible and coming back back onto a
